The singer announced Tuesday she will be going on tour for her new album, "Gag Order." She will stop at MegaCorp Pavilion in Newport Oct. 26.

Jake Wesley Rogers will open for Kesha on the 20-date tour, which will feature songs from her new album as well as past hits from her discography. Newport will be her only stop for the tour in Ohio or Kentucky.

Presale tickets for the show begin Wednesday at 10 a.m., with general tickets on sale Friday at 10 a.m.

A Look Behind the Scenes of Kesha’s Only Love Tour

When Kesha goes on tour, she likes to make the most of her time in a new city. Case in point: When her Only Love Tour recently stopped in Denver, she spent a rare night off chasing ghosts around the famed Stanley Hotel.

“It’s where Stephen King wrote The Shining , and after ghost-hunting there with my friends last night, this morning I saw a frozen dead man,” Kesha told Vogue from the road. “He was cryogenically frozen in the 1960s and now is being kept naked, wrapped in a sleeping bag, hung upside down in a house outside the hotel, next to a pet cemetery.”

Even now that she’s traded brushing her teeth with Jack Daniels for sitting front row at New York Fashion Week, Kesha hasn’t given up being a loud-and-proud freak; she did, after all, once claim that she’d had sex with a phantom . It’s part of the reason she’s found such a devoted following, one as enamored with her early club hits as with her more vulnerable later recordings.

“I felt like my album Gag Order was truly art made with the intention of personal, spiritual excavation, and I wanted my live show to transport my fans to the inside of my head,” Kesha says. “I have a newfound freedom in my life and I have recreated some of my biggest hit songs in a way that I can find a newfound joy in [them]. I always find joy when I share the music with my animals.”

To commemorate the end of the Only Love Tour, Kesha shared some exclusive snaps with Vogue from her life on the road.

“First, I wake up in my bunk. I have a bedroom on the bus, but I sleep better in the bunk. I usually wake up with a little makeup from last night’s show and crazy hair.”

“After a shower and a smoothie, I go to sound check. I’ve been adding songs depending on what I hear the fans want… I’m always listening to the animals and what will make them happy.”

“I get dressed up and explore the city I am in for the show. I try to hit the local vintage shops, art museums, delicious local restaurants, and always try to visit the local wildlife rescues!”

“I start glam in the late afternoon to get ready for the show and meet and greets. This tour I have been leaning more minimal than ever before, embracing more natural tones. I’ve been learning to embrace my freckles and a more natural look. All part of the process of learning to love myself without trying to cover up or distract as much as I used to.”

Kesha is ready to hit the road!

The 36-year-old music superstar just kicked off her Only Love Tour on Sunday night (October 15) at the The Factory in Deep Ellum in Dallas, Texas.

The set list for the evening includes a bunch of her biggest hits, including “Cannibal,” “Take It Off,” “Your Love Is My Drug” and “We R Who We R.”

The tour sees the singer hitting stops across the country including Austin, Orlando, Nashville, Washington D.C., New York City, Boston, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. For all ticket and tour info, click here.

Kesha Won’t Be Silenced on Upcoming ‘Gag Order’ Tour

Kesha will return to the road this fall in support of her most recent album, Gag Order .

The 20-date trek will kick off Oct. 15 at the Factory in Deep Ellum in Dallas and wrap Nov. 18 at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. Kesha will receive support from Jake Wesley Rogers throughout the tour.

Tickets for all shows will go on sale June 2 at 10 a.m. local time, with presales set to begin May 31 at 10 a.m. local time. Full information is available on Kesha’s website .

Gag Order, which was produced by Rick Rubin, marks Kesha’s fifth studio album and first in three years, following 2020’s High Road . As Kesha explained in a recent interview with Rolling Stone , the album continues the self-exploration she’s been doing in her thirties after her “strange and interesting” twenties.

Kesha Announces Fall 2023 Tour Dates

Kesha is going on tour in support of her new album, Gag Order . The first show is set to take place on Sunday, October 15, in Dallas, Texas, and Kesha will stay on the road through November. She’ll be joined on the Gag Order Tour by pop musician Jake Wesley Rogers. See Kesha’s tour dates below.

The Only Love Tour , formerly The Gag Order Tour , is the sixth headlining tour by Kesha . The tour embarked on October 15, 2023 in Dallas, TX with Jake Wesley Rogers as the supporting act for the majority of the tour. Pre-sale for the tour begun on May 31 and ended on June 1, 2023. Background [ ]

Since 2014, Kesha has been involved in a legal battle against her former producer and longtime collaborator Dr. Luke . This legal dispute has put her career on hold. She released her final album under RCA Records and the Dr. Luke owned Kemosabe Records , Gag Order on May 19, 2023. The record saw Kesha dive into her more vulnerable side, as well as alluding to the lawsuit for the first time in her music. In June 2023, Kesha and Dr. Luke released a joint statement saying they have reached a settlement, about a month before the case was to go to trial.

Kesha described the tour to be a combination of joy, celebration, and moments of extreme, raw, vulnerability. The tour will also see performances of songs from her fourth album, High Road , as the coronavirus pandemic prevented Kesha from fully touring that album. Kesha also brought up the possibility of performing songs she isn't fond of. "There are definitely some songs that are not my favorites," she said to People magazine, "but I feel like I don't want to tell my fans that because if it's their number-one most favorite song, I don't want to kill the vibe. I also am open to, on this tour, playing some of the songs that are maybe not my favorites and creating new memories around them." [3]

On September 14, 2023, Kesha announced she has changed the name of the tour to "The Only Love Tour", making this the first tour of Kesha's to have been renamed after being announced. The new name is named after the single, " Only Love Can Save Us Now ".

Stage Set Up [ ]

The stage set up consists of three circular platforms, a drum set on the left, and a keyboard on the right. The backdrop is a curtain that different colored lights are projected on, and there are five other vertical curtains that span across the stage and are raised and lowered to hide the instruments depending on the song.

Concert Synopsis [ ]

Kesha's set for the Only Love Tour typically runs for an hour and fifteen minutes. The setlist consists of select songs from Gag Order as well as her biggest hits. Kesha performs with Nicholas Annis on guitar and keyboard, Elias Mallin on drums, and Derek Tabada and Logan Schyvynck as her dancers.

Kesha opens with "Only Love Can Save Us Now" as the only person on the stage. The band and dancers join her starting with "TiK ToK", which begins with lights surrounding her flashing clockwise. During "Raising Hell", Kesha wears a nun's hat and a cross. During "Take It Off", Kesha collects clothing items fans throw on stage. For some songs, like "Take It Off" and "Peace and Quiet," Kesha sings with a vocoder. During "Eat The Acid", Kesha recreates the sitting choreography from her VEVO Studio performance. During "Timber", one dancer wears a cowboy hat and lassos the other, wearing an animal mask. Kesha and her dancers perform a traditional line dance. During "Blow", giant inflatable balls are thrown into the audience for fans to toss around. During "We R Who We R", Kesha will occasionally bring drag performers on stage to perform with her. 35k+ Fans Ecstatic As Kesha Announces Tour For New Album ‘Gag Order’

Anticipation has been steadily abuzz since February with Kesha leaving a breadcrumb trail of clues hinting at a new album. On May 19th, Kesha released her 5th album entitled Gag Order, which features the legendary producer, Rick Rubin. 

Fans have generally received the new album quite well.

For many fans, this has been long coming, and Gag Order finds Kesha exploring her artistic authenticity. But, then again, there’s a fair chance that Rick Rubin’s perspective and wisdom may have helped the situation. 

Rick Rubin has produced some of the greatest albums of all time. Some of his credentials include:

• Reign In Blood by Slayer
• Blood Sugar Sex Magik by Red Hot Chili Peppers
• Licensed To Ill by Beastie Boys

But, of course, like any major fanbase, the real question has been whether she would embark on a tour. On May 30, 2023, Kesha announced plans for a North American tour with Jake Wesley Rogers providing opening support. 

Within just 4 hours of the Instagram post, over 35k fans reacted to the announcement with excitement. An overwhelming number of comments provided plenty of evidence that many Kesha fans live in Brazil.  

The touring itinerary appears to be coast-to-coast so that no American geographical area is left out. What remains to be seen (and what many are hoping for) is a European tour. 

Because the tour is essentially 1 month long, an international tour isn’t out of the question. But this tour looks quite fun for those who can attend, especially with a Halloween show in Philly. 

Tickets for all 20 dates of the Gag Order tour go on sale June 2nd at 10 AM local time. The schedule is as follows:

Review & setlist: ‘The party don’t start ‘til’ Kesha walks into MGM Music Hall at Fenway

“All I want to do tonight is give you my love, share this with you, and give you a place to feel so loved and so safe,” Kesha told a crowd of her dedicated fans, also known as “Animals,” in Boston. That love was clear and reciprocated by fans, showing nothing but enthusiasm throughout the singer-songwriter’s performance.

Kesha’s concert at MGM Music Hall at Fenway Wednesday night was part of the ongoing “Only Love Tour,” supporting her fifth studio album “Gag Order,” which was released May 19. The album is the last she was contracted to release through producer Dr. Luke’s record label, Kemosabe Records. 

The pair were involved in a nearly decade-long legal dispute — in 2014, Kesha sued Dr. Luke, accusing him of sexual assault, and he countersued for defamation. Kesha and Dr. Luke announced via Instagram in June that they had privately reached a settlement in the dispute. In the wake of the long legal battle, “Gag Order” explores themes of processing trauma and how it affects one’s mental health.

In her first performance in Massachusetts since “The Adventures of Kesha and Macklemore” tour in 2018, Kesha proved despite these experiences, she is not going anywhere and wants to continue putting on incredible shows for her fans.

Before Kesha took the stage, pop singer Jake Wesley Rogers performed for the excited crowd, belting out powerful ballads, getting concertgoers excited for the main set.

After a quick break between acts, the moment the crowd had been waiting for had arrived — Kesha took the stage. From the moment she did, the crowd’s energy was dialed up.

During the opening number, “Only Love Can Save Us Now,” Kesha made it clear that she is ready to move on from her past experiences. After a line in which she references the defamation lawsuit against her, she shouted out “Not anymore b*tches!” to which the audience erupted into screams of support.

At one point, Kesha asked fans to be as loud as they could, and the ensuing cheers could’ve burst the eardrum of a passerby outside the venue.

Kesha also addressed changing the tour’s name from the “Gag Order Tour” to  the “Only Love Tour” back in September, telling the crowd that with all of life’s difficulties, “the only thing that [she] can make sense of it all with is with love.”

About halfway through the show, Kesha surprised the animated crowd by playing “Peace and Quiet,” the tenth track on “Gag Order,” live for the first time.

A show as electric and energetic as Kesha’s could only end with a vibrant spectacle, and Kesha delivered, ending the main set with “Blow.” As the lights flashed, inflatable disco balls were unleashed onto the crowd, sending the crowd into a frenzy for what was seemingly the last time.

However, much to the excitement of the audience, the night wasn’t over. Kesha returned to the stage for an encore, beginning with the 2017 ballad “Praying” from her third studio album, “Rainbow.” In the song, she makes it clear to someone who has hurt her that despite what she’s going through, she is still able to find it in herself to forgive them, demonstrating her resiliency and ability to move forward.

Kesha’s vocal abilities truly shined through during “Praying,” belting out the emotionally-loaded song as the packed crowd sang it back to her.

The singer ended the night with “We R Who We R,” a song reminding listeners to be unashamed and confident. In the final chorus, Kesha brought out a group of drag queens as her two dancers waved pride flags, demonstrating her love for her fans one last time by reminding them that this was a safe place for them to unapologetically be themselves.

Chris Stapleton Announces Australia and New Zealand Tour

The country singer will be bringing his headline ‘all-american roadshow tour’ down under.

Chris Stapleton is set to make his debut tour in Australia and New Zealand.

The country singer will be bringing his headline ‘All-American Roadshow Tour’ Down Under next year.

His Australian tour kicks off on Tuesday, February 25th at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena, followed by Brisbane Entertainment Centre on February 28th, and Qudos Bank Arena, Sydney on March 4th. He will then head to New Zealand, performing at Auckland’s Spark Arena on Friday, March 7th.

Grammy-nominated blues rocker, Marcus King, will be joining him as a special guest for all dates.

A Live Nation pre-sale begins on Thursday, April 11th at 11 am, running until Friday, April 12th at 10 am. General public tickets will go on sale on Friday, April 12th at 11 am. 

Kentucky-born Stapleton is a multi Grammy, CMA, and ACM award-winner. He recently won two awards at the 66th Annual GRAMMY Awards: Best Country Solo Performance and Best Country Song for his hit, “White Horse.”

In recent years, Stapleton has collaborated with Adele, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, Justin Timberlake, P!nk, Sheryl Crow, Santana, and more.

Stapleton is bringing his talents to our shores following the release of his acclaimed fifth studio album, Higher , which features the hit single “White Horse”. Other fan favourite tracks include “You Should Probably Leave”, “Starting Over”, and a popular cover of “Tennessee Whiskey”.
