SOLD!: 40′ Cruise A Home Corsair 1978 – $9,975 – Seattle, WA

Fiberglass hull, LOA 40′, 12′ beam, 2′ 10″ draft. This vessel is of houseboat design.

She has a large main cabin with helm forward to starboard, midship starboard side galley complete with table and chairs, and a settee bench to port. There are port and starboard cabin sliding entry doors to access the bow, and sidedecks. The aft cabin has a sliding double berth to port with storage below it, and shelving on starboard side. The portside head has a tub and shower, sink and vanity.

She has a good sized  6′ X 12′ aft deck with hatch access to the main engines, may be made to run or easily replaced with an outboard to satisfy marina requirements for self propelled. She has a 28′ X 8′ boatdeck with upper helm controls, bimini frame and some canvas.

Self propelled originally by a pair of MerCruiser V8 engines with vee drives. She needs work to be in “move-in ready condition”, we may be able to help you secure liveaboard moorage on the lake. Monthly fees ( + /-) approx $650 on a month to month basis which includes moorage/liveaboard fee/water/trash/basic electricity.

I have pulled this houseboat with this trailer approximately 60 miles and it pulled great with no problems. We have removed all top rails and fly-bridge so it is ready to haul, for transport all you need is some straps, flags, signs and semi to pull it with! We have put New Custom Hand Made Heavy Drapes in 2012-2013 throughout the boat, you can see the colors of the living/dining room ones if you look at the background of the picture of our friend with our dog on the living room couch, (our dog is more like our child & is very well trained and she has had no pottie accidents etc... on the boat by the way). The Master Bedroom/Stateroom is equipped with two pocket doors, one pocket door leads to the hallway with the bunks and another pocket door leads to the bathroom/head! Nicely positioned His & Hers Closets in the Master Bedroom/Stateroom plus an extra closet for coats/shoes/purses makes for plenty of storage, and you even have your own large sink with wall mirror in your Master Bedroom/Stateroom! This is also the location of the "Laundry Closet" which I always found handy to be able to have guests stay the night and still get my laundry done in the evenings while others are asleep. The Bunk Beds in the Mid Bedroom/Stateroom have a Queen Size Bed on the Bottom and a Twin Size Bed on Top with Curtains for privacy from the hallway/walkway! This houseboat also has a Built in Battery Charger 15 Amp. Ceiling fans throughout including outside on the Large Front Deck! New LP tanks with cover 2012. Sound System throughout the boat top and bottom! Custom Built Semi Trailer made especially for this houseboat could use some paint, (please see pictures). We will be removing our personal items such as: clothes, tools, some mementos from friends etc... This houseboat has had only 4 owners and has been very well kept up, we still have the original service manuals on most of the equipment. There are just too many extras to mention. The seller describes the boat as a floating lake cabin more than a cruise boat. Engine is said to be good and runs strong. The engine hp is enough to push the structure about 7 mph under normal circumstances. Stock #246401 Custom Houseboat. Completed in 2020. 200 sf interior with many options. The HOME BUILT tritoon is built on a set of SUN TRACKER 22" pontoons and is reported to be 10' X 34' 08" in length. Powered by a 2000 model MERCURY 50 hp 4-stroke engine. The engine is said to operate very well. Hours are unknown. The living area is an estimated 200 sq ft welded frame construction and is fully insulated. A new elastomeric roof application was added in 2020. The aft deck is partially enclosed with a welded roof that houses the onboard head. The seller installed solar voltaic panels which are rated at 850 watts and are connected to 300AH lithium iron "smart batteries". Amenities include an 11 cu ft refrigerator/freezer which is powered by a 120 volt AC from a 2000 watt sine wave inverter. All other lights, fans, and plugs are 12 volt and hard-wired. The LP wall heater is an 1800 BTU by "Mr. Heater". The seller tells me with the insulation, the heater keeps the space warm, even in the cold NE. Other features include a 22" LCD Television with a built-in DVD player. 1984 Chris-Craft AquaHome, Beautiful 46' houseboat with all the amenities! This houseboat is ready to live on or just enjoy a weekend get-away! It comes with a full kitchen including refrigerator/sink/range/microwave/toaster over. The salon is open and spacious with windows all around. There are new wood-grain vinyl floors throughout the boat. The master bedroom has a queen bed with lots of floor space, a big closet, windows, and a skylight hatch with steps that open up to the 3-level back deck.
