The Movie The Machine

23 years ago, Bert Kreischer had an infamous experience with Russian mobsters while on a booze-soaked college trip. That trip has come back to haunt him as he and his estranged father (Mark Hamill) are kidnapped back to Russia by the mob to atone for something they say he did. Together, Bert and his father must retrace the steps of his younger self (Jimmy Tatro) in the midst of a war within a sociopathic crime family, all while attempting to find common ground in their often fraught relationship.

Fully Loaded 2023

Bert Kreischer's 2023 Fully Loaded Comedy Festival not only etched itself into the comedy circuit as one of the year’s top touring shows but also laid the groundwork for a lifestyle brand destined to support numerous ventures for years to come. It was, in every sense, a dream tour realized—a journey through the heights of hilarity and the depths of pure, unfettered fun.

The 2023 festival kicked off on June 14 at Forest Hills Stadium in New York and wrapped up at The Gorge at George in Washington on September 15. Each stop was an exhibition of Kreischer’s undeniable ability to command both the stage and the hearts of comedy enthusiasts. The festival also marked a significant achievement for Kreischer, whose performances, including a sold-out show at Red Rocks in 2021, solidified the potential of outdoor venues in hosting comedy extravaganzas

Coming off of his hugely successful outdoor run, the Hot Summer Nights Tour 2020, as the first-ever stand-up comedian to embark on a drive-in comedy tour, renowned comedian, podcast host, and author Bert Kreischer brings his The Berty Boy Relapse Tour to Stifel Theatre on November 11, 2021.

Kreischer is known for his unique brand of comedy, which interweaves party-boy antics with humorous anecdotes about family and fatherhood. Currently, Kreischer is filming Legendary Entertainment’s movie, The Machine, alongside Star Wars actor, Mark Hamill - an adaptation of the viral story Bert told onstage about getting involved with the Russian mob while studying abroad in College, which has been viewed more than 85 million times online. Most recently, he hosted the Go-Big Show on TBS Network, an extreme talent show with celebrity judges Snoop Dogg, Rosario Dawson, Jennifer Nettles, and Cody Rhodes, which premiered this past January. In October 2020, Bert released his hit 5-episode Netflix mini series, The Cabin with Bert Kreischer, whichfeatured cameos from a star-studded cast of Anthony Anderson, Caitlyn Jenner, Tom Segura, Joey Diaz, Nikki Glaser, Fortune Feimster, Bobby Lee, Donnell Rawlings, Kaley Cuoco, Joel McHale, Ms. Pat, Deon Cole, Big Jay Oakerson, and LeeAnn Kreischer. Bret Kreischer “Fully Loaded” Comedy Tour Returning June 2023

In 2022, Bert Kreischer kicked off the  inaugural   Fully Loaded Tour . This is where he collected some of the best comics working tour and did a big festival tour last summer. The tour was a hit, and so they’re bringing it back again for 2023.

The festival will kick off on June 14th and take place “at sixteen of the most iconic ballparks and arenas across the country.” Once again, he’s bringing some top talent with him, including Mark Normand, Shane Gillis, Tiffany Haddish, Stavros Halkias, Fortune Feimster, Dave Attell, Lewis Black, Jim Norton, Andrew Santino, Big Jay Oakerson, Jay Pharoah, Dan Soder, Chad Daniels, Ralph Barbosa, Rosebud Baker and Tammy Pescatelli.

Kreischer said in a statement, “Fully Loaded is the best ticket you can buy in entertainment this summer – Indoors, outdoors, baseball stadiums, arenas, and The Gorge. The Fully Loaded lineups are top to bottom the best talent to have ever graced stand-up stages. An absolute no-brainer for any comedy fan.”

When the numbers are all reported to Billboard Boxscore, the tour is likely to come in at a more than $10 million gross, making it one of the top earning comedy tours of the year.

Headlined by Kreischer, who has seen his profile skyrocket in the last two years thanks to his films like 2023’s The Machine , comedy specials like Hey Big Boy and Razzle Dazzle and popular comedy podcasts including “2 Bears, 1 Cave” with fellow comedian Tom Segura , this year’s stacked lineup for Fully Loaded included  Mark Normand, Shane Gillis, Tiffany Haddish, Stavros Halkias, Fortune Feimster, Dave Attell, Lewis Black, Jim Norton, Andrew Santino, Big Jay Oakerson, Jay Pharoah, Dan Soder, Chad Daniels, Ralph Barbosa, Rosebud Baker  and  Tammy Pescatelli .

“Bert selects all of the talent for the show — its not being picked by a promoter or a talent buyer,” says manager Judi Marmel , a partner at Levity Talent. “In a world where nothing is agnostic, the festival is the purest form of an artist executing their vision.”

“Our intention for creating Fully Loaded was to build a lifestyle brand that represents all of the aspects of life that Bert enjoys the most, that could then support multiple ventures and revenue streams for years to come,” says Marmel.

Kreischer says his wife LeeAnn convinced him to invest the first years earnings from the 2022 run back into the festival and worked with a team of friends to book excursions and activities for participating comedians.

“We wanted to make it the best experience a comic could ever have with extra tour buses and plenty of amenities to make it feel like a great gig,” Kreischer says — like a visit to Churchhill Downs or batting practice with the home team at the stadium they were playing.

For this year’s tour, Kreischer says his team booked activities for every day of the tour, which was split into four separate four-day runs — June 14-17 playing Forest Hills Stadium in New York, followed by CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore, PNC Field in Moosic, Penn. and Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion in Gilford; June 22-25 at Turtle Creek Stadium in Traverse City, Michigan, Parkview Field in Fort Wayne, Indiana Enterprise Center in St Louis, Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln. The tour then took a two week break before returning for eight more July dates, including a July 6 show at Huntsville, Alabama’s new Orion Amphitheater, a July 8 show at AutoZone Park in Memphis, a July 12 show at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and the show closer July 15 at the Gorge.

Kreischer says organizing the festival wasn’t always easy, having to sometimes make tough decisions like like deciding each night’s lineup, curated to fit the venue and market and momentum of the overall tour.

“There are certain acts that other comedians have a hard time following,” Kreisher says. “Acts like Chad Daniels, who was simply amazing. And I also had Tiffany Haddish on the lineup, who no one could f–king follow either. Most promoters wouldn’t give a s–t and say ‘just find someone to follow them,’ but as a comic, I had to say, “No that’s not how it works,” and I’m able to talk to a comedian like Dan Soder and ask him to open — and he’ll do it because he understands, and the request is coming from a comedian.”

Kreischer adds, “And then I will take the bullet and close the show behind someone like Chad or Tiffany. Everyone there knows me — I just take my shirt off and people go crazy.”

“At the heart of [things],” Kreischer says, “I love comics, and I love being on the road with comics. And my daughters who I bring on tour with me love it too. During the tour, one of them told me, ‘I love this — you wake up in a different city every morning, you have breakfast ready and everyone you eat with is hilarious. This is amazing.'”

In 2022, Pollstar listed Bert as #4 in the “Top 10 Highest Grossing  Tours,” performing to sold-out arenas around the globe. He is currently on his 2023 Tops Off World Tour.  

As one of the best storytellers of his generation, Kreischer seamlessly and sincerely shares anecdotes about his family and  fatherhood while proving “that there’s a way to take his [party-boy] antics into middle-age,” (Forbes). 

On March 14th, Kreischer released his highly anticipated 5th stand-up special, Razzle Dazzle on Netflix. Shameless — and  shirtless — as ever, Bert spills on bodily emissions, being bullied by his kids, and the explosive end to his family's escape  room outing. His stand-up specials, Secret Time, The Machine, and Hey Big Boy are currently streaming on Netflix. 

As if that wasn’t enough, Kreischer tops off this summer as the star and producer in the Legendary/ Sony picture  film, The Machine, exclusively in theatres across the country on May 26th. Kreischer rose to fame as a stand-up comedian  known as The Machine, and in his signature set, he recounts his true experience with Russian mobsters while on a booze soaked college trip. Now, 23 years later, that trip has come back to haunt him as he and his estranged father (Mark Hamill)  are kidnapped back to Russia by the mob to atone for something they say he did. Together, Bert and his father must retrace  the steps of his younger self (Jimmy Tatro) in the midst of a war within a sociopathic crime family, all while attempting to  find common ground in their often-fraught relationship. 

On June 14th, Bert will kick-off the second annual Fully Loaded Comedy Festival at sixteen of the most iconic ballparks and  arenas across the country.
