For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid before your departure from your country or after your arrival to India as mutually decided between team management and guests. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from the above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance (as specified in your tour proposal).

Mode of Payment for FIT (Frequent Individual Travelers):

• 30% of the amount-confirmation of the order
• 70% of the amount – Day 1 of the tour.

Mode of Payment for GIT (Groups Independent Travelers):

• 50% of the amount – confirmation of the order
• 50% of the amount – One month earlier of the tour starting date.

The overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our Bank or by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 75 days to 60 days preceding the starting date of tour: NO RETENTION will be charged.
• 60 days to 45 days preceding the starting date of tour: 30% of package cost will be charged as Retention.
• 45-35 days preceding the starting date of tour: 50% of package cost will be charged as Retention.
• 35-0 days preceding the starting date of tour: 100% of package cost will be charged as retention.

In case of special trains journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required). For flight tickets cancellation, airlines cancellation policy will be applicable.

Day 01 arrival delhi by flight no.  (please advise your flight details).

On arrival at Delhi airport our representative having a placard displaying your name will meet you at the airport to pick you up and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 02 Delhi City Tour

This morning after breakfast you will proceed for the Delhi sightseeing tour. Today you will visit Jama Masjid-the country’s largest mosque, visit Chandni Chowk and spice market and enjoy Rickshaw Ride in Chandni chowk, then visit the elegant but imposing Red Fort, Raj Ghat-a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, Humayun’s tomb-Delhi’s finest example of Mughal architecture, the famous Lotus Temple of the Baha’i faith, the medieval workmanship of Qutab Minar, The Parliament House, The President House and India Gate. Rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 03 Delhi to Agra by Train

This early morning pick up from the hotel and transfer to Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station to board the train to Agra. Train No. 12050 Gatiman Express departs from H Nizamuddin station at 08:10 hrs. arriving at Agra Cantt Station at 09:50 hrs. Agra is a major tourist destination in North India because of its many Mughal-era buildings, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri, all these three are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. On arrival pick up and transfer to the hotel. After fresh n up you will visit the famous Taj Mahal-the symbol of love, built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. (Taj Mahal Remains Closed on Every Friday) Later, visit the Agra fort, built by the great Emperor Akbar and the tomb of Etimad-ud-Daula often described as Jewel Box or the Baby Taj and is regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal. Day 04 Visit Taj Mahal at Sunrise & proceed to Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri & Chand Baori

This early morning at sunrise you can visit the Taj Mahal-again (Optional visit). After visiting the Taj Mahal, return back to your hotel for fresh n up and breakfast. Later, around 11:30 hrs. check out from the hotel and proceed to visit Fatehpur Sikri, the deserted red sandstone city built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar located at a distance of 30 km from Agra. By evening transfer to Agra Fort railway station to board the train to Jaipur. Train No. 12036 departs from Agra Fort station at 17:40 hrs. arriving at Jaipur station at 21:20 hrs. On arrival pick up and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 05 Jaipur City Tour

This morning after breakfast you will visit the Amber fort nestling among Arawali Hills built in 16th century by Raja Man Singh, enjoy an optional elephant ride at Amber fort subject to additional charges, then visit Jal Mahal (Water Palace) & Hawa Mahal-a Palace of winds- it is the Jaipur’s most famous monument. In the afternoon you will visit the City Palace and Museum, City Palace-conceived and designed by Jai Singh is a fine blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture and is one of the most important architectural landmarks in Jaipur. Walk to the adjacent Jantar Mantar an astronomical observatory. Rest of the day is free at your leisure for rest or shopping. You can visit the local markets for some window shopping. Jaipur is the most famous marketplace for Handicrafts and Gold & Diamond Jewellery. Overnight at the hotel in Jaipur.

Day 06 Jaipur to Delhi by Train pick up & Transfer to Airport (Please advise your flight details?)

This morning after breakfast you will be transferred to Jaipur railway station to board the train to Delhi. Train No. 12985 departs from Jaipur station at 06:00 hrs. arriving at New Delhi station at 10:30 hrs. On arrival pick up and transfer to Delhi International Airport for your onward journey.

Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, you will be welcomed by your Authentic India Tours representatives who will transfer you to your hotel for a 2-night stay.

Today is an opportunity to explore the historical city of Delhi with a full day sightseeing tour. You will begin in the wide avenues of New Delhi and will see the Lutyen’s buildings and the India gate memorial, along with the tomb of Humayan and Qutab Minar.

In the afternoon it’s time to discover the bustling and vibrant streets of Old Delhi with a traditional rickshaw ride as well as a visit to see the impressive Jama Masjid, one of India’s largest mosques and Raj Ghat the resting place (Samadhi) of Mahatma Gandhi.

The morning drive to Agra will take about 3 – 4 hours.  In the afternoon you will visit 2 UNESCO world heritage sites the Agra Fort followed by the world-famous Taj Mahal.
