Taylor Swift and HAIM perform "no body, no crime" together when they are openers for her Eras Tour.

Taylor Adds An Extra Song To Her Set List For All Her Shows With Haim

The U.S. leg of the Eras Tour is ending with a bang.

Summer is coming to an end, and so is the U.S. leg of the Eras Tour, but not without a special surprise for its sendoff. Taylor Swift’s massive tour finally welcomed its final opening act at the July 22 concert in Seattle, Washington, and Haim didn’t just bring their own can’t-miss set list of hits — Swift also added an extra song to her own already-massive set list to perform with her longtime buddies . Since Haim will serve as the opening act for all of the remaining Eras Tour shows in the United States, all future concertgoers can expect a little something extra after Swift takes the stage.

The Eras Tour doesn’t just boast a 45-song, career-spanning set list , it also cycles between nine different opening acts of artists that are important to Swift. Haim was the last supporting act to join the tour, and they’re also one of the most exciting bands to be part of it. Not only is Swift’s close friendship with the three sisters very well-known, but they’ve famously collaborated before. And sure enough, just as fans had been hoping, Swift made sure to include her song with Haim, “No Body, No Crime,” in her main set list, bringing out the band to perform it together on raised platforms. The collab is expected to be part of all the rest of the tour’s U.S. shows, since Haim is opening throughout the final night on Aug. 9.

Swift has previously only added a song to her main Eras Tour set list for one other opener: Phoebe Bridgers. At the shows when Bridgers was opening for Swift, she came onto the stage to sing her duet “Nothing New” with Swift .

But “No Body, No Crime” isn’t the only reason to be pumped to see Haim at the Eras Tour. The band’s set list for their opening act consists of six fan-favorite Haim songs :

  • “Now I’m In It”
  • “My Song 5”
  • “Want You Back”
  • “The Steps”

While Haim is closing out the U.S. leg of the Eras Tour, the show isn’t even close to ending. Swift will travel internationally throughout 2024 with opening acts Sabrina Carpenter and Paramore .

Taylor Swift delivered the debut live performance of “No Body, No Crime” alongside the song’s featured guests Haim Saturday at her Era Tour stop in Seattle.

With Haim joining the tour as the opening act for the remainder of the North American leg, it was likely the sisters would join Swift onstage in some capacity, either for their Evermore collaboration or the Swift version of their own “ Gasoline .”

Fans didn’t have to wait long for the inevitable as, to kick off the Evermore portion of the Eras Tour show, Haim elevated onto the stage for the first-ever performance of “No Body, No Crime”; the song’s placement was more of a surprise, as Swift deviated from her usual, ironclad setlist — replacing “Tis the Damn Season” with “No Body, No Crime” — and not saving the performance for the Surprise Songs segment the guests usually appear.

Haim previously opened for Swift during her  1989  World Tour in 2015, and the Haim sisters —Este, Danielle, and Alana — and Swift have remained BFFs since that tour seven years ago, having celebrated birthdays, vacationed together, attended awards shows, and more numerous times since then.

The Eras Tour continues Sunday night in Seattle before heading down to California next weekend for its final eight U.S. shows, two in Santa Clara then six at Inglewood’s SoFi Stadium.

The Eras Tour will be a celebration of all 10 of the studio albums Swift has released since 2006 — at least, that’s what the trek’s title suggests. The singer also shared a poster advertising the tour’s 27-date U.S. leg on Instagram featuring a collage of photos of herself through the years, from the time of her self-titled debut to  Midnights , which dropped less than two weeks prior to the tour news.

The tour presented by Capitol One and produced by Taylor Swift   Touring  and promoted by the Messina Touring Group will begin on March 18 with a show at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz., Swift announced during an appearance on  Good Morning America . International dates will be announced soon.

“I wanted to tell you something that I’ve been so excited about for a really long time. I’ve been planning for ages and I finally get to tell you: I’m going back on tour,” Swift said on  GMA . “The tour is called the Eras tour and it’s a journey through all of the musical eras of my career.”

Haim’s Eras Tour Debut Came With A Surprise Taylor Swift Duet & Adorable TikTok

Haim’s Eras era is here.

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON - JULY 22: EDITORIAL USE ONLY Taylor Swift and HAIM perform onstage during the T...

There’s no end to the delights of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour . The U.S. leg of the 12-time Grammy winner’s megatour is winding down, but she’s making sure every show is memorable, in part with her rotation of opening acts and ever-changing set list . Most recently, Haim made their Eras debut, and they do so with an adorable TikTok video and a long-awaited live duet.

Sisters Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim teased their first Eras show on TikTok on Saturday, July 22. Their video captured the trio walking into Lumen Field, the Seattle stadium where they, fellow opener Gracie Abrams, and Swift were scheduled to perform on July 22 and 23. The sisters all covered their mouths in awe as they took in the setting, and then they began twirling in excitement. Text over the clip read, “first time seeing the 8th wonder of the world (the eras tour),” and Brent Morgan’s cover of “What Dreams Are Made Of” (aka the song from The Lizzie McGuire Movie ) added to the magical moment.

Fans shared their elation in the comments, with singer Blu DeTiger calling it “Iconic,” and others saying they were “obsessed.” Many others, however, wanted the sisters to know they had an important request: a live performance of “No Body, No Crime,” Swift and Haim’s collaboration from her Evermore album.

The musicians didn’t disappoint their fans. Though “No Body, No Crime” hadn’t been on the Eras Tour set list, Swift swapped it in for the band’s debut . The four women rose up from below the stage together early on in the show, performing their duet live for the first time together where “‘Tis the Damn Season” normally would have been played. “Iconic performance,” one fan tweeted , alongside footage from the show.

The band let it be known that it was an incredible experience for them, too. “ERAS NIGHT ONE WAS A DREAM!!!!” their post-show Instagram caption read . “got to play no body no crime for the first time.. see you tonight for round 2 SEATTLE.”

Haim’s Swiftie adventure will continue for the remainder of the U.S. Eras Tour. From Seattle, they’ll travel to Santa Clara and Los Angeles, California, where they and Abrams will open eight more shows for Swift. The band’s set list includes their hit songs “Now I’m in It,” “My Song 5,” “Want You Back,” “The Wire,” “Gasoline,” and “The Steps.” Offstage, they’ll get to spend a lot of time with Swift. Recalling their experience opening for her 1989 tour in a June cover story, Este told Elle UK , “We’d play a show and she would just want to hang out after.” Maybe it will lead to more surprises for fans in the future.

"I'm enchanted to announce my next tour," the 32-year-old posted on Instagram, announcing the initial 27-date leg of the tour. On Friday, a few days after the initial announcement, Swift added 8 more dates. "UM. Looks like I'll get to see more of your beautiful faces than previously expected… we're adding 8 shows to the tour," she tweeted alongside a photo of the newly updated schedule.

The Eras tour marks Swift's first time on the road since her 2018 global tour in support of her No. 1 album Reputation , which also featured a notable roster of one-off guest appearances including Shawn Mendes, Selena Gomez, Sugarland, Hayley Kiyoko, and more.

Taylor Swift and Haim Deliver BFF Vibes During Surprise ‘Eras Tour’ Duet of ‘No Body, No Crime’

Taylor Swift and Haim Deliver BFF Vibes During Surprise 'Eras Tour' Duet of 'No Body, No Crime'

Taylor Swift and the Haim sisters brought their love of Olive Garden to the  Eras Tour .

“We got something new for you, I hope that’s alright,” Swift, 33, quipped during her Saturday, July 22, concert in Seattle, per social media footage, as she launched into the opening verse of “No Body, No Crime” alongside Haim.

The Grammy winner previously enlisted the three sisters — Danielle, Alana and Este Haim — to join her on the track, which appeared on her LP  Evermore . Saturday’s show marked the first time that Swift played “No Body, No Crime” on the  Eras Tour   — and the first concert that Haim served as her opening act . During Swift’s  Evermore  section of the concert, she swapped her usual rendition of “’Tis the Damn Season” for “No Body, No Crime.”

During the surprise duet, Swift stunned in a sparkling, brown gown while Haim opted for matching black looks. The sisters brought the edge in their leather pants and coordinating crop tops.

Swift and Haim have been fast friends for years, even serving as the opening act on her 1989  live tour and appearing in her music video for “Bejeweled.”

“Seeing how hard she works is insane,” Danielle, 34, gushed about her bond with Swift in the band’s June  Elle UK  cover story, before Este, 37, chimed in that Swift “never complains” about her busy schedule.

“She’s the most incredible performer, and so inspiring as a friend. She loves what she does,” Este noted at the time. “We’d play a show and she would just want to hang out after.”

Haim will serve as Swift’s opening act for most of her West Coast  Eras Tour  dates , beginning with Saturday’s concert at Lumen Field.

“First time being the 8th wonder of the world (the  Eras Tour ),” the band captioned a TikTok video hours before the concert kicked off, in which they walked into the stadium for the first time. They twirled around the arena as Brent Morgan ’s cover of “What Dreams Are Made Of” played in the background. (The song was originally sung by Hilary Duff in  The Lizzie McGuire Movie . )

10 Eras Tour Makeup Ideas Inspired By Every Taylor Swift Album

Best believe you'll be bejeweled.

haim sisters eras tour

@alexandraafrench /Instagram

Securing a ticket for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour is like winning the lottery at this point—if you have an upcoming show on your calendar, consider yourself extremely lucky. Swift has released a whopping four albums and two "Taylor's version" re-releases since she last toured in 2018, and is coming back bigger then ever with a show that celebrates every single one of her albums—or, eras. From her country-tinged self titled album to the edgy Reputation, Swift is playing all the hits, with the outfit changes to match.

Going to a concert is sort of like Halloween in the sense that you have every right to go all out with your outfit for the occasion. Yet, no look is complete without stunning makeup (and a Swift-inpsired Eras mani ) to complete the look. Not sure where to start? Read on for the best Eras Tour makeup ideas, inspired by each of Swift's albums, and prepare to arrive in style (sorry).

Taylor Swift/Debut Album

@walker_ash /Instagram

Taylor hit the scene with a guitar and a dream, and seeing as she was a teen at the time, she generally stuck to makeup that was bright and age-appropriate. However, she went a little bolder for her music videos, and this makeup look riffs off her iconic green dress and rhinestone-studded eyes in the music video for “Teardrops on My Guitar," which was essentially Euphoria makeup before Euphoria.

For a similar look, first take a green eyeshadow like the Sephora Collection Sephora Colorful Eyeshadow in Emerald ($10) and blend two hazy circular patterns on the inner and outer corners of the eye. Then, accentuate the center of the lid with a shimmering silver like ColourPop's Super Shock Shadow in Ice Dream ($7), and finish off the look with a mini wing and intense lashes. If you’re looking to add some dazzle, you can also apply  rhinestone decals to the outer corner of the eye and extend them toward the top of your cheekbone.

@chloebailey /Instagram

Fearless is the album that features some of Swift’s most recognizable hits like “Love Story”—but to Swifties, it’s so much more than that. This album was the first that Taylor re-released after claiming the rights to her own music. The original album cover features Swift in a gold-toned dress, which is super easy to mimic with a dripping-in-gold makeup look. Add a pop of gold shimmer onto your eyelids with a shadow like the Danessa Myricks Beauty Colorfix Pigment in Goldmine ($18), and then try adding the Makeup by Mario Master Crystal Reflector in Citrine ($26) to the high points of the face for a Midas-worthy highlight.

@charli_xcx /Instagram

There’s no rule that says wearing glitter is synonymous with a complicated makeup look—especially when off to a concert where you'll be dancing all night long. You can dip into this striking purple look—reminiscent of Swift's purple gown on the album's cover—with a wash of the shade Astral Amethyst Moon from the Pat Mcgrath Labs Mothership IX: Huetopian Dreams Palette ($128). To take things up a notch, add a poppy blush like the Iconic London Sheer Cream Blush in Cheeky Coral ($27) to your cheeks for a coral flush. Finish off the look by brushing up your brows with the Patrick Ta Major Brow Lamination Gel ($27), et, voila, a look that takes mere minutes to create.

@jennakristina /Instagram

A red lip is the quintessential Taylor Swift makeup look, but it's especially fitting if you want to pay homage to her Red album. Whereas Swift usually pairs her red lips with a subtle wing, you can take a less intense approach by layering a true red matte like the Nars Powermatte Lipstick in Dragon Girl (34) under a red lip gloss like Glossier's Lip Gloss in Red ($15) and then faintly sculpt the eyes with neutral shadows.

@katiejanehughes /Instagram

1989 called on pop hits from the 80’s (the decade in which Swift was born), and is all about energetic beats, striking outfits, and makeup that pops. As a tribute to the blue eyeshadow looks that ruled the decade, you can take a softer approach and use a baby blue like the Gxve by Gwen Stefani Paint It Up Cream Eyeshadow in shade 1998 ($20) to create haze of shimmery blue shadow all around your inner and outer corners. Finish it off with a sharp wing using the Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Matte Liquid Liner ($21) and add the Velour Vegan Luxe Lashes in Serendipity ($27) for a wispy look that’ll last you through the night.

@makeupbyvincent /Instagram

Taylor can do vampy too, and she made that very clear with her Reputation album. Throughout the tour, she was decked out in black bodysuits and thigh-high leather boots, and literally wore undead glam in the music video for “Look What You Made Me Do.” If you’re planning on wearing your best all-black ‘fit, you’ll want to pair the look with a dark red glossy lip, like the Hourglass Phanton Volumizing Glossy Balm in Haze ($36) and just a smidge of the Kosas Glow I.V. Skin Illuminating Enhancer ($38) to add a reflective finish to the skin. A few coats of the Ilia Limitless Lash Lengthening Mascara ($28) should be enough for a look that’s both glam and moody.

@alexandraafrench /Instagram

Following the dark vibes of Reputation , Swift released Lover , which had a girly aesthetic to match the romantic themes. There are pink, purple, and blue pastels all over the album cover and the accompanying music videos, so your best rendition of a Lover -inspired beat will include a girly overload.

Begin by swiping a pink eyeshadow all over your crease and brow bone, and extend the color toward your temples. Then, amplify your lashes by applying a deeper pink on the upper and lower lash lines before adding rhinestone decals from the Simi Haze Eye Play Dance Pack ($49) around your eyes. Finish off with the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer in Fu$$y ($21) for a bold take on Taylor’s cutest album.

@maryphillips /Instagram

Swift went for a more pared-down aesthetic for this album and, admittedly, wears very little makeup throughout the album’s music videos—it was quarantine, after all. Still, the album cover’s black and white vibe immediately made us think of a soft smokey look that you can easily DIY. First, take the Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette in The Rock Chick ($55) and smoke out the palette's darkest grey shadow along your crease and lower lash line. Then, apply the palette's glittery silver shade to the lid (because glitter is almost a necessity for a Taylor concert), and follow that by blending a black liner along the upper and lower lash lines. Finish off with a clear lip gloss for a pop of shine.

@makeupvincent /Instagram

If you’re looking for some softer makeup to wear on the big night, there’s no better album to reference than the ethereal Evermore . You can wear a monochromatic makeup look, and use a multi-stick like the Live Tinted Huestick in Perk ($24) for a wash of peach on the lids and lips, and then use the Chanel Les Beiges Water-Fresh Blush in Light Pink ($50) along the cheekbones. Brush up your brows for a feathery effect, and you now have a no-makeup makeup look that pairs perfectly with some of Swift's most emotional songs.

Swift brought back the glitz with her Midnights album, and throughout this entire era, she wore glittery navy looks that mimicked a starry night sky. You’ll want to go bold with this look and start off by blending the Violette_Fr Yeux Paint in Blue de Minuit —which means "midnight" in French—($31) all along the lid and crease. After that, use the Haus Labs Hy-Power Eye, Cheek, and Lip Pigment Paint in shade Black Onyx Matte ($24) to create a smokey wing that extends towards the temples, and intensify the eyes even further with a black liner along the waterline. Finally, finish the look off with the Tower 28 Beach Please Lip + Cheek Cream Blush in Happy Hour ($20) along your cheeks and lips, and you’re sure to look bejeweled.

The Haim Sisters: All About Este, Danielle & Alana and Their Sibling Rock Band

Este, Danielle and Alana Haim have been performing together since 2007

Jessica Sager is a contributing writer at PEOPLE. She has been working at PEOPLE since 2023. Her work has previously appeared in Parade, The New York Post, Seventeen, PopCrush and more.

Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic

The Haim sisters — Este, Danielle and Alana — make up one of the biggest sibling bands in music.

They count icons like Elton John among their fans , Taylor Swift and Lorde among their collaborators and Lizzo , Stevie Nicks and the Foo Fighters among artists with whom they've shared the stage.

The sibling group made music history at the 2021 Grammys, where they became the first all-female rock band nominated for album of the year, but they'd much rather not discuss specifically being women in music — so much so that they cheekily named their third full-length album Women in Music Pt. III .

"In the spirit of being spontaneous, it made us laugh and we thought it was funny because we got asked, 'What's it like to be a woman in music?' Or, 'What's it like to be women in music?' We had gotten that question every interview since 2012," Danielle told PEOPLE in 2021. "So we thought, we think it's funny: 'Maybe if we name our album that, people will get the picture not to ask the question.' And it worked."

In July 2023, Haim joined their pal Swift as the opening act for her Eras Tour, and the "Lover" singer celebrated their arrival by adding their collaboration, "No Body, No Crime," to her set list. The sisters joined Swift on stage to sing the country track, which the group will continue to perform together throughout the rest of Swift's North American tour dates.

So who are the Haim sisters? Here’s what to know about Alana, Danielle and Este Haim, and how they went from playing music with their parents to selling out arenas around the world.

The Haim sisters have music in their blood

Taylor Hill/Getty

Their parents, Mordechai "Moti" and Donna Haim, met on a blind date, and Donna — who won an episode of The Gong Show covering Bonnie Raitt — was ready to walk out until Moti began drumming at the table. They fell in love by bonding over music, and their daughters inherited their passion. They formed a family band, Rockinhaim, when youngest daughter Alana was just 5 years old, teaching the girls instruments and taking them to piano lessons.

"It was the best school. To learn songs, we'd have to record them off the radio to cassette tape and then press pause and play for hours to learn all the chords and lyrics by ear," Alana told the Guardian in 2012. "By the end we knew every chord progression out there."

After graduating high school, Danielle toured with Jenny Lewis and Julian Casablancas and performed on The Tonight Show with CeeLo Green . Este, meanwhile, finished a five-year ethnomusicology degree program at UCLA in just two years. In 2004, Este and Danielle joined the band the Valli Girls, with which they released a song on The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants soundtrack. They left the group in 2005 and formed their own band with Alana in 2007.

Haim could change the "Valley Girl" stereotype in a big way. The sisters grew up in the Los Angeles suburb San Fernando Valley, an experience that influenced their work.

“We grew up along Laurel Canyon on the Valley side, north of Ventura [Boulevard], in a city called Valley Village, which we affectionately call Valley ‘Vill-ahh-ge,’ to make it a little more chic," Este told Variety in 2020. "And we were, what, three or four exits away from Hollywood? But it still felt really far away."

The band wrote their song "Los Angeles" about Este driving them into the city. "When I got my license and got a car with a sunroof and a f—ed-up CD player with my bat mitzvah and chore money, I would get Danielle and Alana and drive over Laurel Canyon to get to the Roxy and Troubadour," she recalled.

They're proud of their Jewish heritage

JMEnternational/JMEnternational for BRIT Awards/Getty

The Haim sisters are Jewish and their religion was a big part of their upbringing and bonding with their parents, they told GQ .

"When it comes to Judaism, the thing that really kept us together was the family aspect. It was the High Holidays, coming together as a family for an event. A meal," Alana said. Este added, "We did Shabbat, but that was more about just coming together as a family."

Their faith and secular Jewish traditions even informed their music career. One of their earliest performances with their family band Rockinhaim was in the back of Canter's Deli, a famous Jewish-style deli in L.A., and they were paid in matzo ball soup. Paying homage to those roots, the sisters planned a tour of delis in 2020, but that was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In December 2021, Haim released their own rendition of Adam Sandler 's " The Chanukah Song ," name-dropping Doja Cat , Timothée Chalamet , Rashida Jones , Dan and Eugene Levy and Maya Rudolph , among others. Sandler approved of the tune, retweeting the video and writing, "Love you ladies! You are three badass Jews! See you on tour!"

JAY-Z signed them to his agency

Andy Sheppard/Redferns/Getty

Fans can thank JAY-Z for the Haim sisters being household names. The rapper and mogul signed Haim to Roc Nation in 2012.

"To say that JAY-Z is my boss makes me want to throw up," Alana told Fuse in 2013. "We are obsessed with JAY-Z and we're just really excited that he wants us to be in his personal space."

A year after signing with Roc Nation, Haim dropped their debut album Days Are Gone . The sisters told Rolling Stone that JAY-Z sent them a congratulatory note when their opening week numbers were unveiled. In 2017, they signed with Full Stop Management.

Este "almost died" during a performance

Ian Gavan/Getty

Este had a medical emergency onstage during Haim's set at the 2013 Glastonbury Festival. She told BBC News , "I think we've had a lot of trials and tribulations on the road, there have been a couple of little mishaps — Glastonbury being one of them when I almost died."

Este, who has Type 1 diabetes, said she started feeling unwell early in their set, and by the sixth song, she could feel her "blood sugar levels plummeting really really fast."

"My eyes were kind of fluttering in the back of my head," she recalled. She went offstage and was in and out of consciousness when her manager checked her blood sugar levels. He discovered that Este was five points away from a seizure.

"My manager, he's the best manager in the world, he had to put chocolate on his finger and stick it in my mouth," she added. When she recovered, Este went back onstage to finish the performance seated — "like B.B. King ."

The singer said the incident was a result of missing a meal, a risk that's all too common while touring.

"It's due to the fact that your hours are always so different and food is never really constant," she explained. "It definitely is not easy but it is manageable, you just have to make it a priority and make sure you stay healthy."

They made their big screen debuts together

In 2021, Alana starred in Licorice Pizza , directed by Paul Thomas Anderson — who was actually a student of Donna’s in elementary school. It was Alana’s first movie role ever, and her sisters and parents played her family in the film.

While Anderson wrote Alana's part specifically for her (and used her name for the character), Alana said she was nervous about being "terrible" in the movie. “I was like, ‘I don’t even know where to look . What if I look at the camera?’ ” she recalled. But Anderson thought she did exceptionally well.

"I didn't know she was going to be that good," he told the New York Times .

Alana credited her work as a musical performer for preparing her for work in front of the camera. "Being in Haim, I’m doing so many different things and there are so many different distractions that you have to tune everything out and just be very present in your body," she told the outlet. "And I think that really helps with shooting a movie."

They use "telepathy" in their songwriting

The Haim sisters are so in sync with one another that they sometimes manage to collaborate without even speaking a word.

Speaking about the songwriting and production process of their album Women in Music Pt. III , Alana told PEOPLE, "Sister telepathy is a real thing. Because we're family, it's easy to trust who you're working with."

Sometimes that closeness had a negative impact, Este told Variety . During the COVID-19 pandemic, and after a series of personal struggles, including the death of a close friend, the sisters were closer than ever — but they were having trouble communicating.

"It's this weird dichotomy that we tend to tell each other everything, and then wear the emotions of each other. So when one of us is feeling glum or blue, the other two tend to join that person in their loneliness," Este explained, adding that she felt guilty subjecting her sisters to her sadness. "We are so close, but we still felt lonely and isolated at the same time," she said.

But they felt those emotions anyway, and the sisters think it might be genetic.

"We do have a theory also that our grandma is clairvoyant, so it might've been passed down from generation to generation," Este added. "There's a telepathy that doesn't happen if you're not a sister."

They're good friends with Taylor Swift

Haim Instagram

Taylor Swift counts the Haim sisters as some of her closest friends. In addition to opening for Swift on the Eras Tour, the band previously toured with her in support of her album 1989 . In July 2022, Swift joined Haim during a performance at London's O2 Arena.

They've collaborated offstage as well: The Haim sisters played Swift's stepsisters in her "Bejeweled" music video. Swift is featured on their song "Gasoline," while they harmonized with her on the evermore track "No Body, No Crime," which even mentions Este.

During their downtime, the Haim sisters often hang out with Swift and were spotted at her 25th birthday party in 2014 and her 32nd birthday party in 2021.

Ahead of the Eras Tour, PEOPLE chatted with Haim about what had them most excited to hit the road with Swift again.

" Backstage dance parties ," Este said. "Backstage pre- and post-show dance parties with Taylor."
