That includes a pair of back-to-back gigs at New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom on Friday, Nov. 3 and Saturday, Nov. 4 .

Kesha can’t wait either.

Want to DO THIS with Kesha these next few months?

Kesha set list

While we can’t predict what Kesha will play at shows — especially since she just released a record full of certified bangers — we can let you know what she performed at her most recent full-length concert back in October 2022, courtesy of Set List FM :

01.) “Cannibal” 02.) “We R Who We R” 03.) “Raising Hell” 04.) “Blah Blah Blah” 05.) “Woman” 06.) “Timber” (Pitbull cover) 07.) “Your Love Is My Drug” 08.) “Shadow” 09.) “Take It Off” 10.) “Tik Tok” Encore:

11.) “Praying” 12.) “Blow”

Kesha new music

Upon first listen, Kesha’s “Gag Order” is a revelation.

At times, the 13-track record is introspective and heartfelt like in the stellar, swoon-y, sample-heavy “All I Need Is You” or the washed out, trippy “Too Far Gone.”

In other places, she’s recreated the anthemic sound that helped make her name. Personally, we’re partial to the foot-stomping, choppy “Only Love Can Save Us Now” and the slinky “The Drama.”

For our money, there’s no song worth skipping here — as the kids say, this is all killer, no filler.

Plus, little interludes like the refrain “In the next life, I wanna be a house cat” at the end of “The Drama” is worth the price of admission alone.

Want to hear “Gag Order” for yourself?

You can listen to the record in its entirety here .

Kesha special guest

At all shows, Kesha is bringing Jake Wesley Rogers along with her.

This isn’t his first rodeo though.

Rogers, 26, has opened for Ben Platt and Panic! At The Disco on their respective tours.

As for his sound, Rogers is a vocal powerhouse with a range that allows him to hit high notes before going back to his baseline — it’s poppy, grand and fits right in with Kesha’s catalog.

Need to familiarize yourself with his stuff pre-Kesha concert?

You can find Jake Wesley Rogers’ complete discography here .

Kesha announced the tour on Tuesday via her social media platforms, writing, “GAG ORDER TOUR. WHO’S TURNING UP?” She expressed her enthusiasm in the comments section, stating, “We gonna burn the house down bby.”

ticketflipping provides valuable tools for ticket resale professionals

The Gag Order Tour is scheduled to commence on October 15 in Dallas and will visit various cities across North America, including New Orleans, Atlanta, Nashville, Philadelphia, Boston, New York City, Toronto, Detroit, and Chicago. The tour will conclude on November 18 in Los Angeles.

Gag Order, Kesha’s latest album, was released earlier this month and showcases a more introspective side of the “Tik Tok” performer. Throughout the record, she delves into themes of mental health and past romantic relationships. Additionally, her ongoing legal battle with ex-collaborator Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald seems to be alluded to in the lyrics. Kesha first filed a lawsuit against the producer in 2014, alleging sexual, emotional, and physical abuse. Although her claims were dismissed in 2016, Dr. Luke’s defamation suit against her is set to go to trial this summer, despite multiple appeals.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Kesha described the new album as “the most intimate thing I’ve ever created.” She revealed that she explored her deeper emotions and vulnerable aspects of herself, including anger, insecurity, anxiety, grief, pain, and regret. Despite the nerve-wracking process, Kesha found the experience to be healing.

For fans eager to secure their spots at the Gag Order Tour, presale tickets will be available on Wednesday at 10 a.m. local time, followed by the general sale on Friday at 10 a.m. local time. Detailed information can be found on Kesha’s official website.

Kesha’s Gag Order Tour promises to be an incredible journey through her latest musical creations. With her powerful vocals and heartfelt lyrics, she continues to captivate audiences worldwide. Fans of Kesha’s unique style and meaningful artistry should mark their calendars and seize the opportunity to witness her electrifying performances on this highly anticipated tour.

Kesha Announces 20-City Tour in Support of Vulnerable New Album 'Gag Order': 'Who's Turning Up?'

"We gonna burn the house down," wrote the musician alongside the announcement for the tour, set to go down this fall

Vince Haycock

The party's starting —  Kesha 's going on tour!

On Tuesday, the Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter announced a 20-city North American tour in support of her new album Gag Order , set to go down this fall with special guest Jake Wesley Rogers.

"GAG ORDER TOUR. WHO'S TURNING UP?" wrote Kesha, 36, alongside the tour's announcement on Instagram. She also took to the comments section underneath the post, writing, "We gonna burn the house down bby."

Kicking off Oct. 15 in Dallas, the Gag Order Tour will hit venues throughout North America including New Orleans, Atlanta, Nashville, Philadelphia, Boston, New York City, Toronto, Detroit and Chicago before wrapping on Nov. 18 in Los Angeles.

Courtesy RCA Records

Presale tickets become available on Wednesday at 10 a.m. local time before the general sale opens to all fans on Friday at 10 a.m. local time. More information is available at Kesha's website .

Released earlier this month,  Gag Order  finds the "Tik Tok" performer in an especially introspective space, as she sings about mental health and past romantic relationships. Throughout the record, she also seems to allude to her ongoing legal battle with ex-collaborator  Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald .

Kesha first sued the producer in 2014 for sexual, emotional and physical abuse, and he filed a countersuit the same year. Her claims were dismissed by a judge in 2016, but  his defamation suit  against her is set to go to trial this summer — despite multiple appeals.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone , she referred to the new album as "the most intimate thing I've ever created."

"I really dug into some of my uglier emotions and sides of myself that are less fun," Kesha told the outlet. "It's scary being vulnerable. The fact that I have compiled an entire record of these emotions, of anger, of insecurity, of anxiety, of grief, of pain, of regret, all of that is so nerve-racking — but it's also so healing."

Ke$ha worked her way into the spotlight the hard way but now, having sold over 57 million records worldwide, her time has definitely come.

Born in California in 1987, Kesha Rose Sebert was raised by a single mother who was a successful singer-songwriter in her own right but struggled financially, torn between the demands of her craft and the need to support her family. When the family moved to Nashville, a young Kesha’s out-there persona did not sit well with the conservative surroundings however she used the time productively to work on her music and built her craft.

When she was just 17 she was persuaded to drop out of school and return to California to pursue music by songwriter and producer ‘Dr Luke’ who subsequently signed Kesha to his label and publishing company. Slowly, with Dr Luke's tutorage, Kesha began to write songs for artists and feature as a backing singer but still had to waitress on the side in order to live.

Her first breakthrough came when she sang backing on Flo Rida’s massive hit ‘Right Round’ but, determined to make it on her own terms, she declined featuring in the video or taking any credit for the performance. The appearance did however act as a catalyst for her signing a deal with RCA and finally being able to put the finishing touches to an album that she had already been working on for 6 years.

That album became ‘Animal’ which hit the top of the Billboard charts when it was released in January 2010 birthing the massive single ‘Tik Tok’. Having worked hard to get to that point, Ke$ha wasn’t going to stop there and the success continued with the release of her second album ‘Warrior. To begin with the dollar sign in Ke$ha’s name was an ironic nod to being broke but now everyone knows that it spells success.

Live reviews

‘Wake up in the morning feeling like P Diddy’…. Whether you’re a fan or not, it is hard to deny that Ke$ha makes great pop songs. Catchy hooks and unforgettable lyrics in abundance, like or loathe the music she makes, her success speaks for itself and her first two albums achieved nine top 10 hits on the Billboard charts.

It is hard not to have fun at a Ke$ha show, if you do not mind getting covered in glitter that is. It rains glitter at Ke$ha gigs, quite literally. From the ceiling to the floor, everything is covered in the stuff- even Ke$ha’s ‘animals’ who make spontaneous appearances on the stage, throw buckets full of glitter into the audience.

I’ve seen Ke$ha live a number of times and watched her live show improve and evolve into the spectacle it is now. As she has achieved more success, the production effort put into her show has increased immensely, which means set changes, dazzling lighting displays, dancers and of course more glitter!

One of the best was at Brixton Academy. Hits like ‘Tik Tok”, “We R Who We R” and “Die Young” stirred the young audience in a glitter fuelled frenzy and the whole place buzzed with an energy that is rare to feel at live shows these days.

If fun, light-hearted pop music is your thing, you should definitely catch a Ke$ha show and even if it’s not, you’ll still find it pretty difficult not to enjoy yourself.

Ke$ha was one of the craziest, wildest and outlandish artists I have ever seen live. She rocked on to stage in suitably wacky style, with copious amounts of glitter. Indeed, glitter seemed to feature quite heavily throughout the night, culminating in glitter cannons at the end (which were, undeniably, awesome). Ke$ha puts on a fun show, and her music is catchy, fun and pop-tastic. The emphasis of the show was not necessarily to showcase great vocal talent, but more to put on a spectacle and to entertain. And I was certainly entertained. Ke$ha performed her greatest hits, such as ‘Your Love is My Drug’ and ‘Tik Tok’, which was played in the very middle of the show and which had the entire audience screaming along to the lyrics and dancing crazily. ‘Timber’ ended the show on a high, and had the entire crowd jumping up and down, causing a mild earthquake. The backing dancers were great and very entertaining: Ke$ha engaged with them throughout the show, going so far as to even give a couple of the male dancers a cheeky lap dance, in her suitably wacky fashion.

sabraziz’s profile image

The one woman party that is Ke$ha really shows her fellow divas that they do not have overthink the live experience in order to still entertain fans. There is no sign of thoughtful video interludes or slick, week long choreographed routines during this lady's show but instead there is a huge emphasis on fun and a crazy amount of glitter.

Beginning behind some DJ decks with flashing glasses, she plays 'Sleazy' and 'Blow' in quick succession to get the crowds jumping and runs through her hits keeping the audience involved throughout. At one point she pulls a member out from the masses and offers them a lap dance before her backing dancer dressed as a giant penis teases him. It sounds as bizarre as it was, by the time Ke$ha is back on to the hits the energy levels are at an all time high. A brilliant finale of 'Your Love Is My Drug' and 'Tik Tok' accompanied by huge glitter cannons proves that female singers do not have to take themselves too seriously to conduct brilliant live shows.

Amazing. So f ing amazing. I loved it, even though the venue only had 1000 people in it, people were screaming, and I could feel the love. She sang all her classics hits, sang with her mom, had a guitar battle, sang the high note in Praying. Everything you could ever want in a concert. But one thing, the opening act was terrible. They were screaming, NOT singing. Legit, when we walked out, confetti was everywhere. That’s how you know it was a party!!!

Kesha has amazing stage presence and has the most confidence I've ever seen. Warning: she does swear a lot while she's talking but is very down to earth and makes a real connection to her fans. There was not a dry eye during praying. Didn't perform many songs but the speech before We R Who We R was the best thing I've ever heard.

Kesha is a goddess! Her show was incredible, simply put. She had an amazing stage set up and a ton of costume changes! The atmosphere was so exciting! Her set list included all time favorites like Tik Tok, Blow, Praying, and a ton others. I loved seeing her in concert! I hope she comes back to Chicago soon!

Kesha was terrific. Only thing that was sad was she saved my favorite song- Tic Toc to the end and I had to leave and hear it in the parking lot. Many people seemed to want to hear it earlier in her set.

Reneé Rapp and Kesha at Coachella

Reneé Rapp debuted at Coachella on Sunday afternoon and was joined by Kesha on the stage.

Kesha performed her song “Tik Tok” and made a slight change to the lyrics.

Instead of singing, “Wake up in the morning feelin’ like P. Diddy,” Kesha and Rapp sang, “Wake up in the morning like F*** P. Diddy.”

Rapp is a fan of The L Word , and the cast, including Katherine Moennig, Leisha Hailey, Jennifer Beals, and Ilene Chaiken, were at the event to help introduce the Mean Girls star to the stage.

Kesha updates 'TiK ToK' lyrics to 'F--- P. Diddy' during surprise Coachella duet with Reneé Rapp

Both singers defiantly raised their middle fingers when singing the new lyrics during Rapp's set at the music festival on Sunday.

Sydney Bucksbaum is a writer at Entertainment Weekly covering all things pop culture – but TV is her one true love. She currently lives in Los Angeles but grew up in Chicago so please don't make fun of her accent when it slips out.

kesha tour chicago

The party at Coachella didn't start until Kesha walked in.

The singer wasn't on the lineup for the 2024 Indio, Calif., music festival, but she still stole the show when she appeared as a surprise guest during Reneé Rapp 's set on Sunday and debuted timely updated lyrics to her 2010 hit song "TiK ToK."

Emma McIntyre/Getty Images

After Rapp welcomed her to the stage by calling her the "hottest person on the earth," Kesha began singing the first line, "Wake up in the morning ... " But then she and Rapp held up their middle fingers as they revealed the new lyrics: "Like, f--- P. Diddy!"

The crowd gathered at the Outdoor Theatre stage cheered as they realized the powerful statement the two women were making in the wake of Sean "Diddy" Combs  properties being raided as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation by federal authorities , as well as the numerous lawsuits and allegations against him of rape and other abuses.

After their defiant moment, Kesha and Rapp finished the duet and hugged before Kesha left the stage. Watch Entertainment Weekly 's video of the performance below:

The original "TiK ToK" lyric are, "Wake up in the morning feeling like P. Diddy," and Combs replies: "Hey, what’s up girl?"

Kesha previously changed the lyrics in November during her Only Love tour stop in Los Angeles, Calif., to, "Wake up in the morning feeling just like me," one day after R&B singer Cassie Ventura settled a lawsuit against Combs alleging that he sexually assaulted her and subjected her to years of controlling behavior and physical abuse (he denied the allegations).

And last month, federal agents from the Department of Homeland Security raided two of Combs' properties in Los Angeles and Miami as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. In a statement at the time, an attorney for Combs, Aaron Dyer,  called the raids  "a gross overuse of military-level force" and said his client "is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name."  Several more lawsuits  have been  filed against Combs alleging sexual assault. Combs denies the allegations.

Kesha taking a passionate stand against Combs is particularly compelling given her own history of sexual assault claims and nearly  decade-long legal battle  against her former producer and label owner Dr. Luke, a.k.a. Lukasz Gottwald. In 2014, she filed a lawsuit  against Gottwald claiming that he drugged and raped her in 2005, as well as sexual, physical, and emotional abuse over 10 years, resulting in severe depression, post-traumatic stress, social isolation, and panic attacks. Her  lawsuit was dismissed  in 2016, and Gottwald filed a defamation countersuit against Kesha, which was settled out of court.

Earlier in the Coachella set, Rapp was introduced by the stars and creator of her "favorite TV show,"  The L Word.

Jennifer Beals, Kate Moennig, Leisha Hailey, and creator Ilene Chaiken appeared onstage and joked about how they had to say "what every lesbian wants to hear: Who's ready for a f---ing Reneé Rapp concert?!" Rapp then walked onstage and danced with them before launching into her powerhouse set full of hits and ballads.

Kesha switches ‘TikTok' lyric about Sean ‘Diddy' Combs at Coachella

When Kesha made a surprise appearance at Coachella alongside Reneé Rapp , she changed a longstanding lyric to her song "TikTok" that references Sean "Diddy" Combs .

While the original opening line was, "Wake up in the morning feeling like P Diddy," during her April 14 performance, Kesha instead sang, "Wake up in the morning like f--k P. Diddy." And in footage shared to social media , both she and Rapp can be seen holding up their middle fingers.

E! News reached out to reps for Combs but was unable to reach them for comment.

The change comes amid legal trouble for the rapper and is in fact not the first time Kesha has swapped the lyric while performing. In November while performing in Los Angeles as part of her "Only Love" tour, the 37-year-old sang, per The Hollywood Reporter , "Wake up in the morning feeling just like me."

That performance occurred one day after Cassandra "Cassie" Ventura — Combs' former girlfriend of over a decade — filed a lawsuit against the rapper in New York, accusing him of physical and sexual abuse throughout their relationship.

Two more lawsuits were filed against the "I'll Be Missing You" artist that same month over separate alleged incidents of sexual misconduct. He denied wrongdoing in each instanc e and settled the case with Ventura on November 18.

Coachella 2024: Celebrity Fashion Sightings

However, since then he's faced more legal turmoil, including a new lawsuit filed against both Combs and his son Christian alleging sexual assault during a yacht trip in December 2022. Both have denied the allegation through their attorney.

In addition, on March 25, federal agents with Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) executed search warrants at properties owned by Combs in both Miami and Los Angeles. A spokesperson for HSI New York confirmed to E! News at the time it "executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners."

One day after the searches, his attorney shared a statement on his behalf.

"Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs' residences," attorney Aaron Dyer said to E! News. "There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated."

While noting that Combs cooperated with authorities and that neither he nor any of his family were arrested or detained, Dyer added the events lead "to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits."

According to NBC News , sources close to the investigation told the outlet firearms were found at both properties . Additionally, Homeland Security Investigations seized the Grammy winner's phones in Miami before he was scheduled to depart for a trip to the Bahamas.

While the investigation is ongoing, a source told NBC News the raid was connected to allegations of sex-trafficking and sexual assault and the solicitation and distribution of illegal narcotics and firearms. Three women and one man had been interviewed by federal officials in Manhattan in relation to the investigation, the source added.

Shakira Joins Bizarrap for Surprise Coachella Performance, Announces Tour for Late 2024

Shakira and Bizarrap

Coachella ’s first weekend has been full of surprises, and Bizarrap ‘s evening set on Friday was no exception as the high-energy DJ set got an assist from Shakira — where she announced she’ll be touring later this year.

The pair performed their hits “La Fuerte” and “BZRP Music Sessions, Vol. 53.”

Popular on Variety

“Finally we’re going on tour — starting here, in November!” she shouted. “Starting here, this November, in this city! Can’t wait!”

Reports earlier this year said that Shakira’s team had pushed hard for a headlining slot for the singer at this year’s festival, which was declined. At the very least, her appearance during Biza’s set confirmed there wasn’t bad blood between Shakira and the festival as the Colombian superstar soared through the high-energy performance. Biza and Shakira caused a lot of excitement with the release of “Vol. 53,” or the 53rd song in a YouTube series — “BZRP Music Sessions” — produced by the Argentinian star. They’ve performed it on the Latin Grammys and the “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Coachella will continue through Friday night with a final performance from headlining artist, Lana Del Rey. The weekend will continue with Saturday headliner, Tyler, the Creator, and a final closing set with Doja Cat on Sunday.
