Explora Journeys – The Future of Luxury Cruise

Explora Journeys is a new luxury cruise line that was announced in 2021 and is scheduled to begin sailing later this year. The company aims to provide a unique and immersive travel experience for its guests focusing on sustainability and exploration. This new luxury cruise line represents the ambition and long-held dream of the MSC Group and the Aponte family to redefine luxury ocean travel for discerning luxury travellers.

The ship Explora I will be the first ship launched, followed closely by Explora II and then several others in 2024, 2026, 2027 and 2028, respectively.

Discover Explora Journeys’ first ship, the Explora I

Explora Journeys will initially launch with one ship, the Explora I, which has been specifically designed for exploration in remote destinations. She will sail to lesser-known destinations around the world, including Antarctica, the Arctic, the Amazon, and the South Pacific.

This ship will offer luxurious, serene and spacious accommodations across each of the ship’s 461 ocean-front suites. These include Penthouses and residences that have been created with refined European elegance, comfort and simplicity as the focus to offer a real ‘Home at Sea’ to Explora Journeys guests.

This new high-standard luxury cruising company is committed to sustainability and responsible travel. Explora I will be equipped with the latest environmentally friendly technologies, such as a hybrid propulsion system, and the company will work to minimise its impact on the environment in all aspects of its operations.

Guests on Explora I will have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities, including kayaking, hiking, wildlife watching, and cultural tours. The ship will also have a team of expert guides and naturalists on board to provide educational lectures and lead excursions.

I recommend this travela agency 100%, I did a trips with them 3 or 4 times and evertyhing worked perfectly, sometimes I got a cancelled flight or so and they take charge. They send you new flights to choose with several options. That's great, In addition the circuits and cobinated big trips are amazing, always there are someone that speaks your languaje and treat you perfectly in the visited contry. I believe that they can improve a bit the communication 24h to be more clear just that.

No vacation

Regarding 945153788 I booked a trip to Mexico from Madrid on May 20th and the room I booked could not be provide so Logitravel gave me an option for an other room, that I declined. (Logitravel confirmed a room they did not have) Now I have to pay 20% (459 euro) in cancelation fee and you still have the remaining 2260 euro on Logitravel account. I wrote back we want to change to an other hotel or move our holiday to 21st. if the booked room is avalible there. Have not heard anything, down with 2700 euro and no holiday for us due to Logitravel. Poor customer"service" and I hope they will contact me tomorrow ? We will see. Martin and Ana

Good morning Mohamed, After reviewing your file we have been able to verify that on 27/07 you made a flight reservation through our website, which was pending confirmation. After several attempts, it was not possible to confirm it due to lack of availability of seats of the airline, so we proceeded to the cancellation and refund of the amount paid at that time. You contacted us on 17/08 to inform us that you had not received the refund, so one of our agents sent you a confirmation of the refund. You were also asked for a letter from your bank detailing the reason for not finding the refund, and we are waiting for you to send it. We booked a trip with logitravel on msc virtuoso A cruise to France and Spain We paid extra to chose our rooms because there was three rooms needed close to each other They took the extra money and when we arrived on the ship guess what all three rooms were not next to each other l should have paid the basic and not the Fantasia package my advice book else where with some one who keeps to the agreement

Last year we booked a holiday to Norway with this company. Ther were a lot of troubles with a delayed flight and in the end we nearly found our carrental closed. I got really sick and need a refund

I got really sick and had to come back to my country, had purchased a pack with flights and hotel, they dont want to give me my money back and I really need it. On their website there ir a page where (in spanish) they say that if something happens that is not your fault you can get your money back, 100%. And they want to charge me 723 euros as a cancellation fee, but the money I want back is 723, so obviously I’ll end up with nothing, they keep me back and forth but they don,t give me my money back!!! I really need help

During the whole process of setting up the reservation you were detailed the cancellation policies of the same (which you accepted at the time of confirmation) and you were told that the cancellation costs would be 100% from that moment. As the relevant department has told you on numerous occasions, you must cancel the reservation as soon as possible and claim the expenses directly from your insurer. The Moscow metro now has a full 4G coverage

The Tele2 mobile network company became the first to build an infrastructure for 100% stations of the Moscow's metro. The high-quality 4G internet is now available on all 259 stations of the Moscow's metro, Moscow Central Circle (MCC) and monorail.

The operator has secured a 100% 4G indoor-coverage internet an all stations of the metropolitan metro, including the passageways, pavilions, and stairways. The investments into the project have exceeded 800 million rubles.

The Moscow underground is a specific infrastructure object, which has its own particularities. All works on designing, installation, and adjustment of the hardware should have been conducted exceptionally during night hours when the metro is closed for entry. A sufficient number of stations have a status of cultural heritage, thus, the network development has required additional approvement from the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow.

The network coverage within the metro system opens new horizons for the analysis of the "big data". Tele2 Network has analyzed the users' activity during the summer months and has indicated the busiest metro lines, which were: Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya, Zamoskvoretskaya and Kaluga-Riga lines. During the summer months, on the stations of Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya lines the subscribers have downloaded 125 TByte of internet-traffic, have made over 2 million calls with the total duration of 27 thousand hours, which equals to 3 years.
