Our Experience at the Desert

We were picked up from our hotel on time. The driver, Dawood Khan, had a very kind nature. We enjoyed a lot during the ride. Drifting on the dunes was a different experience. The pictures came out very well. Mr Khan was a really good photographer too and clicked some awesome pictures. It is definitely worth visiting.

Outstanding experience, Loved it!!

The guide they sended to me (Mr. Rana Saleem) the best guide i ever met. Outstanding experience. He takes us to the Ferrari world and he shared alot of things about Dubai and Abudabi and even he told us such an amazing facts and interstings things about all over the city. Wonderful and Great experience with Rayna Tours.

We had a great day out in the desert

We had a great day out in the desert, camel riding, dune bashing and buggy driving during the day finishing with a fantastic buffet dinner and a show including belly dancers. Our driver was Dawood Khan he deserves a mention for his great customer service and good photo opportunity ideas! Also his driving skills over the dunes , thanks for a lovely day!

Qaisaer ji has been bery warm and welcoming , it was our first day of dubai trip and he showed us around museum of future, we had a great time with him. Also he extended our trip to get us some groceries and some food for my parents. 5 start for both qaisaer ji and rayna travels.

What a Wonderful Experience I must say. I must say it was one of the best experiences I had in Dubai from Rayna Tours. A big Shout to Abubakar, he is a gem of a person. He is a polite person and made us comfortable throughout the experiences, he was just brilliant in Dune bashing and his hidden secret of Photography it’s just awesome. He took the best photos of our Trip. The Dune bashing, sunset photos and all shows were amazing, specially the Fire show. Food was lovely. At last Thanks Abubakar & also Sarmad for the experience. Rayna Tours keep it up! 🤘🏻

Great Introduction to Dubai.

The day Tour of Dubai from Abu Dhabi was a great introduction to the Emirate, starting with Dubai Marina, then Palm Jumeirah with the iconic Atlantis Hotel, on to the Burj Al Arab for a photo stop, then a 2-hour stop at the Dubai Mall with the fountains and waterfalls and a visit to the 124th and 125th floors of the Burj Khalifa. We also stopped at an Islamic Art Centre with wonderful paintings. Last but not least we visited the Creek and the gold and spice markets. Our driver Tauheed was very friendly and reliable. Our guide Freddy, who joined us in Dubai, told us a lot of interesting stories about Dubai, and helped make the day memorable. I liked the fact that there were only 5 us plus Tauheed and Freddy. I can highly recommend them and this tour.

Kamran Khan and Amir Zeb

Kamran Khan and Amir Zeb Were very professional and guided us through the complete trip. Fed us with all information they possessed. Explained all dos and don’ts. They took us to Abu dhabi soup were we could enjoy the dates and purchased few. Lunch buffet was little expensive. Could have stopped at place with non buffet and buffet options.

Took the tour today! Our driver Sarmad Afridi was excellent and give us an excellent tour and dune bashing experience!! Very reliable company and experience! Renting quads and buggies are absolutely worth it as well!

Safari Desert tour with Ryna Tours

From the time we were picked from our hotel Zeeshan Abdul Qadir our tour guide was amazing. He informed us about all the places as we passed. It was my 60th Birthday. For me the entire experience was awesome. Never thought I'll do the Dune bashing, 😁 was great fun. BBQ dinner and the Entertainment. Belly dancers and fire dances were mind blowing. Trip in UAE with Mr.Hammad

Mr. Hammad Anwar talked brilliantly about the buildings and spoke very good English. He is a wonderful guide who was able to think for us, for example about booking tickets to enter the mosque. Driving with Mr. Hammad was also a pleasure, he complied with the road conditions and drove the car in a relaxed manner. He presented a high level of personal culture and was very nice. This is one of the best guides I have met in my life.

“Amazing Desert Safari Experience with Rayna Tours”

It was an awesome experience! There is no doubt that I would love to return to Dubai and have the same experience all over again. Being able to travel with a reputable service provider offers convenience and comfort far beyond what one expects. Rayna Tours' pickups and drop-offs were always on time, the vehicles were comfortable, and the drivers were kind, professional, and experienced. My family and I found it to be an incredible experience and one of the best highlights of our Dubai holiday.

“Horrible! Ir-responsible and zero customer service for Visa service India office”

After making full payment for four people visa horrible experience. Pay extra for agent for service to make our work simple and easier but my experience here was paying extra to get extra trouble and work for my self. It doesn't even deserve to be 1 Star, I will rate it as zero star for its visa service at India office, false commitments, absolutely not reachable and irresponsible staff. No processes and protocol, no manners and not at all professional behavior. Staff comes and goes and no one takes the responsibility it and back up and follow for customer's request. Horrible, just Horibbbllllll

The 2-hour limo ride from Rayna Tours was fantastic. It made us feel like a royal. Wherever we went with the limo, people looked at us with great respect, which we loved it most. The driver of the limo allowed us ample time at each tourist attractions to take in the view and click some photographs. The tour ended at a good note, and we received total value for our money.

We a leading B2B destination management company, who use the portal of Rayna since 4 years, was very much happy and satisfied till 2021. But sorry to say, the replaced staffs from 2022 is good for nothing. Have asked to book a service since 1 week and no one is bothered to provide even the details. The customer already changed dates 2 times because of the staffs and still there is no response. We were dealing with one executive since long time and the response and service was on time. But the guy who replaced him even not bothered to address the issue. Had sent mail to their online support and sales, still. So please be little cautious to address the agents concern to take it forward.

Dear Rayna Tours, On June 02/06/2021 I made a payment if 2300 dirham to rent a car via Rayna Tours for ten days. I was asked by your agent (V****) to pay an additional 1000 dirham as an additional deposit I completed the payment on 15/6/2021 (both pictures attached in an email). I requested that the refund is made to a specific account but your accounts sent the refund to an Omani bank account which was already closed as I left the country instead of my other account as requested. I called the Omani Bank and they confirmed that the payment would have been rejected and bounced back. It is November 2021 and I have yet to get my payment of 1354 dirham. I need this matter sorted immediately as I have tried contacting the agent (V****) and he is now ignoring my messages. It is not a large amount but it is my right to get my deposit back. You have not responded to my emails or messages therefore am hoping to get a response back here. Kind regards,

Amazing and well detailed city tour. The guide Wahajat was also nice.

My first tour in dubai was the city tour. Firstly was picked in a nice tour coaster bus but the most enjoyable part was the places we visited and the tour guide Wahajat making it fun. He gave full details of everywhere we spotted. It was absolutely a nice tour round . I could literally say I saw 70% of dubai from the bus and getting to know the history of most important and beautiful places. We were given chance to also step out and walk around to take pictures. A bit hot at some point and we were served water then eventually dropped off. Wahajat was very patient and kind.

Overall a good experience. The driver of shuttle mr naveed farhad was very cooperative and was right on time. The air conditioner in the cruise were not working properly. Rest all good.
