Seasons Transfers - Round Trip Airport to Hotel

With our booking the Excellence El Carmen included private transfers to and from the resort. The company used was Seasons Transfers. We had a great experience. The booking was simple. Communication was fantastic as our airline changed our schedule multiple times leading up to our arrival. Jay Lopez was our driver and was generous with his time. He was happy to point out points of interest while we travelled and willing to provide any other transportation services needed during our stay.

Christian was very kind, respectful, and a pleasure to talk to. He was on time and waiting for us in lobby with a smile! Great service!

Tony was very professional, helpful and informative. I highly recommend transportation was seamless.

Signed up pre trip with Sol Cana tours for private pick up to and from airport to The Iberostar Grand,; we used them last year as well and they were fantastic!!!!! Coming back this year, Tony greeted us like old friends!!! Reliable, friendly, and not overly expensive! Lovely air conditioned van, beers on ice ready it was the BEST way to start our vacation!!!
