It is your responsibility to arrive at the pier in plenty of time for your cruise to avoid disappointment. Please be advised that once the boat departs, it cannot return to the pier to collect passengers, and refunds will not be offered in such circumstances.

The cruise operates regardless of the weather unless in conditions of poor visibility. The Captain will make the decision on the day if the cruise will not operate. You will be informed of your options on the day if this affects you. Our vessels are closed in so you will not be affected by wind, snow or rain.

We reserve the right to substitute another Boat and, if necessary, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, to cancel or amend the booking in any way, but we will not in such circumstances be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses whatsoever incurred by you due to such substitution, or cancellation or amendment.

Bottomless Prosecco is time-limited to 1.5 hours (from 1:30-3pm) and times cannot be extended. Your drink will be replaced once it has been finished. Drinking to excess will not be permitted and participants are required to drink responsibly at all times. Management reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and without prior notice and reserve the right to refuse serving alcohol to any participant at any time without notice. Amazing day, full of fun and fizz. Staff were great and enthusiastic the bubbles kept flowing freely. The DJ was fab too :-)

Was by far one of the best experiences myself and my group have had! Such lovely staff! DJ played some great tunes and it just made the whole trip just lovely :) I shall be looking forward to our next visit

It was so fun!! More of a party boat than I expected but so good! Food isn’t like a afternoon tea like i expected more like a pack lunch but that was fine, more time for singing and dancing! Would recommend
