Visited this shop once again while on vacation. Every visit to this shop has been an A 1 experience. Needed new cleats and pedals after a near disaster on the bike trail when I could not get my foot out of the pedal. Connor was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile till I was comfortable with the set up he provided. Just did a test run and the new equipment works perfectly. Thanks, Connor, for getting this senior citizen comfortable on her bike again.

On vacation and had trouble with my shifters. Stopped by this shop and the mechanic fixed it within minutes. Great service!

Stopped by after a morning WAB ride, My front and rear brakes sounded like a freight train which was drawing the attention of my fellow cyclists. Met with the Technical Service Manager that assured me the issue would be solved. . I dropped my bike off at 12:57 and received a call at 1:51 that it was ready for pick-up. How extraordinary is that? Continued incredible service after the sale. Unmatched by anyone in the area. Best bicycle shop in town to buy your bike and have it serviced.

My husband and I drove 45 miles to this location to shop for a item they had in stock. We had just did a partial purchase at the Newport News store but they did not have the tires in stock and Williamsburg did. There was a hiccup that happened in the store and the Manager, JP was so kind and empathetic in resolving the matter quickly. He offered impeccable customer service and was very genuine. We will continue to shop here because of JP. Thank you!!!

Terrible customer service. I was ignored both times I went in. Not sure why they didn't want to sell me a bicycle, but that's ok. I took my business elsewhere.

I bought a 2020 Trek Top Fuel 9.8 GX and I love this xc/trail mountain bike. Betsy and Michael were very professional during my purchase!

Josh at Trek was such a huge help! We came in yesterday evening to just to see what they had in store and Josh answered all our questions and was so patient with us.
