You should apply as a freshman if you are graduating from high school soon or have not enrolled in any post-secondary coursework following your high school graduation (excluding the summer after graduation).

Transfer Admissions
If you have previously completed coursework at a college or university (excluding the summer following high school graduation and dual credit coursework), you should apply as a transfer student.
Other Applicant Types
There are other ways to gain admission if you have completed a bachelor’s degree, such as pursuing additional degrees, taking courses as a transient student or seeking readmission as a former student.

You can also email any questions to [email protected]. Visitors can get a one-day parking pass from the Parking Office ( PS3 1.200) with a photo ID. This pass may be used on the day it is issued and will allow you to park in green-marked parking spaces. 842 Loop Road SW, Richardson, Texas 75080. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Visitor Center is a great first stop for campus visitors. In the office, visitors can acquire a parking pass, request directions or pick up UT Dallas brochures, maps and publications.
