Death Grips Announce 2023 North American Tour

Death Grips have waken from their post-COVID slumber, announcing their first tour after nearly four years off the road.

The hyper aggressive and experimental rap-rock hybrid act were added to a number of festival bills for 2023, including Sick New World , Primavera Sound and Outbreak Festival, but it turns out those performances won’t be one-offs.

Death Grips will begin their 2023 North American tour on May 4 in Portland, Ore. and stick around the west until May 21. After a break, they’ll reemerge in the summer, hitting the rest of the U.S. and Canada until Oct. 7.

Death Grips Will Be Going On Tour In 2023 For The First Time In Four Years

When Death Grips last toured in 2019, they were on the heels of their mysterious , abrasive, and compelling last album, Year Of The Snitch . The Sacramento-forged trio of Zach Hill, MC Ride , and Andy Morin blazed a trail for horrorcore-minded experimental rappers who could never quite replicate the visceral nature of Death Grips’ music. Now they’ve announced a new tour of North America for 2023, but no word yet on if this means a new album is on deck.

The tour begins on May 4th, 2023 in Portland and the band will be touring furiously through the Western US (with a Canadian date) that month, before starting an East Coast swing in September and October.

Following another cryptic spree of teasers and fan concern regarding the group’s future in recent years, eccentric experimental hip-hop group Death Grips has now announced a North American tour for 2023.

The first since 2019, the tour will provide the opportunity for the band to play new music while also celebrating classic projects such as  The Money Store . It all begins on May 4 at Revolution Hall in Portland, OR. After a two week run on the West Coast, the group heads east in mid-September, performing at events such as Riot Fest .

Death Grips Announce 2023 North American Tour [Updated]

The band's first outing in four years

Death Grips have announced their first North American tour in more than four years.

Beginning in May, Stefan Burnett, Zach Hill, and Andy Morin will return to the road for a 54-date outing that includes headlining shows in Denver, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, and Austin, as well as festival appearances at Riot Fest in Chicago and Sick New World in Las Vegas. Tickets are available via Stubhub .

Update: Death Grips have announced more shows taking place in July and August, including stops in Kansas City, Louisville, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Washington, DC, New York, and more. Tickets for these newly announced dates go on sale Friday, February 10th at 10:00 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster .

Death Grips released their last album, Year of the Snitch , in 2018. In the time since then, they’ve shared a 2019 mix called Gmail and the Restraining Orders in celebration of Warp Records’ 30th anniversary. Last year, drummer Zach Hill remixed Danny Elfman’s “Kick Me” and also started a new band called Undo K from Hot, which released their debut album, G​.​A​.​S. Get a Star . In May of this year, Death Grips hinted at their impending return by sharing a brief video clip on social media. They followed up in July by bringing their 2011 EP  Live from Death Valley to streaming services.

Experimental hip hop group Death Grips will be hitting the road again in 2023 for the first time in four years. The 25-date tour kicks off May 4th in Portland and runs into October visiting big U.S. markets like Seattle, Los Angeles, Detroit, Brooklyn, Atlanta and Dallas. Canadian shows are planned for Vancouver and Toronto. Also during the year, the trio will be making festival appearances at Sick New World, Primavera Sound and Outbreak Festival.

Death Grips will continue supporting their sixth studio album 'Year of the Snitch' released on June 22nd, 2018 via Third Worlds and Harvest Records. The new album follows 2016's 'Bottomless Pit' and 2015's 'The Powers That B' which reached a career-best #72 on the Billboard 200. Back in 2017, the group joined forces with Ministry for a huge co-headlining tour across America. The Sacramento-based trio formed in 2010 and still consists of original members MC Ride, Zach Hill and Andy Morin.

Death Grips and Ministry have announced a co-headlining tour. Beginning in October, the two groups will play shows in New York, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, and more. See the joint itinerary below. Earlier this year, Death Grips side project the I.L.Y’s (the duo featuring Zach Hill and Andy Morin) released a new album Bodyguard . Death Grips recently released a new 22-minute song called “ Steroids (Crouching Tiger Hidden Gabber Megamix) ,” and said they were working on their next album. Their most recent LP, Bottomless Pit , arrived last year.

Death Grip is a highly-experimental hip-hop group that mixes rap, punk, industrial, and electro-punk. The group, comprising MC Ride, Zach Hill, and Andy Morin, emerged in 2010 from Sacramento. Since the release of their debut mixtape Exmilitary and debut album The Money Store, Death Grips has cultivated a massive cult following. The debut studio effort entered five Billboard charts, peaking at number 3 on the Heatseekers and number 14 on the Top Rap Albums. Their exemplary work caught the attention of music executives, and they later signed with Epic Records. In 2012, the group dropped their sophomore album, No Love Deep Web. The album performed impressively on Billboard’s Heatseekers and Top Rap Albums.

Since their massive releases, Death Grips have come out with unrivaled gems, such as The Powers That B and Bottomless Pit. Their latest studio effort, Year of the Snitch, was released in 2018. Through this album, Death Grips returned to the Billboard 200 and entered the Top Ten of the Top Alternative Albums chart.

Details Death Grips Tour 2024

Death Grips tour 2024 : Death Grips announced their first North American tour in over four years. Starting in May, Stefan Burnett, Zach Hill and Andy Morin will be back on the road for a 27-day tour that includes performances in Denver, Los Angeles, Brooklyn and Austin, as well as participation in festivals such as the Riot Fest in Chicago and the Sick New World in Las Vegas. The tour began on May 4, 2023 in Portland, and the band toured the western United States furiously the same month (with a Canadian date), before embarking on an East Coast tour in September and October.

Death Grips released their latest album, Year of the Snitch, in 2018. They have since shared a 2019 mixtape titled Gmail and the Restraining Orders to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Warp Records. Last year, drummer Zach Hill remixed Danny Elfman’s "Kick Me" and founded a new group called Undo K the Hot, which released his debut album G.A.S. Get a Star. In May this year, Death Grips hinted at their imminent return by sharing a short music video on social media. In July, they released their 2011 EP Live from Death Valley on streaming services.

After their wildly successful co-headlining run last year, ICE NINE KILLS and IN THIS MOMENT have announced the "Kiss Of Death Tour Part 2" . The two bands will join forces once again to bring their spectacular and highly acclaimed live shows together this summer in 21 cities across the country. Capital Credit Union Park gets its second concert of summer with a stop on Kiss of Death Part 2 Tour

ASHWAUBENON - If The Beach Boys concert in July is a little too chill for your liking, Capital Credit Union Park has something considerably heavier in store for August.

Metal bands In This Moment and Ice Nine Kills will co-headline an Aug. 9 stop at the ballpark as part of their Kiss of Death Tour Part 2. Avatar and TX2 will open the 6 p.m. show.

Tickets are $85 field pit, $55 grandstand, $45 general admission and $195 club. ADA seating is available for $45 on the field and $55. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through etix.com .

People who sign up for the EPIC Event Center newsletter before the end of day Tuesday will get a presale code to purchase tickets on Wednesday.

The Kiss of Death Tour Part 2, an extension of last year's trek with the two headliners, kicks off in early August and runs through mid-September.

It's the second concert announced for this summer at the stadium that is home to the Green Bay Rockers.  The Beach Boys will perform July 11 as part of their Endless Summer Gold Tour.

In This Moment and Ice Nine Kills 2024 ‘Kiss of Death' tour: Presale code, dates, venues, & all you need to know

A fter a successful outing last year, In This Moment and Ice Nine Kills are getting back to the world stage with the second leg of the Kiss of Death tour. Dubbed the Kiss of Death Tour Part 2, the upcoming event is set to begin on August 1.

Spanning over four weeks, the tour is produced by Live Nation and will be packed with performances across the United States and Canada. Tickets for the much-awaited Ice Nine Kills and In the Moment tour are now available through the Live Nation presale code 'RIFF.'

The Spotify presale for the tickets begins on April 17, followed by an exclusive presale for individuals with Citi Card membership. Blabbermouth & Knotfest customers can also take benefit of the member-exclusive presale through the code 'ITMINKBBM' starting at 2:00 PM local time on April 17.

The general public will be able to access the tickets through Ticketmaster starting this Friday, April 19. As per Ticketmaster, the tickets for all shows are limited to eight per head and may cost between $87 to $230, excluding taxes.

Everything to know about In This Moment and Ice Nine Kills' Kiss of Death Tour Part 2

The joint outing of Ice Nine Kills and In the Moment is returning to the stage this summer as they kick off the Kiss of Death Tour Part 2. The two groups will be accompanied by Avatar and TX2 as they hold the first performance in Indiana at the Clyde Theatre on August 2.

Ice Nine Kills and In the Moment will be touring through 21 different cities in the United States as they host power-packed shows at major venues such as: Saratoga Springs' Broadview Stage in New York, Buffalo Outer Harbor, Capitol Credit Union Park in Wisconsin, Montana's Shrine Mosque, Oklahoma's Tulsa Theatre, and Iowa's Vibrant Music Hall. They will also head to Canada for a one-off show at the Grey Eagle Events Centre in Calgary, Alberta, on August 23.

The Kiss of Death Tour Part 2 will then return to the United States and host consecutive shows throughout the rest of August and September in venues including Idaho's Mountain America Center, Theater of the Clouds in Oregon, Idaho's Revolution Center, Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, Mission Ballroom in Denver, and more.

Ice Nine Kills and In the Moment will officially wrap up the Kiss of Death Tour Part 2 with the final performance at the Stage AE in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on September 12.

Setlists for the upcoming tour have not been revealed yet.
