Incredible experience, great company!!
Incredible experience! We booked a 14-day trip with Horizon Travel, visiting both Vietnam and Cambodia. Our sales/support agent was Lan, which was extremely responsive and helped us find the perfect itinerary. She made sure all our needs were fulfilled. In terms of the trip, everything was perfect. The guides and drivers were professional, punctual, and always very sweet. We recommend this company 100%!

Per il nostro viaggio in Vietnam, prima di scegliere questa agenzia di viaggi ne ho contattate una dozzina e visionato tantissime recensioni. Ho scelto Horizon Travel per il rapporto qualità prezzo e la cortesia e la gentilezza di tutti gli operatori con cui ho avuto il piacere di parlare. La mia scelta è stata perfetta e non ho mai avuto alcun problema durante il mio viaggio. Siamo un gruppo di 5 persone e insieme ad Hiên abbiamo scelto un tour su misura adatto a noi e alle nostre esigenze. Lei è stata sempre molto brava e professionale. Durante il nostro viaggio uno di noi ha dovuto fare delle visite mediche e tutti le guide e gli autisti sono stati assolutamente accondiscendenti e disponibili ad aiutarci sempre, in qualsiasi momento. Il nostro viaggio è stato magico e tutti gli hotel suggeriti, i voli interni e le escursioni organizzate sono sempre state al top. Siamo partiti da Hanoi, poi abbiamo fatto una crociera sulla baia di Halong di 2 giorni, poi Hoi An, Saigon ed infine Phu Quoc, a sud del Vietnam. Abbiamo trascorso Natale e Capodanno per un totale di 2 settimane. Spero presto di poter partire nuovamente con Horizon Travel per visitare altre parti dell'Asia che ancora non conosco e sono sicura che mi affiderò a loro ancora una volta, soprattutto poiché offrono un servizio di assitenza su WhatApp h24 con un operatore dedicato. Un ringraziamento particolare devo fare ad Hien, Lan, Haidy, Trung e Chuong per la loro professionalità, disponibilità e gentilezza, agli autisti e a tutto lo staff. Grazie di cuore per questa magica esperienza. For our trip to Vietnam, before choosing this travel agency I contacted a dozen and read many reviews. I chose Horizon Travel for the value for money and the courtesy and kindness of all the operators with whom I had the pleasure of speaking. My choice was perfect and I never had any problems during my trip. We are a group of 5 and together with Hiên we chose a tailor-made tour that suited us and our needs. She has always been very good and professional. During our trip one of us had to have a medical and all the guides and drivers were absolutely accommodating and available to help us always, at any time. Our trip was magical and all the suggested hotels, internal flights and organized excursions were always top notch. We started from Hanoi, then did a 2 day Halong Bay cruise, then Hoi An, Saigon and finally Phu Quoc, south of Vietnam. We spent Christmas and New Years a total of 2 weeks in Vietnam. I hope soon to be able to leave again with Horizon Travel to visit other parts of Asia that I still don't know and I'm sure I will rely on them once again, especially since they offer a 24-hour assistance service on WhatApp with a dedicated operator. I must give special thanks to Hien, Lan, Haidy, Trung and Chuong for their professionalism, availability and kindness, to the drivers and to all the staff. Heartfelt thanks for this magical experience.
