Premier Legacy Assurance: A solution for family financial inheritance

nsurance provider PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia (Allianz Life) and PT Bank HSBC Indonesia (“HSBC Indonesia”) further strengthen their partnership and bancassurance distribution channel by launching Premier Legacy Assurance, a traditional whole life insurance product targeting affluent and high net worth individuals.

This legacy insurance product aims to maximize inheritance planning with various beneficial features such as the Booster Benefit, which provides a 20 percent increase in the sum assured every 5 years of the policy term. Customers can get a maximum increase of 200 percent of the initial sum assured, resulting in a total sum assured of up to 300 percent, including the sum assured increase from the Booster Benefit. This sum assured is designed to meet the needs of customers who wish to leave a larger sum assured as inheritance for their future generations.

Another advantage of this product is the End of Contract Benefit. Customers can enjoy a benefit equal to the amount stated in their policy, extending up to a maximum total of 300 percent of the sum assured. This provision encompasses any sum assured increase from the Booster Benefit, ensuring comprehensive coverage. Furthermore, this product boasts flexibility tailored to customers' preferences, allowing them to select the Premium Payment Term that best suits their needs. Choose between a Single Basic Premium or a Regular Basic Premium for a period of 3 years, with an Insurance Term extending up to the Insured's age of 100.

Kuznetski Most area in Moscow

Kuznetski Most is a small area between Tverskaya street, Kremlin, and Kitai Gorod (Lubyanka) and it's a downtown of Moscow. First of all, 'Kuznya' is a great place to walk: it is a real Moscow area, not a postcard at all, hectic busy streets neighbour tranquil lanes and courtyards with traditional architecture. There are also many very nice cafes, restaurants, clubs, and shops. If you want a cool place to meet people, go for a walk and to get the real feeling of the city, check out this area.

Kuznetsky Most area - photo by Sergey Rodovichenkov @FlickR

Long time ago there were only half-broken low wooden houses in Kuznetski Most area, and it was the place where poor blacksmithes lived. Blacksmith is 'Kuznets' in Russia, hence the name. In the beginning of the street (on top) there was a bridge over a small river, later this river was put underground, so there's no bridge anymore. About 200 years ago there was a rich Moscovitan noble buying this area. He immediately put away all the blacksmiths' houses and started to build a fancy new district. Just in few years he built up beautiful houses, with impressive ornaments, rich decoration, pools in the courtyards. Also, he opened some French boutiques in the area. That's when Kuznetski Most started to become fashionable. In a short time all the elite moved to this  area, and those who wasn't so fast were coming here to make some shopping and to sit in many of the restaurants and cafes around.  In the 20th century, when the communist times arrived, most of the buildings were given to government offices, some were given to soviet shops. The area became boring, the architecture was slowly deteriorating , but nobody seemed to care. In the beginning of the 90s  the area was revived again: the buildings were  restored , there was many new cafes being opened, boutiques, and shops. One important landmark of Kuznetsky Most is that it's home to FSB (Federal Security Bureau - former KGB) offices, and if you walk along Kuznetsky Most street you can get to the FSB reception, which is open 24 hours (in case you have something to report).

Moscow will become city of equal possibilities

Moscow will become city of equal possibilities

The 24th of July in Moscow took place a meeting of the Coordinating council on disabled persons affairs. On this meeting mayor of Moscow Yuri Luzhkov announced that till the beginning of 2010 all the cultural and sport centers of the city must be adapted for the attendance of disabled persons.

2009 was proclaimed Year of equal possibilities. And till the end of it on the buildings equipped for invalids will appear corresponding signs as well as tickets in theatre and sports grounds.

The necessity of these signs will disappear as soon as the city will correspond to all requirements.

Next measure of mayor of Moscow was introduction of fines for the parking in places destined for the cars of invalids. This fine will exist together with the evacuation of the car-violator.

According to RIA “Novosti” there will be organized special walks with limiters colored in bright for wheelchair. In the city ramps will be equipped, curbs and footsteps removed where it is necessary. Also the slope for wheelchair and comfortable WC will be constructed.

All the dangerous objects such as glazed doors, fist and last steps will be colored in yellow, the color well distinguished by people with bad eyesight.

According to the program “Social integration of invalids and disabled persons” of 2007-2009 lifts in today’s houses will be reconstructed and equipped with vocal notifications of floor number. New houses will be built according to these requirements. There will be penalty for non-observance of these rules. But not all the projects are realized. Many houses where invalids live can’t be reconstructed and equipped ramps are not comfortable and exist as formality.

The problem with transport is to be resolved. Not all trolleybuses and buses are equipped with low floor. None of tramways has a special walk for wheelchair.

The program of creation of equal possibilities for invalids (more than a million in Moscow) must help invalids to feel natural in the city. This program must also raise the status of Moscow as a tourist city and make the stay in Moscow more comfortable for the disabled persons.

Investment in any market may be extremely volatile and subject to sudden fluctuations of varying magnitude due to a wide range of direct and indirect influences. Such characteristics can lead to considerable losses being incurred by those exposed to such markets. If an investment is withdrawn or terminated early, it may not return the full amount invested. In addition to the normal risks associated with investing, international investments may involve risk of capital loss from unfavourable fluctuations in currency values, from differences in generally accepted accounting principles or from economic or political instability in certain jurisdictions. Narrowly focused investments and smaller companies typically exhibit higher volatility. There is no guarantee of positive trading performance. Investments in emerging markets are by their nature higher risk and potentially more volatile than those inherent in some established markets. Economies in emerging markets generally are heavily dependent upon international trade and, accordingly, have been and may continue to be affected adversely by trade barriers, exchange controls, managed adjustments in relative currency values and other protectionist measures imposed or negotiated by the countries with which they trade. These economies also have been and may continue to be affected adversely by economic conditions in the countries in which they trade. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. You should read all scheme related documents carefully.
