We found conflicting info on whether a travel insurance is required to enter the country. Can anyone confirm that? Weâre going there next week for a few days and are debating whether to get one.
19 replies to this topic
AFAIK, it's still a requirement, but no one one is currently checking for it either at the departure airport or on the ground in Vn.
Some sort of travel medical insurance policy is always advisable, but there is no longer any need to buy any of these COVID specific policies which the insurance industry was very happy to sell đł
I arrived yesterday. No-one asked for proof of insurance or ticket out of the country. Frankly, immigration took two minutes while he scanned the passport and wrote March 24 as my latest exit date.
The $10,000 COVID insurance thing is really unclear. It's on the http://VietnamTourism.gov.vn site and pretty much nowhere else. IATA don't have it.
The Ministry of Sports, Culture and Tourism (who run that site) wanted to get rid of the requirement and asked the other ministries to email in if they had any issues. Then.... nothing happened.
Cynic in me says somebody is making money from covid insurance.
That said, having travel insurance covering the big ticket items - medical, evacuation - is a no brainer for me.
I'm still stunned that I paid 87,000 today for 12 months worth of motorcycle insurance for my 250 CC bike. The nice girl at Honda couldn't explain what's covered. But everyone needs it for their bike.
It's maybe just the cynic in me. Just seems strange that they went quiet after discussing dropping the requirement and nobody appears to be checking. It's not like Vietnam has a completely unblemished record where clarity and probity are concerned. Just look at the repatriation flights .
Not mandatory
> Not mandatory
Have you seen an official .gov.vn announcement that it's no longer required? I haven't.
I've not been asked for it the several times I've been to VN but I would never travel without it. If you're only going for a few days the travel insurance will be a couple of bucks? I just spent a week in France and insurance cost me $6 including covid cover
Thank you guys! What about vaccination record? Do they ask for it at the border control?
No, they don't.

Traveling from india to vietnam in 2022: what you need to know.
After several years of pandemic restrictions, Vietnam removed many of its travel restrictions on March 15, 2022. Thanks to these changes, visitors can travel from India to Vietnam for vacations, business trips, and other purposes. While COVID-19 restrictions have been lifted, there are still some movement restrictions and quarantine rules.
Before you travel, you should plan ahead for transportation. Additionally, you should be aware of local rules about things like masking. With a bit of foresight, you can enjoy a relaxing experience in one of Asiaâs most beautiful countries.
Entering Vietnam and Reentering India
When traveling from India to Vietnam, there are no longer any requirements for COVID-19 testing. Because COVID-19 is still a problem around the world, the Vietnamese government recommends getting travel insurance coverage for COVID-19. Additionally, your travel or medical insurance should cover US$10,000 in liability.
In addition to loosening rules about COVID-19 testing, you no longer have to file a medical declaration before flying to Vietnam. There are local restrictions in place. For instance, you are expected to wear a mask in public areas, or you will have to pay a fine.
When you return from your trip from India to Vietnam, you will need to fulfill certain travel rules and restrictions. For instance, the government of India currently requires returning travelers to fill out a self-declaration form on the Air Suvidha portal . You must include all of your travel destinations for the 14 days prior to your return.
On return to India, you must take a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test with a negative test result within 72 hours of your flight departure. If you want to avoid this PCR requirement, you must show a vaccination certificate from receiving all of your COVID-19 vaccinations.
Once you get off the plane in India, you will go through mandatory screening. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, you will be isolated and brought to a medical facility. India also screens 2 percent of passengers at random, so you may be required to submit to taking an additional COVID-19 test before you leave the airport.
You are expected to monitor your health for 14 days after returning to India. If you notice any COVID-19 symptoms, you must self-isolate.
Getting PCR Tests in Vietnam
When traveling from India to Vietnam, you arenât required to get a PCR test. However, you are required to undergo PCR tests on your return trip if you are unvaccinated. Whether you need it for traveling home or because you are feeling under the weather, there are many PCR testing options available throughout Vietnam, and most locations have a turnaround time of just 24 hours.
How COVID-19 Treatment and Quarantine Work in Vietnam
Many public medical centers wonât treat international patients, so you should start by visiting international or private hospitals first. If you test positive, you are required to quarantine for 5 to 10 days based on your vaccination status. Because local areas have their own rules, you should always check the quarantine regulations in your area.
Transportation Options in Vietnam
Air India, Vistara, GoAir, SpiceJet, and IndiGo all travel from India to Vietnam, but they donât offer direct flights. Recently, Vietnam Airlines began operating direct flights between the two countries. Once you are in Vietnam, all public transportation options are operating like normal.
Movement Restrictions in Vietnam
While there are no movement restrictions in effect right now, it is always important to check local restrictions before your flight leaves.
Fines for Non-Compliance With COVID-19 Restrictions
The Vietnamese government has personal protective measures in place to stop the spread of COVID-19. If you donât follow these rules, you can face fines ranging from VNÄ3 million (US$132) to more than VNÄ20 million (US$876). In addition, serious infractions, like escaping from quarantine, can lead to multiple years in prison.
Consular Options for Indians
If you need help while traveling, you can access the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City. The Embassy of the Republic of India is located in Hanoi. Both locations are currently open without any restrictions.
Traveling From India to Vietnam
Whether you want to tour ancient ruins, rice terraces, or gorgeous beaches, Vietnam has a destination to entice all types of visitors. Thanks to changes to COVID-19 restrictions, you can now enjoy your trip from India to Vietnam easier than before.

All-in-one Guide to Travel Insurance For Your Vietnam Trip
- 1. Why Would I Need Insurance?
- 2. What Types Of Insurances Are There?
- 3. Insurance Plan
- 4. When To Get Your Insurance
- 5. Where To Start Looking For Travel Insurance
In many countries, purchasing and showing proof of a purchase for a travel insurance is a must as you apply for your travel documents. As you get a visa for Vietnam, you are not required to present one. But do you need one? The answer is YES, you will greatly benefit from a wisely picked travel insurance. And how to figure out which one is the best in the pool of insurance offered? We will tell you right now.
Why Would I Need Insurance?
You can just skip this section if you already know how important it is to get travel insurance. For those who are still skeptical, read on.
This is not to say Vietnam is an unsafe place to visit, but that anything can happen and it is better you get yourself prepared. Getting insurance sometimes will save you thousands of dollars, but in the least it gives you peace of mind. You know you are protected to a certain extent.
What Types Of Insurances Are There?
Thanks to Vietnamâs readily available tourism activities, you will find yourself anywhere from flying, taking cruise trips, staying at a high end resort, going kayaking on the bay or even simply crossing the streets. Fun as they may sound, some may be more prone to risk than others.
Currently in the insurance market, there is both individual and comprehensive plan for you to choose from: flight and trip cancellation insurance, travel health insurance, medical evacuation insurance, baggage coverage insurance, excess valuation, to name a few. Depending on your particular trip and preference, you may find one that best suits your interest.
How much your insurance will cost you will depend on the number of days you travel, the destination you will be travelling (Vietnam is generally listed as a safer place, and costing less money for insurance, some other countries), and the types that you choose.
Below is a closer look at the different types of insurance:
Trip cancellation.
If you book your flight with, Expedia or Orbitz or even directly from the airlines website such as Air Asia, chances are that you will be asked whether you want to purchase a flight or trip cancellation insurance. Unless you are 100% sure that you will make it for the trip, it may be wise to purchase one. This flight cancellation insurance starts from $13 and will be an excellent deal in case your flight or trip gets cancelled.
Flight Insurance
Baggage Insurance
You wonât be a happy traveler as you land and find out that you lost your baggage or your 2 trolleys were totally damaged. Most airlines will provide only hefty reimbursement in case of lost luggage. Baggage insurance will be necessary if you travel long distance.
Travel Health InsuranceÂ
Your national health care insurance will not cover your trip to Vietnam in particular. The Australian Reciprocal Medicare Agreement only entitle Australian nationals to get discounted treatment while in the UK, New Zealand, Sweden, Italy, among others, but Vietnam is not currently on the list. Canadians with OHIP coverage will too bear the full cost of medical expense while abroad. For US citizens, some private health insurance may cover basic needs for your travel but no company will assist you to evacuate or repatriate back to the homeland with your existing plan. With the evacuation or medication pack, you will be aided in case of injury or death and flown back to your home country. The annual premium starts from $250.
Other insurances available for your consideration are: Adventure travel, Credit card coverage, extreme sports insurance, to name a few.
Insurance Plan
Instead of going with individual coverage you may also purchase insurance plan:
Vacation plan
This is the most popular type of all travel insurance. Vacation plan includes trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, loss or delays of luggage, and some over coverage depending on the insurance providers.
Specialty plan
This includes evacuation plans, accident plans, which cover the emergency evacuation and often-sold on annual basis. The insurance will cover transport and any emergency medial costs associated with the occurrence while you are abroad.
Travel medical planÂ
When To Get Your Insurance
It is best to get your travel insurance as you start your booking process: reserving a flight ticket, making deposit for a package tour to Vietnam or paying for your cruise trips.

The United States of America offers a captivating blend of landscapes and renowned landmarks that attract a wide array of travellers. If youâre planning a trip to America, itâs essential to ensure a safe and financially protected journey by purchasing travel insurance from India.
Answering the question, âIs travel insurance mandatory for the USA,â you must understand that while travel insurance isnât mandatory for visiting the USA, it is highly advisable. Considering the exorbitant medical costs and the likelihood of an extended trip, itâs wise to prioritise your security and well-being.
Why do I need travel insurance for the USA from India?
When travelling from India to the USA, it is essential to have travel insurance for several reasons.
One of the primary reasons for obtaining travel insurance is the high cost of healthcare in the USA. Medical expenses in the USA are considerably more expensive compared to India, and there are strict regulations regarding purchasing medications over the counter.
Other essential coverages that travel insurance for the USA may include are injuries due to adventure sports, personal liability, compassionate visits for hospitalised individuals, demise and repatriation, and COVID-related trip cancellation.
There are certain exclusions to be aware of when it comes to travel insurance coverage:
- Health issues or sickness as a result of war or breaching of the law
- If you consume intoxicants or banned substances, the insurer will not entertain any claims
- Such policies do not cover pre-existing diseases or illnesses that existed before and any related treatment expenses
- One does not receive any coverage for expenses related to cosmetic or obesity treatments during the insured travel
- There is no coverage for hospitalisation expenses or medical costs arising from self-inflicted injuries
Benefits of travel insurance for the USA
Travel insurance for the USA offers numerous benefits that significantly enhance your travel experience.
- One of the key advantages is emergency travel assistance. Whether you lose your travel funds, Passport, or any other valuable item, travel insurance can provide support and guidance to help you navigate through such stressful situations.
- Another significant benefit is the hassle-free claim process. With digital insurance platforms, purchasing travel insurance becomes a seamless process, and raising claims is simplified without the need for extensive paperwork or multiple appointments. This saves you time and effort, actively allowing you to focus on enjoying your trip.
- Coverage for flights and baggage is also a crucial aspect of travel insurance. Unforeseen circumstances can disrupt your travel plans. However, with the right policy, you can receive compensation and assistance to alleviate the financial and logistical burdens associated with such incidents.
- One of the advantages of USA travel insurance is the ability to customise your plan according to your specific needs. You can tailor your policy based on factors like the number of people travelling, the duration of your journey, and the age of the insured individuals. This flexibility ensures you have the appropriate coverage for your unique travel requirements.
- Lastly, many travel insurance policies offer zero deductibles, meaning you can make claims without paying any amount from your pocket. This financial benefit adds an extra layer of security, ensuring coverage in the event of any covered expenses during your trip.

Best Time to Visit Vietnam
North Vietnam has dry and cold winters between December to February and very hot summers from May to August. Therefore, plan your trip such that you can either visit during spring (March to April) or autumn (September to November) when the days are warm but pleasant. Central Vietnam that covers destinations like Hue and Hoi An are best during February and August, where the months of July and August will be pleasantly warm. South Vietnam is warm and pleasant throughout the year except for the monsoon season between June to November. However, during these months, the rain does not quite affect travel, even though there may be some cases of flooding. Between March to May, quite a few foreigners may avoid South Vietnam because the temperature is warmer and goes up to 40°C.

The ultimate guide to buying travel insurance in Vietnam
Travel insurance has been gaining popularity during the covid-19 pandemic. you might wonder what benefits this type of insurance brings or why you need to buy it. so, letâs have a look at this below post for an overview and select the most suitable coverage for your trip., what is travel insurance.
Travel insurance is considered a financial plan used for protection against risks and loss of money or property in your trip. In detail, insurance companies will reimburse you in those circumstances or in any medication-related issue and additional cost during the journey.
Should you buy travel insurance?
As mentioned above, travel insurance helps you a lot on your vacation. You will obtain different amounts of compensation and benefits based on the companies and coverage you choose. Now letâs examine the cases below and give answers to the questions above.
Cases are covered by travel insurance
In general, 5 popular cases occurring during the trip you can make a claim are:
- Trip cancellation
If you have to suddenly change or cancel your trip, insurance companies will reimburse the prepaid for flights, accommodation or travel tickets. Yet, the coverage is valid only if your reasons for canceling are listed in the policy. For instance, natural disasters happen at your destination or you are too sick to join the trip.
- Accidents and medical emergencies
Accidents and injuries during the journey are not rare, especially when you partake in physical challenge activities. In case of abroad travel, medical expenses can cost you an arm and a leg if you get food poisoning or face other health-related issues. An insurance package can cover those problems.
- Loss luggage
Risks of lost luggage probably happen in both domestic and overseas travel. In this case, travel insurance with luggage coverage will pay for stolen or lost items with a respective amount of money.
- Missed departure time
Missed flights or trains might lead to lots of troubles and cost you a great deal of money for buying other tickets. Owning missed connection travel insurance can help you receive compensation in specific circumstances listed in the policy.
- Travel delays
Travel delays might result in missed connecting flights or planned tourism activities. In those cases, a policy with travel delay coverage can reimburse you for unused trip expenses including flight tickets and accommodation that are prepaid and nonrefundable.
You should buy travel insurance!
A detailed itinerary can lessen the possibility of unexpected events during the trip. Yet, risks are unpredictable so you should seriously consider buying travel insurance. In addition, the pandemic leads to the anxiety of exposure to the COVID-19 in the trip. Therefore, purchasing travel coverage is the right decision.
Who should buy travel insurance?
Travel insurance covers a wide range of people from 6 weeks to 85 years old depending on the companiesâ policies. If you find yourself in one of the travel groups below, you might need travel coverage:
- Broad travel
Overseas trips often bear more risks than domestic travel, including lost luggage/personal paper, and more expenses as well. So if you are an abroad traveler, it is worth thinking about suitable coverage.
- Valuable trip
If you planned and pre-booked for your luxurious trip with an expensive resort, nonrefundable flights, and a 5-star cruise, you definitely should add travel insurance. In case you have to cancel your trip and prepaid services decline to refund, the coverage will reimburse you all those costs.
- Challenge activities included in the trip
Physical challenge activities and cave/jungle/waterfall exploration trips are appealing to tourists all over the world, and potential for injuries as well. This type of coverage is not compulsory, however, insurance companies often recommend it because of its necessity.
Some popular types of travel insurance
There are various ways to classify travel insurance, including by region and by insured.
Travel insurance by region
- Domestic travel insurance
This insurance package is designed for tourists traveling to destinations within the territory of Vietnam. Its cost is quite cheap but benefits are various, especially in medical and health issues.
- Global travel insurance
This type of insurance covers trips abroad and usually offers many benefits for travelers such as lost luggage, lost personal paper, or flight issues.
Travel insurance by the insured
- Individuals
It is suitable for travelers with private requests of criteria for their vacation. This coverage often provides a wide variety of benefits and compensation amounts for choosing.
- Family/groups
This coverage is applied to a group of tourists or a family traveling together. Prices for those packages are often cheaper than ones for individuals.
- Enterprises
This type of travel insurance is designed for business traveling purposes. The term in policies is usually by year for saving time and money.
- Travel tours
This travel coverage is specifically designed for travel agencies, generally included in total tour expense.
Some notices for buying travel insurance
- Not every trip needs travel insurance
This is a suggestion for you: if you plan an economically domestic trip with a limited budget and no valuable luggage, you might skip travel insurance. By contrast, in case the total cost for your trip is significant, you definitely should have one.
- Carefully read the policies
You should spend time reading every term of your coverage contract to know exactly what is covered and what is not. Then, you can add or narrow the list as needed. Moreover, choose the insurance companies with 24/7 support service so you can contact them anytime you get into trouble.
- Try not to overlap
If you already had life insurance or medical insurance, you might need to check that coverageâs policies to make sure you wonât pay for one benefit twice. For instance, your medical insurance possibly covers the hospital fees in case of your sickness and accident during the trip.
- You might need to buy it soon
After planning and pre-booking every service for the journey, you should get travel insurance as soon as possible, at least coverage with a cancellation policy. In the event of irresistibly canceling, you can be reimbursed by the insurance company.
- Donât fall for tourist traps
Note that again, to not fall for sales tactics with additional terms, you need to read the policy carefully to identify what you want to be covered. Also, it is necessary to remove the benefits you already had.

Travel Insurance For Vietnam: Everything You Need To Know

Do australians need travel insurance for vietnam, what does travel insurance for vietnam cover, frequently asked questions (faqs).
Vietnam is an increasingly popular travel destination for Australians, with the country even hoping to encourage more Aussies to visit by potentially waiving visa requirements in due time.
The Southeast Asian country is set to be high on the list for Aussies going overseas in 2024. The number of Australian tourists in Vietnam now exceeds pre-pandemic levels: more than 317,000 Australians visited Vietnam in 2019 , while there were 390,000 Aussie visitors in 2023.
Plus, as more and more flights become available, such as low-cost carrier Vietjet Air launching a direct service between Hanoi and Melbourne earlier this year, getting to Vietnam is becoming easier for Australians.
If the direct flights, fascinating history, vast scenery and delicious food arenât enough to convince Australian travellers, the cost may be. Vietnam is considered one of the cheapest travel destinations in the world for Australian tourists due to our strong conversion rate against the Vietnamese Dong and the nationâs low cost of living in comparison to our own.
And while cheap thrills may be what youâre after on your vacation, itâs important not to skimp on the necessities that may cost that little bit extraâsuch as travel insurance. This guide outlines what you need to know regarding travel insurance in Vietnam.

Investing in travel insurance is a good idea for any overseas trip. Travel insurance policies can help protect you from having to dive deep into your pockets, with many offering unlimited medical treatment while abroad and cancellation cover for your trip should the unexpected occur.
Travel insurance is not just handy for medical purposes or travel changes, either. Your personal items can be covered, should any baggage go missing or an important item be stolenâwhich, unfortunately, often occurs in Vietnam.
Smarttraveller warns Australians to be alert at all times in Vietnam, considering petty theftâincluding bag slashingâis common in tourist areas and crowded places, especially during holiday times. Snatch-and-grab theft by thieves on motorcycles is also common, the website states.
Like most international travel insurance policies, you will be able to find basic coverage for your trip to Vietnam, or choose to opt for a more comprehensive, albeit more expensive, policy.
While a basic policy will often cover medical expenses and lost luggage,a comprehensive policy includes a lot more. Most basic policies also likely wonât offer compensation for travel delays, stolen cash, accidental death and more.
Additionally, if you are going on a trip to multiple countries within the year, it may be worth opting for an âannual multi tripâ insurance insteadâmaking sure that there are no exclusions to the regions you are wishing to visit.
Visa Requirements For Australians Travelling to Vietnam
Youâll still be allowed to travel to Vietnam if you donât invest in travel insurance, but you do so at your own riskâand, as stated, it is highly advised to have a travel insurance policy for any overseas trip.
However, what you cannot do is enter Vietnam as an Australian tourist without a tourist visa. While Vietnam will grant Australian citizens visas on arrival, applying for one online is much easier.
A tourist visa costs under $100 AUD; however the exact price depends on your length of stay.
The Vietnamese government may consider waiving visas for Australian citizens, especially since many other SEA countries have done so such as Indonesia and Thailand .
However, at the time of writing, Forbes Advisor Australia has confirmed that Australian citizens must still obtain a visa to visit Vietnam for tourism purposes.
The exact inclusions of your travel insurance will be dependent on your personal policy and the provider.
However, generally speaking, you can expect a travel insurance policy for Vietnam to offer some level of cover for:
- Medical expenses;
- Lost, damaged or stolen luggage;
- Travel cancellations or delays ;
- Personal liability;
- Credit card fraud;
- Covid-19 expenses;
If you are partaking in certain sports and activities, you will need to make sure that you choose a policy that covers them. Youâll also need to make sure that your policy covers any pre-existing medical conditions as well.
Plus, if you are travelling with valuables, you may wish to opt for a policy that lets you increase the protection cover on your items.
Ultimately, you need to consider what your trip consists of, what you will be taking with you, and your physical health to establish what policies would be appropriate for you.
From there, you can compare quotes of different policies and providers to ensure you have the optimalâyet affordableâcover for your trip to Vietnam.
Does Travel Insurance Cover The Ha-Giang Loop?
Considered one of the most scenic motorcycle routes in the world, the Ha-Giang Loop is a popular tourist activity in Vietnam for adventurous travellers. If the Ha-Giang Loop is one of your goals, youâll need to make sure you have travel insurance that covers motorcycling.
Occasionally a policy may include this as one of their included âsports and activitiesâ, but it is more often the case that you will need to purchase an additional âadventure packâ that is either specific to, or includes, motorsports.
Even so, when purchasing an additional pack to cover motorbikes, you need to be cautious of the conditions. For example, some policies will only cover motorcycle riding if the bike you are riding has an engine under a certain size.
Often, coverage will cease and claims wonât be accepted if you havenât been wearing the correct safety equipment such as boots and a helmet, or have been under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
What Does Travel Insurance Exclude?
Your travel insurance policy may exclude some activities that you wish to partake in, unless you can opt-in to purchase an additional adventure pack as explained above in regards to motorbike riding.
Just like with the inclusions of a policy, the exclusions depend on what type of policy you choose, and what provider you go with.
Commonly, however, you wonât be covered for instances where you:
- Break the law;
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
- Partake in an excluded activity;
- Receive medical treatment for a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed;
- Travel to a âDo Not Travelâ destination as outlined by Smarttraveller.
As always, it is essential to read the product disclosure statement (PDS) of your travel insurance policy carefully to understand what you will and wonât be covered for while overseas.
Do I need a visa to travel to Vietnam?
Yes, as of April 2024, Australian tourists still need a visa to travel to Vietnam. This visa can be obtained on arrival, or purchased online prior to travel. The visa takes approximately three days to process online, and the cost depends on how long you intend to stay in the country.
Does international travel insurance cover Covid-19?
Many comprehensive travel insurance policies now cover Covid-19, including medical conditions related to Covid-19 or trip cancellations due to a Covid-19 diagnosis. However, it is not guaranteed that all policies will. Itâs important to check your policyâs PDS carefully to understand what it will and will not cover in regards to Covid-19 for both you and your travelling companions.

How much does travel insurance cost for Vietnam?
The cost of your travel insurance for a trip to Vietnam will depend on your age, your health, the activities you wish to partake in, and the length of your stay.
For example, for a 34 year old with no pre-existing medical conditions travelling to Vietnam for two weeks, a policy from some of our top choices for comprehensive travel insurance would cost around $130 (based on quotes from Cover-More , 1Cover , and Fast Cover ).
The prices of these quotes would change depending on a chosen excess, cancellation cover, and any additional coverage options you may choose to purchase such as adventure packs or cruise cover.

The global insurance market projects a 4.5% CAGR increase by 2027
Demand for car and travel insurance is increasing, amidst mandatory coverage.
The worldâs insurance segment is forecasted to climb 4.5% in compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2023 to 2027. This is also equivalent to $1.42b, said Technavio in its latest market report.
In many countries, insurance is mandatory for vehicles on public roads, such as in India and Maine, US. Similarly, health insurance is compulsory in most developed nations, whilst travel insurance is necessary for international travel.
As developing countries experience growth, the demand for car and travel insurance is increasing.
Additionally, awareness about health insurance is expanding in these regions, contributing to the overall growth of the global insurance market.
Insurance and reinsurance companies face challenges in offering coverage for risks like hurricanes and windstorms due to potential financial losses.

Regulatory restrictions on insurance pricing, particularly after events like Hurricane Andrew in 1992, have led to increased premiums in high-risk areas, prompting concerns from customers and regulators.
Rising insurance prices can dampen demand, making pricing strategies crucial for insurance companies to remain competitive and sustain industry growth.
The sales personnel segment, valued at $2.77b in 2017, is poised for significant growth in the insurance market.
Given the industry's competitiveness, sales professionals play a vital role in representing a company's brand, and conveying its vision, values, and benefits to customers. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
Sales personnel engage with customers directly, fostering long-term relationships and providing detailed explanations of various insurance products, including life, health, car, and home insurance. Consequently, this segment is expected to expand further in the future.
