Charging extra and not returning money. One of the bad coustomer service. I bought extra luggage of 3kg (₹1350) from the app which didn't reflect in the airline account and I got to know this in airport, so I had to again pay for extra luggage in the airport.Funny part airport people gave me 6 kg in ₹1300.

Decent price. We had a fantastic experience booking another trip through makemytrip. The service was friendly, helpful and efficient. The package we got was great with many inclusions and at a bargain price. We are already looking forward to our next holiday to book with them. Date of experience: July 05, 2023.

Their guide force you to eat at his preferred restaurant (what ever reason) and we got sick , forced to cancel second part of trip. All 5 members got food poisoned. Throwing and motions, still sick after 10 days. Also guide force you to shops where keepers yell and force you buy. Specially foreigners AVOID makemytrip.

There are both Positive and Negative reviews of MMT, but honestly when it comes to services, then the services offered by MMT is very poor infact their customer care is worse. Report inappropriate content.
