Founded in 1997 and inspired by the SaskExpress Theatre Company , SaskExpress Musical Theatre Studio - Regina has offered excellence in performing arts training for over 20 years. In addition to being the proud home of the jr. group, the Mini Express & The Expressions , we offer both competitive and recreational programming for all styles of musical theatre and dance, including technical examinations in the Canadian Dance Teachers' Association (CDTA), Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), and Acrobatic Arts syllabi. Our classes are taught by a team of dedicated, dynamic, and qualified instructors who love sharing their passion for the performing arts.
We are committed to creating an inclusive, inspiring, and family-friendly environment where performers of all ages can develop a love for the performing arts, alongside gaining confidence, creativity, and sportsmanship.
Our Mandate
Our studio provides an engaging, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for students of all ages and levels of experience. Training in the performing arts encourages self-confidence, ambition, teamwork, creativity, and perseverance. We are highly invested in the growth of each of our students, and we feel fortunate to have the opportunity to be a part of their development as both young individuals and performers.
We are located across the street from the west end of the beautiful Les Sherman Park in the Cathedral area, conveniently located near Harbour Landing. We have a large facility with two entrances, multiple washroom facilities, and accessible parking.

Adapted from Fey's 2004 blockbuster film and the Broadway smash hit, Mean Girls JR. will be the queen bee of your stage! This is a complete musical presentation that will be staged in early June. 12 year old students enrolling in this program must have previously been part of a Sask Express musical production.
MINI EXPRESS & THE EXPRESSIONS . Inspired by the SaskExpress Theatre Company, these two junior performing groups are one of the most unique triple threat training opportunities offered through our studio programming. The Minis are the apprentice group for younger / new performers and The Expressions are the more advanced group for older / experienced performers.
