This Brewery experience will take you through our historic site that has been brewing Speight’s in Dunedin since 1876. You will be able to see, touch and smell the ingredients that go into our award-winning beers; and sample the iconic history of the oldest working Brewery in New Zealand. After your tour head down to the Speight's Ale House to try the great southern fare that the South Island is famous for. Combine your Speight’s Brewery tour with a delicious 2-course meal and 12 oz glass of beer/wine/non-alcohol at the legendary Speight’s Ale House right next to Speight’s Brewery in Rattray Street, Dunedin.

We came in on Cruise ship which offered Speights Brewery & Otago Museum for $259.00 per person including lunch at the Speights pub. We decided to do this ourselves with Speights being a short walk from the shuttle drop off area. The tour was great, very informative and the taste testing even better with no limit on what you could task within the tasting period. We then headed to the pub for a very delicious lunch. The seafood chowder in particular was a winner. We didn't take in the Museum but our overall cost was less than NZD $170.00 all up which is a massive saving on the cruise excursion.
