Situated in Kings Lynn in the Norfolk region, West Lexham Manor features accommodation with free private parking. The lodge offers a terrace. Guests can swim in the outdoor swimming pool, go hiking or canoeing, or relax in the garden and use the barbecue facilities. The whole experience was better than we imagined, so relaxed and comforting all at the same time. Free use of paddle boards (yes I fell in 😂) and rowing boat. With life jackets available. We was also not expecting the badminton net and rackets to be there so that was fun. Towels provided on arrival as well as tea and coffee.

This park is self catering though it has a really well stocked shop. The park has pods and lodges for hire. We have stayed twice in a lodge and which were lovely. It has a small children’s playground but more suited to adults. It’s a good location to drive to see surrounding areas. Very peaceful and staff are lovely.

We love the location, the fact you can walk into Cromer but have tranquility too. Pool, games room and Moore Madness entertainment a big hit with the children, we enjoyed the spa and pool also, as well as the daily quiz and crossword etc. On site restaurant food very good. Lodges well equipped and spacious.

Welcome to Alderwood self-catering holiday lodges Norfolk. We have three timber holiday lodges and one glamping pod, which are set in 8 acres of tranquil woodland & grassland, beside the river “Little Ouse”.
We are on the edge of the Brecks area in South Norfolk with its unique flora & fauna. The market towns of Diss and Thetford are 8 miles away. The lovely historic town of Bury St Edmunds with its cathedral and Abbey gardens and with many great shops is 16 miles away. Come to Norfolk and visit us soon for a unique log cabin holiday you will love.
There are now EV Car charging points at each lodge, so please request a key to unlock the charger, and then pay Leigh direct for the usage.

Silver Birch
New addition for 2024, our Glamping Pod "Silver Birch", sleeping 2 in King size bed and a sofa bed for 1-2 small children or one adult. Only one well behaved dog allowed.
Burnside Lodge
“Burnside” is a two bedroom holiday lodge, with kitchen/diner, lounge area and main bathroom.
Hawthorns Lodge
“Hawthorns” is a three bedroom holiday lodge, with lounge/dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms.

The Alderwood Lodges site has just been awarded the David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation for the 10th successive year
Our holiday park is a wonderful Norfolk get away and we achieved the Gold Award for more than 10 years for the David Bellamy Conservation scheme and in 2013, we were given the Special Distinction Award for our Bird Hide we built from recycled leylandi trees felled on site, which was officially opened by Professor David Bellamy along with the children from our local primary school & the Brownies club.
