We always had good experiences here, especially with auto insurance back in the day. Our last experience was awful. We scheduled notary service (NOTE SCHEDULED) and while there was no problem whatsoever with the notary, the manager at the time, was incredibly rude. Not sure if he's even still there. We've been AAA customers for decades. We haven't been back since.

I'll echo some of the comments. Stay away from AAA! You will wait on hold for 30 minutes anytime you have a concern. On the night of August 31st my car died on rt 42. I asked the agent if I could leave my car on the road and go home. She was very rude and said the policy was I needed to be there for my car. We had two cars on the side of the road and the driver didn't even try to find us. He just drove off. We waited for 6 hours on the side of rt. 42. I just called them and they had a voice mailbox that was full. Awful company.

I have been a customer of AAA for over 20 years in that time there has been one accident and one fraudulent non-accident they did they paid for disgusting pig from Camden, NJ accused me of hitting her in my vehicle never touched her vehicle she sued the company for $2000 saying her tail gate didn't work. Two years later she sued us for another $21,000 with no doctors report she lied said whip lash!! What garbage!! The first real accident my daughter was in, with a man she had witnesses that he sped up and purposely hit her and AAA is saying it's her fault AAA is horrible stay away from them!!! They WILL rip you off.

Stay away from AAA insurance. They will gladly take your money, but will weasel out of paying claims. I recently discovered severe water damage in my utility room. It was caused by a leaking water heater from the upper condo. I only enter this utility room every three months to change the HVAC filter. Evidently, unknown to anyone, this leak had been going on for sometime. So, because I do not open and look into this room everyday, AAA 's representative, Donna Schofield, denied my claim. So, by this incompetent's twisted logic, if you have a second home that you do not check on everyday, AAA will deny all claims because you did not find the damage immediately upon its occurrence. In addition, I always prefer to do business face to face. AAA's claims people refuse to meet with their customers.. What are they afraid of? I already have an appointment with another insurance customer. I also plan to file a claim with any and all governmental regulatory agencies.
