My and my fiancé first time in Dublin. We chose this HOHO company and we loved it. We actually didn't get off. I was enjoying the driver, Joe, commentary and history of the city too much. We first sat behind the driver and for the last couple stops went to the top of the bus. Actually, we might use the service again and actually get off at destinations! Thanks so much!

What a horrible experience this was!! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We were in Dublin for 1 day, and thought this would be a perfect way to see a few city sites. As we set forth to get onto the bus for the first time, we quickly realized that the bus stops didn't match the map on their app. We walked back and forth in the general area before finally finding the stop. Got on, all seemed well! Driver was great, and it was a relief to not have to walk all over Dublin, so we thought! From that point on, we couldn't find stops, busses were so far behind we might as well walk, or stops were 30 mins+ from sites mentioned as being accessible from the nearest stop. We ended up only using the bus twice. One of our biggest grievances, is that they mention Glasnevin Cemetery as being accessible from the last stop on their website. This was the main reason why we booked this bus tour over others. Turns out, it was going to take us 30+ minutes to walk to Glasnevin from stop 25. We ended up having to pay for a taxi from that stop which was roughly the cost of 1 bus ticket. We couldn't believe it! This is false advertisement! We have since reached out to the business, and 7 days have passed with no response. Communication is as follows: 12/24- Tour responded to our complaint with 2 free vouchers. 12/25-We responded requesting a refund as I am an ER Nurse and Student, and such vouchers would be useless since we aren't traveling again any time soon. 12/28-They responded again with the same voucher offer, and we again requested a refund. 1/3-We reached out for an update on our request, and told it was passed on to the Supervisor for investigation. It has now been 7 days without any communication. I absolutely do not recommend this tour bus. Even at our first stop, we saw numerous other busses over and over before ours arrived. Others were also better labeled, such as the Hop On Hop Off Bus Tours. I would recommend giving them a try before Big Bus Tours.

On a recent visit to Dublin, our group of four had the pleasure of being on Jerry's bus. This was a very informative tour of the city, presented by a guide who grew up there and not only knows his patch, but loves and appreciates it. Jerry's narrative was easy to listen to and was very rewarding. We learned a lot! He is also to be commended for dealing appropriately with interruptions--there were one or two passengers who were more interested in their own conversations than the guide's lecture. Highly recommended! We did HOHO tours in several other cities on our trip. None came close to this one--the bar was set high!

Terrible waste of time and money. Waited over 45 minutes for a bus and the driver said it was full. Luckily a few people got off. Customer service is nonexistent, but the chat person said "he will pass along my concerns".

Took a Dublin night tour - the bus driver was very nice, he even sang for us. It was a nice relaxing tour after a busy day, got to learn about things in the city. The night tour is about an hour and goes around the city pointing out sites. It cost just under €16.

Bought 48 hour ticket best money we spent, tours very informative, drivers very knowledgeable went round the whole tour first time then went again and got on and off where we wanted. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Informative and so funny. Our bus driver called Greg was hilarious and had us in stitches all the way around. So much so that we did the full tour twice in two days with him! A great way to see the city and learn about the history from a Dubliner.

We had a blast on the hop on hop off Green bus tour. The stops were well marked and the best part were the drivers. They are all characters with great personality and wonderful stories to tell and all knew their history. We laughed so hard and had a great time with the drivers commentary.
