I bought my ticket through Crystal travel, without doing much work or research. I checked reviews AFTER I bought my ticket and immediately felt scammed. I thought I overpaid for a fake ticket and immediately panicked. I'm here to tell you that there were no issues. I booked through Crystal travel in December and I had zero issues. I'm back home and had to let people know that they can relax and rest assured their ticket is legit. However, I'm sure if I reached out to them to change the flight or cancel, then I'm screwed. I didn't need to, I was able to call the airlines and was granted the request to change my flight, (with the normal fees being applicable) and they would honor the money I paid already towards the new ticket. I could've carefully selected the dates from two different airlines and maybe got a better price, but I used crystal travel to get the tickets without any hassle or issue.
Just download the apps for the airlines used and you will see your booked flights when you punch in the reference number
Pursuing legal action against Crystal Travel who are liable for gross negligence and acting in bad faith. They left me and my daughter hanging in the wind without a travel itinerary, no communication whatsoever and I found out on my own 6 days before scheduled departure date. This is just another 1-star review to add to the pile. you've been warned. Book with the airline.
It was very horrible experience with crystal travel. I have booked the flight through this website but before the day of my travel i got to know that they haven't booked it even after i entered all payment details. It was so frustrating for me that they have not sent me any email for the cancellation of booking. Only one mail i got that my booking is done when i booked it. I tried reaching out to customer care and i have not got any satisfactory answer. Very bad service which turned me out to book my flight tickets on urgent basis from other travel portal and spend almost like double of my actual booking amount as i cant avoid the plan i had. Crystal Travel LLC STILL OWES ME A REFUND from OCTOBER 2023. Yesterday, 2/9/24 I RECEIVED A JUDGEMENT( AGAINST CRYSTAL TRAVEL because they still HAVE NOT PRODUCED THE REFUND THEY OME; 4 months they have been sitting on my refund! The Judge reviewed Crystal Travel's emails acknowledging that they owe me a refund and awarded the judgment to me because to date Crystal Travel LLC has not paid back the money I paid them ...almost ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS.
NOT-SO-Crystal Travel. Enough said. Unfortunately, I found their Yelp review after I made my reservation. And I'm currently going through a dispute with them which is PIA. The way they operate is that they first lure you in with bargain ticketing prices, then slam you with the enormous amount of fees. Save yourself time and headaches by going through a more trustworthy agency or directly through the airlines.
Scammers. They quote the lowest ticket price, esp on google flights. After booking they don't confirm, ask you to call them for payment verification. They tell you that flight is not available and same flight is available for a higher price. Google allows these scammers.
Crytal Travel scam customer in modern way, I do not recommend anyone buying ticket through this website. I purchased airline ticket using Crystal travel website and I paid $64 extra for changeable ticket fee. Actual when I wanted to change the ticket date, they quoted me $675 one-way ticket from Istanbul to Washington. I got a brand-new ticket for the same day for $640 less than what they quoted me. Paying extra money for making ticket changeable, does not work and it is just waste of money.
I'm a thrifty person so I tried to camp a cheap ticket. On 07/19/2022, I booked a flight for 2 people (me and my gf) from USA to Vietnam around at 5:30pm, the ticket is $1808 ($904/each) and the airline is Asiana Airlines. After that, there is a guy whose name Leo Miller in here "Crystal Travel" contacted me back and said that I'm not able to afford that price since it was too cheap and gave me a bunch of hilarious reason. Then he started quoting me a really high price which is more higher than the price of original airline and asked me to confirm. Firstly, he quoted me at around $2600. Secondly, he quoted me back at around $2300. Lastly, he quoted me back again at around $2000 more. And I denied all of them, I asked him why you charged me more, he made up that this price is for selected seat, I will book for you guys to sit together and your $1808 is not included the checked bags. I took my confirmation number and searched it up on Asiana Airlines, it popped up that I got free 2x23kg/person checked bag, free carry-on.I told him that for the seat, I don't want to pay extra to be together. On the day of departure, I will go to the airline to get tickets and seats and then go to the airport to sit. I don't need easy-refund or easy-cancellation so don't need to charge anything. I asked him why I got charged more? If you didn't agree on my price, why would you put it on sale then your customer booked it and you gave them a bunch of crapped reasons which don't make sense? They will still give me full refund but this is my first and last time using this service!! Really really bad. Tryna scammed people around here? Thx!
Travelers be warned: we had a disappointedly dishonest experience with Crystal Travel which purported to help us, but ended up tacking on extraneous, and erroneous fees that totaled several hundred dollars We learned we had been duped when we spoke with our respective airline and airport officials. We had two main issues with Crystal Travel: the first with checked baggage. Crystal Travel insisted that our tickets did not have a complimentary checked bag, so I opted to purchase a checked bag for myself and my fellow passenger: one each. But our tickets DID have one complimentary checked bag each. Worse, Crystal Travel bought additional bags for the departure flight, but none for the arrival (i.e. they bought extra bags leaving the country, but none to return.) Which brings us to our next red flag: the Crystal Travel rep I spoke with then claimed that I, myself, made these bag purchases through the SAS airline. This is false, which I conveyed, and reaffirmed by checking my bank account statements which showed no additional bag purchases. Crystal Travel refused to reimburse us for these funds which only they could have taken by themselves. It's worth noting that the airline also cannot reimburse these charges as we had went through Crystal Travel, who is effectively the airline's client. Take note. Our problems also extended to the names on our tickets: just days before traveling, Crystal Travel claimed that we needed to pay $80 each to change the names on our ticket to include our middle names, or we would not be able to fly. While I remember entering this info when I first bought my ticket, it was no where to be found. Still, we obliged, out of fear of missing out on our flights completely, and paid the additional $160 in fees. BUT when we spoke with airport security and the airline, they told us that this was false and we had effectively been duped. Lastly: if I work with a travel service, I expect to be able to get in contact with them relatively quickly (within 24 hours.) At times, I would send out inquiries and it would be days before I'd hear back, prompting me to follow-up multiple times to no avail. One of many red flags. Crystal Travel's allure is with its low sticker prices that are lower than the airlines: but we would have been in much better hands, and our wallets that much thicker, had we booked originally with the airline. Buyer be warned: take screenshots of everything you enter into their system if you do business with them.
Original e-ticket email went to spam, but got it after support helped. Support seemed helpful when I had to later cancel the flight.
Booked through them, got a confirmation, but had to talk with support to get the e-tickets because they didn't initial send them

Good experience
I was assisted by Dylan Cooper, my booking was cancelled for no reason, Dylan reached out to me directly and resolved the issue. He even went a step further and gave me a rate that was lower than what was quoted on other websites. I appreciate the support, will definitely use his website going forward. Search Results are not accurate/available
I booked the trip twice and each time it was declined after entering all the passenger info and payment info. Received a call few minutes later from the agent, saying that seats are no longer available but they can still help me book with a price that was much higher. Complete waist of time. As per your response, that it was a bank issue, it is not what was told to me by the agent. Agent said that 3 seats are not available on the flights that I selected but she was able to find 3 seats at a higher costs (on the same flights). I inquired why would search engine allow me to book, and I was instructed to clear the cache and cookies to see actual results. Which I did, and attempted to book again a different flight with the same outcome. Even though the reason given on the emails said "transaction declined", on the call (5min later) I was told that the transaction was declined due to seats being not available for that price.

Making Things Right
The original Crystal Travel agent made a number of mistakes in booking our flights, which were not corrected until Marc Lee took over. Mr. Lee not only kept me promptly informed, but spent hours with the airline correcting the reservations. We all make mistakes, but it takes excellent customer service (and perseverance) to correct them. Thank you, Mr. Lee.

Our Personal Experience
My husband and I had been saving all year for an Alaskan adventure trip, and we found the perfect deal on two hotels from Crystal Travel. We booked our rooms and were all set. Unfortunately, a massive snowstorm delayed our flights the night we were supposed to land in Anchorage. We needed to cancel our first night at our hotel, so we tried customer support on Crystal Travel, which surprised me. The staff was incredibly efficient, immediately changed our arrangements, and was so friendly to talk with. I have to admit, I was fairly uptight about the whole ordeal. The ease with which they handled everything was just what we needed at that moment. We ended up having the trip of our lives out there, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. We highly recommend everyone tries to make it out into the beautiful Alaskan wilderness at least once in their lifetime. Definitely consider booking your next adventure with Crystal Travel and its stellar customer service team. I know we will be using them from now on. The other place we used to booked hotels with was Super Travel , and they’re good too but don’t offer flights.

Good experience
I was assisted by Dylan Cooper, my booking was cancelled for no reason, Dylan reached out to me directly and resolved the issue. He even went a step further and gave me a rate that was lower than what was quoted on other websites. I appreciate the support, will definitely use his website going forward. Search Results are not accurate/available
I booked the trip twice and each time it was declined after entering all the passenger info and payment info. Received a call few minutes later from the agent, saying that seats are no longer available but they can still help me book with a price that was much higher. Complete waist of time. As per your response, that it was a bank issue, it is not what was told to me by the agent. Agent said that 3 seats are not available on the flights that I selected but she was able to find 3 seats at a higher costs (on the same flights). I inquired why would search engine allow me to book, and I was instructed to clear the cache and cookies to see actual results. Which I did, and attempted to book again a different flight with the same outcome. Even though the reason given on the emails said "transaction declined", on the call (5min later) I was told that the transaction was declined due to seats being not available for that price.

Making Things Right
The original Crystal Travel agent made a number of mistakes in booking our flights, which were not corrected until Marc Lee took over. Mr. Lee not only kept me promptly informed, but spent hours with the airline correcting the reservations. We all make mistakes, but it takes excellent customer service (and perseverance) to correct them. Thank you, Mr. Lee.

Before someone pipes up, yes we are to blame as we wanted seats without paying over the odds. But at the time Crystal Travel had the seats on the perfect days at a good prices, others were cheaper but as we had used them once before we trusted they would be OK.
After booking with Crystal Travel we contacted our airline direct who issued us the e-ticket. So we didn't think there could be a problem. We had our tickets and were looking forward to our trip. How silly do we feel now.
We were to fly to Bangkok tomorrow on a 2 week holiday, late last night we had a call from Crystal Travel saying that the Airline (Qatar) had cancelled our seats but they could book us onto another better airline (aeroflot) we didn't want to fly with Aeroflot and there would be an extra charge for this anyway. As it was late at night we couldn't contact the airline in the UK. So we called the US where we were told that Crystal Travel had requested a refund for our seats. It seems that as they were our agents they could do this without our consent and now the flight had no seats for us.
As you can imagine we were/are devastated and many heated phones calls through the night and all today proceed the news. It seems Crystal Travel have done this many many times over the years and this time have left at least a dozen in the same situation with Qatar airlines just today. Qatar although very helpful said our contract was with the agent not them there was nothing they could do for us and at this late stage there were next to no seats left.
We were forced to pay almost double for new tickets this time direct with the airline . We are lucky we were able to do this I'm sure others may not have been able to.
We have been told by Crystal Travel that they would refund us and we have been in contact with our card issuer who said we are covered BUT THAT ISN'T THE POINT.
We have just paid more for flights than I have ever paid in my life just so we don't lose our dream holiday.
There is something to be said for booking with one of the big name travel agents. You may pay a little more but you will be able to sleep at night. Crystal Travel are liars, cheats and some of the rudest people we have ever had to deal with. Don't be fooled by their UK number and address to are based overseas.
We have taken legal advice and have been told we have a case for breach of contract and will be taking it further.
Crystal Travel also seem to fix reviews as you always see amazing reviews just after really bad ones. DON'T BE FOOLED like us.

I have already made a mistake without reading the reviews about these crooks.
They have taken money and keep saying that my booking is confirmed and my ticket will be sent to me in few hours. I haven't received my ticket yet and I am keep chasing them every day.
Please do not use this travel service at all.
Crystal Travel had a deal being offered on Wowcher. I messaged them on Facebook to ask for available dates and got an abrupt message back demanding contact details. Gave my email address, received nothing. Chased up 4 days later and was told that dates were now on the wowcher site. Found a suitable one and messaged the company back to confirm it was definitely available before ordering. The reason for this was coming across numbers poor reviews of this company where people have paid and then been told they need to either pay more for an upgrade, or Crystal Travel have cancelled on them, and made it lengthy to get a refund. There was no reply to my email. Chased again, and was asked for my contact details again...! Terrible company, needless to say I won't be booking with them. A look on TrustPilot and Facebook reviews is also interesting as they have many 5 star reviews from accounts that have only ever left one review (I always find this suspicious). On Facebook there are many poor reviews of Crystal all with the same experiences as mine... My advice is to avoid them.
Crystal declined my booking and then offered, on the phone, a ticket £100 more expensive. I see now that this is their usual tactic. While on the phone, they sent through an email containing the new price, and asked me to accept. As this was still cheaper than any of the other flights I saw on Kayak, I accepted.
I've just received an email from Crystal claiming to contain 'e-tickets'. The email makes no mention of any prices. No money has yet left my account, although I expect it will today. Confusingly, the email also includes a confirmation for car hire , costing £90, which I don't need.
When I go to the webpage for my airline , American Airlines, it's clear that I am indeed booked onto the right flights . This doesn't make me feel very relieved, though, as I've now read, in this thread, about Crystal operating a 'bait and switch' scam.
I don't know what to do. More to the point, I don't know what I *can* do -- probably nothing.
I expect I've learned the hard way not to use third parties like Crystal, so I don't really need lots of replies telling me how stupid I am! Does anyone have any more helpful advice? Should I expect Crystal to suddenly cancel my AA flights ? Are they going to be able to get more money out of me for the 'car hire'...?

What can you do? At this point, I wouldn't do anything. Wait and see what happens next.
Some travel organisers have access to discounted net fares which can not be shown or sold just as the air fare but instead have to be 'package' with another holiday element such as a hotel or in your case perhaps car rental . By packaging this up as a flight plus other component they can access and sell the lower flight cost. They won't be able to breakdown the cost of the two elements and may even show this on your paperwork as a fly-drive arrangement.
Presumably the total cost, including the £90 for the car rental , is lower that the fare you found on the airline site.
You don't need to collect the rental car by the way. Just use the air seat that you wanted.
Once you have the AA PNR locator then access your flight booking via the AA website. Check all well, select seats etc. Best to also keep a regular check on your reservation on the airline site to make sure no schedule changes are made.
I'm amazed at how many people are still getting fooled by these guys especially when they have been reported to trading standards so many times. Why doesn't someone shut them down.

I must apologize for my ignorance -- I really don't fly very often and am pretty confused about how all of this works. No-one has issued me with e-tickets (the email from Crystal, with the subject line "etkts" doesn't look like the kind of thing I could present at the airport). But I can log into the AA site, where my flights are listed as ticketed, and where I've been able to book seats.
Until I travel, I'm going to be worrying about something going wrong at the last minute. Even if it turns out that I *have* saved some money, I don't think the worry is worth it...

I booked the flights to Bangkok and made a payment. But all the booking disappeared from the screen. I couldn't find my booking anywhere. Money were gone from my account. I was really panicking. Following the online flight booking we received a follow up call to confirm the booking went through and our tickets would be sent by email within 24 hours. All around a good service. Only negative was the booking page timed out before is should have done.

Good experience
I was assisted by Dylan Cooper, my booking was cancelled for no reason, Dylan reached out to me directly and resolved the issue. He even went a step further and gave me a rate that was lower than what was quoted on other websites. I appreciate the support, will definitely use his website going forward. Search Results are not accurate/available
I booked the trip twice and each time it was declined after entering all the passenger info and payment info. Received a call few minutes later from the agent, saying that seats are no longer available but they can still help me book with a price that was much higher. Complete waist of time. As per your response, that it was a bank issue, it is not what was told to me by the agent. Agent said that 3 seats are not available on the flights that I selected but she was able to find 3 seats at a higher costs (on the same flights). I inquired why would search engine allow me to book, and I was instructed to clear the cache and cookies to see actual results. Which I did, and attempted to book again a different flight with the same outcome. Even though the reason given on the emails said "transaction declined", on the call (5min later) I was told that the transaction was declined due to seats being not available for that price.

Making Things Right
The original Crystal Travel agent made a number of mistakes in booking our flights, which were not corrected until Marc Lee took over. Mr. Lee not only kept me promptly informed, but spent hours with the airline correcting the reservations. Booked plane tickets to Thailand. Or so I thought. Went through the process within couple of minutes and then they told me there were no seats left at the price. Someone calls and tells you that you can book at a totally different price, of course it's a higher price than it was advertised on the website. I smell the scam when I see it. It was my first attempt to use this website and the last one. Never again! Scammers!

I took a chance on a discount ticket to visit friends. I just happened to check my flight about a week before the trip, only to find out that the flight had been cancelled. I contacted the airline, and they told me they would refund Crystal Travel, and that I would have to contact them. So far I have not heard back from Crystal, I had to buy a last minute (expensive) ticket, and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Le$$on learned.

I made a reservation for a Kuala Lumpur-NYC via Doha trip on 5 June via Crystal Travel. I walked in the Kuala Lumpur airport that day only to find that my first flight had been cancelled, which I had never been made aware of. I called Crystal Travel's customer service number in order to ask them to book me on a new flight asap, but no one picked up. I wrote an email titled "URGENT" and am still to get an answer to this day. I got my problem resolved by the airline themselves (Qatar Airways), they booked me on a new pair of flights operated by other airlines that left later that day - the airline said that my initial flights had long been cancelled and Crystal Travel had been made aware of that and had to forward me the info (which the airline could not do themselves because Crystal Travel had not entered my email address in the form they provided the airline), which they never did. Unprofessional. This was the first time I booked with Crystal Travel and it will be the last.

I booked the flights to Bangkok and made a payment. But all the booking disappeared from the screen. I couldn't find my booking anywhere. Money were gone from my account. I was really panicking. Not long after I received a call from Crystal travel and Ryan Smith explained that it was technical issue, he was very sorry about it, and sent my flight confirmation.

- • Children may travel unaccompanied between the ages of 5-17. Age restrictions may vary per airline.
- • Many airlines require unaccompanied minors to travel direct (make a stop but do not require a change of planes) or nonstop flights only.
- • Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to travel on the last flight of the day. This includes any changing of planes.
- • Most airlines provide (or require) supervision service for minors from the time of boarding until the time the minor is met at the final destination. This is called "Unaccompanied Minor Service" and there is a charge for this service. You must verify this cost directly with the airline and whether or not it's mandatory. These fees must be paid directly to the airline upon check-in.
- • You may need to carry a birth certificate or other valid identification documentation to the airport showing the child's date of birth.
- • The airline will require information about who is meeting the minor at the destination. Identification will be required for the adult to meet the minor.
- • Have the person who is escorting the unaccompanied minor to the departing flight bring a valid form of identification so they can get a pass to escort the child through security checkpoints.
- • Standby reservations are not allowed for unaccompanied minor travel.
- • Traveller’s name cannot be changed.
- • The same airline must be used.
- • Original reservation must be canceled before the original departure date and time.
- • Changes to routing, dates, or other details may not be changeable.
- • Some airlines may not permit any changes even with a fee.
- i. Traveling with a pet, other than a guide dog, requires special handling by the airline and there will be an additional fee for this service. Pet handling service fees vary from airline to airline.
- ii. Pets in the cabin are limited by size and the number allowed on each flight.
- iii. Alternatively, your pet may travel in the baggage compartment of your flight. However, each airline has certain restrictions, depending on the anticipated temperature in the baggage compartment. (Some carriers have a blackout period for carrying animals in cargo during the summer and winter.)
- iv. Cages and other shipping containers must meet the minimum standard for size, ventilation, strength, sanitation, and design for safe handling. (Sky kennels furnished by the airlines meet these requirements.)
- v. Health certificates are required by all shippers of pets. Please check with your Veterinarian for more details.
- vi. Many airlines restrict certain breeds, such as pug-nosed dogs (Pugs, Pekingese, Boxers) and cats (Persians) that might find it especially difficult to breathe at high altitudes.

54 reviews and 9 photos of Crystal Travel "Purchased an airline ticket from them. Part of flight was cancelled, so airline credited part of the fare to the original form of payment (Crystal Travel). I contacted them numerous times for a refund, and they have been incredibly unresponsive. As it stands now, I was "issued" a refund two weeks ago but still have not seen anything in my account.
I recommend crystal travel LLC for your flight ticket reservation. They understand customer perspective very well. My story with Crystal LLC. I had discussion with Yami in the afternoon for tickets for 4 people to India from Houston, TX USA. Quote given by Yami in the afternoon was around $4800.

Crystal Travel is a trading name of the Moresand Group, and are Atol protected. To hold an Atol they have to be based in the UK, although they could have a call centre abroad, like lots of companies do. Flights are better booked direct with the airline. 10.
Crystal Travel are scammers. Just adding another online alert warning folks not to ever use Crystal Travel for flights. Crystal Travel is a scam agency on Google Flights. I booked a flight in January to go to London in April by following a link on GF for Crystal Travel. The fare was $721 to go to London and $249 in taxes.
