When deciding what to do in Green Bay, Wisconsin , touring Lambeau Field probably comes to mind, especially if you’re a Packers fan. But what if you’re not a Packers fan (yet) or even a football fan? Will you have any fun on a Lambeau Field tour?

Spoiler alert: I loved it, and I’m not a fan. I’m not a hater; I simply don’t care about football. But I took one of the Lambeau Field Tours anyway because, well, when in Green Bay…

So, go behind the scenes with me in this article to see what you can expect. Maybe you’ll find it as interesting as I did and want to put it on your Green Bay bucket list.

Lambeau Field Tours: What to Expect

Lambeau Field atrium at night

Before Your Tour: Check Out the Lambeau Field Atrium

This is the main entrance to the stadium and where you’ll find a giant 50-foot Lombardi Trophy replica on display. They say that the massive trophy is the largest structure ever chromed. As you ride the escalator up to the tour ticket booth, you’ll appreciate how big it is!

It’s visible inside and outside the atrium and lit up at night. In addition, many Vince Lombardi quotes and photographs are on display throughout the atrium.

Tour Add-on Option: Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame

Hall of Fame sign

Visiting the Packers Hall of Fame can be an add-on to your Lambeau Field tour at a combo price. I recommend doing this before your stadium tour when you’re fresh. It’s a great way to “kick-off” the day.

photo op Hall of Fame

There are two levels of exhibits with nine permanent galleries. As a non-football person, I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I spent a good amount of time taking in captivating visual displays, interactive exhibits, and photo ops.

Lambeau Field Tour Options

  • Legendary Stadium Tou r – approximately 2 hours; this tour visits the following locations: Lambeau Field Atrium, premium seating levels, Lee Remmel Press Box, visiting team locker room, player’s tunnel, and field level.
  • Champions Stadium Tour – approximately 90 minutes; this tour visits the following locations: Lambeau Field Atrium, south side premium seating levels, player’s tunnel, and field level.
  • Classic Stadium Tour – approximately 60 minutes; this tour visits the following locations: Lambeau Field Atrium, east side premium seating areas, player’s tunnel, and field level.
  • Alumni Tour – a Classic Tour guided by a Packers Alumnus. Hear stories and history unique to the player. Photo opportunities are available with the alums at the end of the tour. (Typically only available on home game weekends.)

Behind the Scenes of the Classic Lambeau Field Tour

Everyone cheered as our tour guide said, “Welcome to Lambeau Field, home of the 13-time world champion Green Bay Packers!” And with that, we were off on our whirlwind one-hour Lambeau stadium tour. (Over 1.7 million visitors have taken Lambeau field tours so far.)

You’ll see a 50-yard line on the floor if you look down. And, if you followed it through the wall, you’d see it lines up perfectly with the 50-yard line of Lambeau Field.

50 yard line Lambeau

After hearing about some of the team’s history, we went upstairs to see the premium suites. There are 136 suites on three levels.

Check out the art along the way—hundreds of paintings and photos depict Packers history. My favorite was the painting of the famous Ice Bowl—the coldest game in the history of the NFL.

painting of Ice Bowl

Another tour highlight was hearing about the Packers training camp bike tradition. Kids line up with their bikes to offer the players a ride, and when the players come out of the locker room, they choose someone and ride their bike to practice that day. So heartwarming!

bike display Lambeau

The view from the suite was extraordinary. It’s the largest suite they have—it accommodates 48 people. An identical one for Packer alums is one level below. (A standard suite accommodates 16-20 people.)

The original home of the Packers was an open playing field at Hagemeister Park. Then, they moved to Bellevue Park for four years and then to City Stadium at Green Bay East High School. High school games were Friday nights, and the Packers played on Sundays.

Eventually, the current stadium was built with 32,000 seats. There have been nine additions since then, and Lambeau Field is currently the third-largest NFL stadium with 81,441 seats.

They have sold out every game since 1960, and 147,000 people are on the season ticket waitlist. It’s the norm for people to sign up their newborns at birth, and those babies are in their 30s before their numbers come up!

Lambeau field view from box

Fun Fact about Snow Removal: A call goes out on through the news and social media asking for help shoveling snow at Lambeau Field. Then around 500 people (first come, first serve) go to the stadium and get paid to shovel snow. They start on the aisle, where a plastic sheet keeps the snow moving down to the bottom. Then, an end loader scoops it into a dump truck and hauls it out of the stadium. Crazy, huh?

While we took in the view, we also learned more about the team’s history, name, incorporation, and all about Curly Lambeau and Vince Lombardi.

man pointing to locker room mural

Next, we went down to the 7,000-square-foot locker room/village, which contains everything the players could need: a weight room, sports medicine office, racquetball court, basketball court, cafeteria, classrooms for every position, etc. We didn’t go inside since it’s an active locker room, but we heard all about it.

walking in tunnel to field

Then we went to the tunnel where the Green Bay Packers enter the stadium. When the players enter, the music is pounding, and projectors show clips of the Packers crushing their opponents of the day. Finally, we walked the tunnel ourselves. We felt the excitement while listening to a recording of the crowd cheering and the announcer introducing the world-champion Green Bay Packers!

Take a look! They embedded a piece of the original tunnel into the current tunnel entrance, in order to preserve its history.

cement from old tunnel

What a thrill to be inside the Packers stadium (whether you’re a football fan or not). It’s a very cool part of sports history!

view of endzone

When we reached the field, we were told not to touch or step on the grass, so be prepared to be near it but not on it.

turf at Lambeau

Learning about the grass was one of the tour’s most fascinating parts. The field is actually a soccer field, not a football field because the natural clay-based soil doesn’t hold up well enough to sustain grass. So, they dug out the clay, replaced it with gravel and sand, and then inserted 7″ synthetic fibers every ¾-inch across the field.

Then they seeded the field with Kentucky Bluegrass, and as it grew, the roots intertwined with the synthetic fibers and have held the turf together beautifully ever since.

fiber embedded in turf at Lambeau

Since natural grass goes dormant in the fall, they use grow lights to simulate sunlight and keep the grass growing into January. The lights turn on when it gets dark and move very slowly across the field. Underneath the ground, tubes filled with antifreeze and warm water keep the roots at a steady 55-degree temperature.

Another fun fact: Lambeau Field’s drainage system can handle 14 inches of rain per hour!

Lambeau Field grow lights

They paint the field two days before the game, using 100 gallons of paint and taking 10 hours to finish the job. If they have back-to-back games, they scrape off the paint, but if not, it comes off when they mow the field every other day.

We had the chance to take our photos in front of the end goal, and then we shouted out the Lambeau cheer as a group and heard it echo across the field. So fun!

Stadium History | Parking & Admission | Seating & Capacity | Food & Concessions

Lambeau Field, home to the Green Bay Packers , is located in the center of Green Bay, Wisconsin, where it has stood since opening in 1957. It currently holds distinctions as the longest continuously-operated home field in the NFL , the second-oldest stadium used in the league and third-greatest active home game hosting streak across all American professional sports.

Throughout its lengthy existence, the 81,441-seat facility has undergone several renovations and expansions to become one of the largest stadiums in the league, yet it has maintained many time-honored traditions, including the “Lambeau Leap,” a Packers touchdown celebration that sees the scoring player jump into the endzone stands to be among their adoring “Cheesehead” fanbase. The interior façade is lined with the names of esteemed past members of the Packers organization, while two bronze statues of Hall of Fame coach Vince Lombardi and team founder Earl “Curly” Lambeau stand in the stadium’s exterior plaza.

Housing the league’s winningest regular season team, Lambeau Field has presided over several notable playoff runs for the Packers, most recently a Super Bowl win in 2011. The Midwestern open-air stadium, also known as “The Frozen Tundra,” has been the site of several historic NFL games, including the 1967 Championship Game Bowl, referred to as the “Ice Bowl” due its still-standing league record as the coldest game ever played with an average wind chill of -48 degrees Fahrenheit, and the 1985 “Snow Bowl,” which dumped 16 inches of snow on Lambeau Field ahead of a Packers victory against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The address for Lambeau Field is 1265 Lombardi Avenue, which honors the Packers’ five-time NFL Championship-winning head coach Vince Lombardi. He has also been the namesake of the Super Bowl’s Vince Lombardi Trophy since his death in 1970.

Lambeau Field History

Lambeau Field is one of the most historic stadiums in the NFL. Built in 1957 as City Stadium, Lambeau Field holds the distinction as the oldest stadium originally constructed for the NFL. Home to the Green Bay Packers, Lambeau Field has seen several renovations and expansions through its more than 65 years of operation. Originally, Lambeau Field had a capacity of 32,000. The first expansion was in 1961 when the capacity was upgraded to 38,669. The capacity was again increased, this time to 42,327, in 1963 and again in 1965 to approximately 50,837. City Stadium, nicknamed “New City Stadium,” was renamed to Lambeau Field in August 1965, two months after player and long-time coach Earl Lambeau died. In 1985, Lambeau Field was expanded again, adding 72 luxury suites and additional seating, making the total capacity 56,000. Throughout the next 10 years, Lambeau Field added more than 150 extra suites, 1,900 club seats and a video board. A massive renovation took palce in 2001, adding an expanded concourse, a new upper concourse, extra bathrooms and almost 12,000 extra seats along the top of the stadium named “Titletown.”

This 2001–2003 renovation also included a new Packers locker room, a team store, a Packers operation and administrative facility. A Packers Hall of Fame, o pened in 2015, gives fans the opportunity to check out historic team memorabilia, hear famous Packers recount historic franchise moments in their own words, and learn more about Green Bay teams past and present in engaging interactive exhibits. The team’s 13 championship trophies are on display and fans can even check out a replica of legendary coach Vince Lombardi’s office.

Lambeau Field was again renovated in 2013, adding 7,000 more seats and a rooftop view platform in the north end zone, bringing the capacity to more than 80,000. Lambeau Field continues to renovate to this day, keeping up with technological trends by updating concession stands and video boards to give guests the premium stadium experience.

Beyond hosting every Green Bay Packers home game, Lambeau Field puts on unforgettable events across sports and entertainment. Headline music acts like Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown Band, and Billy Joel have used the space to put on memorable concerts. The venue has also housed collegiate sports events for the Wisconsin Badgers, like big-time football games and the “Frozen Tundra Hockey Classic” – an outdoor hockey match played against Ohio State in 2006 on a temporary rink placed inside the stadium.

Green Bay area and Packers officials will be headed to 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit as they prep for 2025

Green Bay Packers fans attending the NFL Draft in Detroit might be surprised that the host city is more than they expect.

"We are not blind to the fact there is a perception about Detroit that is old, that is outdated, that is not accurate," said Claude Molinari, CEO of Visit Detroit. "They will see a different Detroit than what their perception is."

Molinari expects a large turnout with a $150 million to $200 million economic impact. The largest reported attendance for the draft was 600,000 in Nashville in 2019. Kansas City reported 300,000 in 2023.

"We have six NFL cities within a four-hour drive of Detroit," Molinari said. "We imagine we'll easily surpass what Kansas City had last year."

Green Bay is only an hour away by air. Molinari expects a large turnout of football fans from Wisconsin, as well.

More: 2024 NFL draft in Detroit: Everything you need to know before you go

Detroit's image was that of a failed city. It had one of the highest crime rates in the nation and filed for bankruptcy in 2013. Crime rates have fallen over the last three years and development changed downtown, which will be the center of draft activities scheduled for April 25-27.

The draft provides Detroit the opportunity to show off its community to a nationwide audience, which is one of the reason's Discover Green Bay is excited about the 2025 edition.

"In so many ways, that’s why convention and visitor bureaus want to try and land these things," said Brad Toll, CEO of Discover Green Bay. "When we go to conventions, you better believe we are talking about the draft. It puts you on a different playing field. Just imagine Detroit’s advertising next week."

Information on the NFL Draft in Detroit can be found at nfl.com/draft/event-info/ and at visitdetroit.com/2024nfldraft/ ,

Green Bay representatives get one last look before their turn

Football fans won't be the only ones attending. Representatives of the Green Bay Packers, the city of Green Bay, Ashwaubenon, Brown County and Discover Green Bay will be in Detroit to soak up any last-minute knowledge before they find themselves on the clock for the next draft, scheduled for April 24-26, 2025, in Green Bay.

A number of them have attended multiple drafts, going back to Philadelphia in 2017, and want to see how the Detroit draft is organized and executed as the NFL continues to evolve the event. Toll said community representatives are encouraged to contact their counterparts in Detroit for a detailed look at how the draft will affect their operations.

"We've seen a number of drafts first-hand, but we are always interested in seeing how they've changed each year," said Aaron Popkey, Packers director of public affairs. "In this one, we will have a number of representatives from a number of our departments to see exactly how it takes place there and envisioning how those same elements can take place at Lambeau Field."

Detroit has a smaller footprint than Kansas City, but Green Bay's might be as big or bigger. In Green Bay, the Resch complex, Lambeau Field and Titletown all will be included.

"We do have a lot of open spaces. That’s what you need. I would think our space would be at least as big," Toll said.

The Packers lobbied for years to get the draft, and they believe that despite limitations of things like hotel rooms, the community will successfully host the event. The Packers estimate attendance of 240,000, with a statewide economic impact of $90 million and a local impact of $20 million.

"We are building an experience that is bigger than ourselves," Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy said after the league awarded the draft to Green Bay in 2023. "It is an incredible, once-in-a-generation opportunity that will create a lasting legacy for Wisconsin. It will be exciting. It's an awful lot of work. We have less than two years, but we're ready to get started."

Detroit is not new to hosting large events, such as the Super Bowl

Detroit is not new to big events. It hosted the Super Bowl in 2006, the NCAA Final Four in 2009, and will again in 2027, and the Ryder Cup in 2004. Only Las Vegas, London and New York City have more theaters than Detroit, Molinari said.

"We are used to hosting 100,000 people downtown," he said.

The NFL Draft Theater and main stage will be at Campus Martius Park , which was named the best public square in the United States in USA Today's Readers Choice selections. The NFL Draft Experience is four blocks south in the 15-acre Detroit Civic Center.

Because of the expected large turnout, attendees are encouraged to use remote parking lots . Shuttles, the QLine, a north-south rail service, and the People Mover, an elevated train, are among the options for getting from remote lots to the draft site.

More: What time will the Green Bay Packers make their picks during the 2024 NFL draft weekend?

"Between the QLine and the People Mover, which are free for the event, we expect to move people around a lot," Molinari said.

The weather forecast for Thursday calls for sunny skies with a high of 57. Friday calls for partly cloudy and 61, and Saturday could see showers and 72.

Concert series and prayer halls included in other NFL Draft events

Fans will find more to do than attend the draft. The Detroit Tigers have a homestand against the Kansas City Royals, and the area is replete with restaurants and museums, including the impressive Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation.

The NFL is sponsoring other events as well, some of which include:

  • Big Sean, Detroit Youth Choir and Bazzi will headline the NFL Draft Concert Series. Big Sean will perform at 6:15 p.m. EDT Thursday, the Detroit Youth Choir at 6 p.m. Friday and Bazzi after the draft concludes on Saturday. The NFL Players' Choir will perform after the Detroit Youth Choir. After drafting concludes on Friday and Saturday, fireworks and a tribute to Detroit music will take place. Performances will be at the Draft Theater in front of Campus Martius Park. The performances are standing room only and free. To attend, download the NFL OnePass app at NFL.com/DraftAccess .
  • Activities include a Pro Football Hall of Fame exhibit and an autograph-signing opportunity with current and former NFL players, as well as a 40-yard dash, vertical jump, deep throw accuracy challenges, and more, as reported by the Detroit Free Press.
  • For the first time, the NFL will install prayer halls at one of the major tentpole events. The goal is to create a welcoming and inclusive experience for fans of all faiths.
  • The USA Wheelchair Football League Veterans All Star Game is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon at Huntington Place, 1 Washington Blvd., Detroit. Fans who would like to attend the game are asked to RSVP at https://rsvp.zkipster.com/_76knk .

Green Bay, Brown County optimistic about chances coal piles will move as White House official tours site

green bay lambeau tour

GREEN BAY - The Port of Green Bay applied for a $25 million federal grant to cover higher-than-expected costs to build a new port facility, a project key to ongoing community efforts to relocate the coal piles out of the central city.

The port in February applied for a U.S. Department of Transportation RAISE Discretionary Grant to close a budget gap in a plan to develop a new multipurpose port facility on the former Pulliam Power Plant site at the mouth of the Fox River. Cost estimates last fall showed improvements and infrastructure work on the site would cost about $48.7 million , about $19 million more than originally expected.

The RAISE grant program has about $1.5 billion to award in 2024.

Port Director Dean Haen said the community's application included letters of support from 40 businesses, legislators and Gov. Tony Evers that "make our case why it's very important to Green Bay." He said the grant is necessary to ensure construction starts in 2025 on the new port facility along the west shore at the mouth of the Fox River.

Senior aide to President Joe Biden tours Green Bay coal piles site

The port won't find out until summer whether it receives the grant, but a senior White House official toured the coal piles site during a visit to Green Bay on Thursday , giving local officials the opportunity to drive the point home that the city, county, and C. Reiss Coal Co. are "all aligned," said Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich.

The tour, as much as the guest of honor, carried some import in itself — It was the first time C. Reiss Coal Co. representatives joined city of Green Bay and Brown County officials to tour the site and publicly discuss the relocation since the community first identified an opportunity to relocate the coal yard in 2021.

Keith Haselhoff, CEO of C. Reiss Coal Co. , met with senior adviser to President Joe Biden and Director of the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs Tom Perez, Genrich, Haen and other city and county officials. Perez also toured City East Center , a city- and state-funded affordable housing development and new home of the Brown County United Way .

Perez said the collaborative work of the city, county, business community, and C. Reiss Coal is often a key to securing grants, though he personally does not judge any applications.

"I see potential, remarkable potential," Perez said after touring the C. Reiss site. "There's obviously leadership here."

'We're optimistic this can be a success'

Haselhoff said C. Reiss continues to take its cues from the city and county as they pursue the money necessary to pull off the port expansion, relocation of C. Reiss and redevelopment of the coal yard site. But he said the company is optimistic at this point and continues to discuss its operational needs with the community partners.

"We're optimistic this can be a success," Haselhoff said. "New beginnings are always exciting."

The company has not said much publicly, but that does not mean it hasn't been closely involved, Genrich said. He called the company a "constructive partner" since the county and city got serious.

"They've never said, 'No, we're not interested,'" Genrich said. "They've been at the table figuring out how to make it work for themselves and the community."

Brown County Executive Troy Streckenbach said the community and company efforts to date have positioned the region to, after 25 years of talks, "reimagine what the next 100 years will look like" for the riverfront site.

After 4 years of work, Green Bay, Brown County, C. Reiss have community close to plan to relocate coal piles

Brown County in 2021 paid $2.7 million to Wisconsin Public Service Corp. for the former J.P. Pulliam power plant site. WPS generated electricity on the 43.7-acre site from 1927 until 2018 when WPS shut down the two coal-fired power plants and began demolishing them.

The county saw the property as an opportunity to expand port operations in an industrial area of Green Bay on a site with room to relocate the coal piles, a goal community leaders have pursued for decades now. The riverfront site has been a coal yard since 1900, C. Reiss officials said.

Genrich has called the relocation a "once-in-a-city's-lifetime" transformation of the community's waterfront.

But first, the port expansion site needs a lot of costly work and port officials have so far secured about $30.8 million in funding:

  • $15 million in American Rescue Plan Act dollars via Gov. Tony Evers .
  • $10.1 million federal Port Infrastructure Development Program Grant .
  • $500,000 Idle Sites Grant  from Wisconsin Economic Development Corp. to help buy the property.
  • $3.2 million in Brown County American Rescue Plan Act dollars.
  • $2.1 million in WisDOT Harbor Assistance Grants.

The funding and engineering work to design the port expansion enabled the community to accelerate discussions with C. Reiss Coal Co. about relocating the coal piles.

In Depth: A port, a power plant and partnerships: How Green Bay and Brown County could finally relocate the coal piles

What's the Port of Green Bay expansion project?

The site needs improvements and upgrades on land and in the Fox River in order to potentially facilitate a variety of maritime deliveries and pickups. This site would be publicly owned in contrast to the 14 current port terminals that are privately owned and operated. The new port facility on its own could bolster the port's economic impact by as much as $87 million.

A major component of the project would involve dredging along the site and installation of a steel dock wall to enable ships to dock at the site. Construction plans include:

  • Dredge the Fox River along the site and install a steel dock wall to enable ships to access the site.
  • Construct a rail spur.
  • Fill in the docking slip on the Pulliam site.
  • Build a stormwater detention basin.
  • Add mooring facilities and crane pads for port operations.
  • Repair the sea wall.

While some road and infrastructure construction could start still this year, Haen said the community needs to win a RAISE Grant if it wants to start construction on the port-specific improvements in 2025.

Coal piles site could become housing, port site and ... Green Bay's Amtrak station?

City and county officials envision a port/industrial operation, housing and, possibly, an Amtrak station on the coal piles current site. The overall goal would be to activate the riverfront and develop a mix of uses that complements the Shipyard Redevelopment Area housing and recreational amenities coming together just north of the Mason Street bridge.

The northern 10 acres of the site, closest to Mason Street, would be marketed to housing developers.

The southern 20-plus acres would be used to create a new port site to facilitate some industrial uses in order to further bolster the port's current $217 million economic impact .

And with northeastern Wisconsin being awarded $500,000 to study passenger rail expansion from Milwaukee north to Green Bay , Genrich also pitched the coal piles site as a potential location for a new Amtrak terminal. He touted the site as well-located between downtown Green Bay and the rapidly developing Lambeau Field stadium and entertainment district.

"(A train station) can a lot of times be a pretty catalytic presence. We'd love to have a station located here as well," Genrich said.

Federal funds help push Green Bay affordable housing project past finish line

Project will create 43-unit complex, with 36 units reserved for low-income renters

Green Bay’s City East Center

Like many communities across the country, Green Bay has been struggling with a shortage of affordable housing. A new, federally-funded development on the city’s east side hopes to help.

Senior Advisor to the President Tom Perez visited the development Thursday to see those federal funds in action. He was joined by Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich and Brown County United Way CEO Robyn Davis.

Together, they toured City East Center, a three-story affordable housing project that broke ground last August .

According to the city, the more than $10 million project is funded, in part, through the American Rescue Plan Act, or ARPA, and a $1 million federal grant. City East Center is being built on previously vacant land that was owned by the city.

It includes 43 apartments, 36 of which will be for households earning less than 60 percent of the area’s median income. The local United Way will occupy the first floor and serve as a community gathering space.

“This is partnership in action,” Perez said. “This is people’s taxpayer dollars being put to good use to enable 43 families to have remarkably wonderful housing and support services that are literally right in their building.”

Officials tour housing development in Green Bay

Officials said they anticipate the construction project to be done by the end of July. Rental applications are already open.

Davis said the City East Center will become the cornerstone for the Brown County United Way’s Thriving Neighborhood Initiative, aimed at strengthening the community.

“Place matters, and being in the community with the community that we serve is of paramount importance to our mission,” Davis said. “It will create a new collaborative space to bring services, programming and resources to both City East residents and the residents of the surrounding neighborhood.”

While local officials expressed optimism that the project would help address the city’s affordable housing shortage, the Republican Party of Brown County criticized the project.

In a statement, county Republicans blamed inflation for why Green Bay residents struggle to find affordable housing, saying prices have skyrocketed under the Biden administration.

“The federal government’s out-of-control deficits have fueled this destructive inflation, and yet Biden and the partisan Democrat mayor of Green Bay believe we are gullible enough to celebrate their federally funded ‘solution’ to their federally funded problem,” the Brown County GOP said in a statement.

Landlords have said inflation has contributed to rising rents , but Green Bay has been struggling with an affordable housing shortage for years.

A 2020 housing market study commissioned by the city found Green Bay needed between 3,314 and 7,441 rental units and between 4,052 and 9,098 owner-occupied units by 2040 to keep up with demand.

And the issue isn’t exclusive to Green Bay. Developers and housing advocates have said Wisconsin didn’t build enough housing units following the 2008 Great Recession.

The state needs to build at least 140,000 housing units by 2030 to keep pace with current demand, and 227,000 units if Wisconsin hopes to grow its working-age population, according to a 2023 report by Forward Analytics , the research arm of the Wisconsin Counties Association.

Genrich called the City East Center “one of the most exciting developments” in Green Bay. He said it wouldn’t be possible without partnerships with local nonprofits, as well as the state and federal government.

He added the city received nearly $24 million in ARPA funding, which has helped pay for an array of projects in the city .

“For the project just behind us, there’s an ARPA loan in there that really got us over the top. There’s low income housing tax credits that were critical to making this project possible in the first place,” Genrich said. “It just required a ton of work, thought and commitment to prioritizing affordable housing and quality living for our residents here.”
