Janet Jackson's Together Again tour
Jackson, 57 , hasn’t released a new album since 2015’s “Unbreakable,” but like many major artists lately – Madonna and Taylor Swift among them – she staged her most recent tour as an overview of her storied career.
A swirling slate of fashion statements , including a gold bodysuit and a fuchsia-and-plaid jumpsuit, and shoulder-squaring moves with a troupe of dancers added to the visual spectacle of last year's tour.
Here is where Jackson, a 2019 inductee into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame , will play in 2024:

Fans delighted as Janet Jackson ‘finally’ announces 2024 UK tour dates
Janet Jackson has announced she will be touring Europe this year, with multiple dates set for across the UK.
The “Together Again” tour marks the star’s 50 th anniversary in the industry as well as 35 years since her landmark 1989 album Rhythm Nation 1814 . It had previously been hinted that the singer would be revisiting the UK.
It will be the musician’s first major event in the UK since 2019, when she performed at Glastonbury as part of her world tour for the 30th anniversary of her hit record.
In a video message accompanying the announcement on Monday (29 April), Jackson said: “I just wanted to thank you for making this my most successful tour to date.
“And Europe, I know it’s been a minute since we’ve seen each other. But the wait is no longer, I will be taking the ‘Together Again’ tour all over Europe this fall.
“I cannot wait to see you guys, I miss you so much. We’ve had so much fun with this show, so can’t wait to come and have some of that fun with you guys.”
Fans were delighted, and expressed excitement within minutes of the announcement, wity many writing: “Finally!”
“I’ll be there with bells on! Hotel and transport booked,” said one supporter.
“We have been starved!!!” added another.
Supporters were determined that the anticipated rush for tickets wouldn’t hinder their efforts.
“Janet Jackson has announced another UK tour. Is the fact she is notorious for cancelling her shows going to stop me from frantically searching for tickets on Friday morning…” said one Jackson fan along with a gif of the star saying “No.”
Others said they had waited years for the opportunity to see her.
“I’m so scared I won’t get tickets that my anxiety has shot through the roof. I’ve prayed for times like this for years.”
The European leg will kick off in Paris on 25 September before moving to Birmingham, London and Glasgow – finishing in the beleaguered Co-op Live arena in Manchester on 1 October.
The “Control” singer will continue the 10-date event with gigs in European cities Antwerp, Munich, Cologne and Berlin before concluding in Amsterdam.
The North American leg, opened by “Dilemma” artist Nelly, launched in April and will continue throughout the US and Canada until July.
Meanwhile, the European tour will be supported by The Fugees member Wyclef Jean, except for the London date for which a supporting act is yet to be announced.
Tickets go on sale this Friday (3 May) at 9am on JanetJackson.com.
Special presale & preferred tickets will be available to Mastercard cardholders starting Tuesday (30 April) at http://priceless.com/music.

Janet Jackson Sees Kylie Minogue Perform Her Las Vegas Residency After Lovers & Friends Festival Cancellation
Jackson was set to headline the one-day festival which was supposed to take place on Saturday, May 4

Pop royalty linked up in Las Vegas this weekend.
On Saturday, May 4, Janet Jackson had an epic pop star meetup with Kylie Minogue after attending her Las Vegas residency show.
"So glad I got the chance to see my friend @kylieminogue perform tonite," the "All For You" singer, 57, posted on Instagram .
In the photo, Jackson is sporting an all black ensemble featuring wide-leg trousers and an oversized blazer, while the "Come into My World" artist, 55, is clad in a white, cut-out jumpsuit covered in buttons with a metallic bodysuit underneath.
The "Together Again" performer attended her friend's set amid the cancellation of Lovers & Friends festival in Las Vegas — which launched in 2022 — on Saturday, May 4.
The festival's official website decided to cancel the festival on Friday, May 3.
“Organizers have been monitoring the weather for several days and proactively preparing for a windy Saturday. However, the National Weather Service has now issued a High Wind Warning, including dangerous 30-35 mph sustained winds with gusts potentially more than 60 mph," they wrote in a statement.
They added: “Following advice from the National Weather Service and in consultation with local public officials, we must make the safest decision for our fans, artists, and staff, and cancel tomorrow’s Lovers & Friends Festival."
The statement said it was "an incredibly heartbreaking decision" to cancel the one-day festival.
"We are aware that fans have traveled from all over the world to enjoy this incredible lineup of superstars and have been looking forward to this event for several months,” it continued. “We’ve worked hard to create an amazing event for you, and we are just as disappointed as you are.”

According to festival organizers, “ticket holders who purchased their tickets directly through Front Gate Tickets will receive a refund within 30 days to the original form of payment.”
Lovers & Friends was scheduled to take place at Las Vegas Festival Grounds, and Jackson was set to headline the event, alongside Usher and Backstreet Boys . The lineup also included Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Gwen Stefani, TLC, Nas , Alicia Keys , Nelly Furtado , Ludacris , Timbaland, Mary J. Blige and Ciara .
