What does journey-level mean.

Certain occupations, trades and crafts categorize jobs by skill, education and knowledge. This is mandated by federal or state registration boards or developed in the private sector. Employees in these occupations typically start at apprentice levels and progress to journey-level positions.

Definition of Journey Level

After an employee has undergone sufficient on-the-job training or completed a formal apprenticeship, a promotion to journey level normally occurs. The worker's promotion depends on knowledge and expertise. Advancement may require passing a test or be solely based on the evaluation of a manager or supervisor.

Contributing Journey Level

If an employee’s competency evaluation reveals that he needs more time to fully meet the job requirements, he is placed at a contributing journey level. The manager or supervisor documents the areas that need improvement and proposes paths to reach the required competency levels to be a full-fledged journey-level worker.

Journey-Level-Full

When the worker increases her competency, the supervisor performs another evaluation. If advancement to full journey level is appropriate, the supervisor cites examples of competency in the areas of communication, technical knowledge and problem solving to substantiate the basis for the promotion.

Hell, it look like i wouldn’t be doing Guardian Rank 9, heck I haven’t even done ANY of the Raid at all. Where the hell i supposed to find people to do them. I am worst than a newbie when doing the Raid. NICE GOING BUNGIE for screwing this up. Just great. I guess i be playing Diablo 4 or Dead Island 2 .

Look into the destiny 2 lfg discord or some different tiktok and twitch creators. While a lot of the community is neutral towards new lights there are a lot of us who absolutely love to help everyone we can so that we can all enjoy everything destiny 2 has to offer.

Earn credentials for skills learned on the job through NCCER’s National Craft Assessment and Certification Program (NCACP). This program was designed by industry professionals to help bridge gaps in workforce competence. The program provides evaluation of journey-level knowledge and skills of craft professionals based on industry-recognized standards for each craft through knowledge assessments and performance evaluations.

Elden Ring New Game Plus explained: How to begin Journey 2 and what carries over

New Game Plus is back in Elden Ring, letting you begin another journey into The Lands Between. Here's how it works.

New Game Plus in Elden Ring continues the FromSoftware and Soulsborne tradition, giving you a chance to take a different path and uncover secrets you might have missed the first time around. This game might be absolutely massive, but the end of your journey is ultimately just the beginning - as like the ring, you can continue forever, in an endless, circular cycle... if you wish.

In each of the games that make up this connected-but-not Soulsborne universe, New Game Plus has always taken a slightly different form. It’s quite simple in Elden Ring, but it’s going to be interesting to see what people discover as they begin to explore their second, third, or further journeys into The Lands Between.

A couple of us have completed the game, however - so here’s what we’ve learned about Elden Ring's NG+ so far…

How does Elden Ring’s New Game Plus work?

In Elden Ring, each game is known as a ‘journey’ , which means rather than being called ‘New Game Plus’ , the act of starting over is referred to as starting ‘Journey 2’.

As you’d expect, New Game Plus unlocks once you defeat the final bosses and reach one of the Elden Ring endings - of which there appear to be three major versions, with different permutations of each. At that point, you’ll be asked if you want to Begin Journey 2 right away.

If you choose to, New Game Plus kicks off right away. If you don’t, you’ll be returned to Roundtable Hold in an end-game state.

The world will be as it was right before you entered the final boss chambers. You can go off into the open world and do anything you want at this stage. You can visit dungeons, defeat optional bosses, and even take on any NPC side quests still available that late in the game. Anything you do will help contribute to your Journey 2 starting state. You can use this state to upgrade weapons and spirit ashes, level up, acquire armor and other gear, complete dungeons, and find new in-game locations.

One thing you can’t do in this state is repeat the game’s final battles and/or pursue a different ending - the path to the end of the game will be locked off permanently in that journey once you’ve seen one ending. The only way to take a different path is to Begin Journey 2, aka New Game Plus, and pursue your preferred storyline there.

To do that, just head to Roundtable Hold and rest at the Table of Lost Grace in the middle of the Hold’s central chamber. As you know, this functions as a standard Site of Grace, but after you’ve defeated the final boss, you can head here to trigger New Game Plus at any time with the Begin Journey 2 button that appears there.

That option is only at this specific site of grace, and is designed solely to boot you into New Game Plus. Once you hit that button, there's no going back - your game will be reset. You do carry a bunch of stuff over, though.

What carries over to New Game Plus in Elden Ring

Once you start New Game Plus, you’ll be placed into the world of Elden Ring anew. Enemies will be powered up, and give more Runes as a result. Basically, it’s the same game, turned up to eleven.

Some older Souls games made more changes - if that's the case here remains to be seen, but it doesn't appear there's any deep secrets left to be found in New Game Plus, at least in Elden Ring's launch state - it's just a chance to replay the story, tackle different quests, and get a different ending.

Heading into Journey 2 you’ll keep your level, gear (including ashes, weapons , sorceries & incantations , notes, cookbooks, memory stones, etcetera), consumable items, Flask power and uses, access to Torrent , and so on - so you’ll go into the play-through fully powered up.

In fact, the only major things you’ll lose will be Sites of Grace (which must be discovered again), Great Runes, and any keys or key items that might allow you to skip ahead and break progression. Doors opened by Stonesword Keys are also reset and closed again.

At that point, you’re set free in the world again to conquer The Lands Between once again. Same game… but different. But still same.

Elden Ring New Game+: What carries over into Journey 2 and beyond

So you’ve beaten Elden Ring. You’ve mended the Elden Ring and began the new age as Elden Lord. Or maybe you got one of the many alternative endings. Either way, your first journey through The Lands Between has come to and end. So on what? New Game+ time!

Elden Ring Journey 2

As any Souls fan will tell you, multiple playthroughs are part of the core FromSoftware experience, and Elden Ring is no different. While this is typically referred to as New Game+, Elden Ring refers to these repeat playthroughs as a new “Journey.”

After beating the final boss in Elden Ring, you’ll be asked if you want to start Journey 2. This is basically new Game+.

You have the option to move ahead into Journey 2 and start from the beginning of the game again, or hold off and continue playing your current playthrough.

If you choose to wait and stay in your current game, you can acquire any Great Runes, weapons or armor you may have missed, defeat any leftover optional bosses, or complete any remaining quest chains. The only thing you can’t do is try for an alternative ending (this can only be done in a new Journey). If you choose to stay in your current Journey, you can visit the Roundtable Hold at any point to begin Journey 2 at any time.

Starting Journey 2: What carries over into New Game+

If you choose to begin Journey 2, you will start the game all over again on a higher difficulty; however, you have the added advantage of some items carrying over with you. When you begin Journey 2, the following will remain with you:

• Your Weapons

Basically, you’re taking your character and all the weapons and items they have and playing the game all over again on a higher difficulty. The only items you can’t bring with you are Great Runes, story-specific keys and items that unlock shortcuts, and Stonesword Keys. All of your Sites of Grace will also reset and will need to be rediscovered.

You’ll notice that enemies will be a bit more tougher in your subsequent playthroughs by they will drop more Runes since you’ll need more to level up. There are a total of seven playthroughs in Elden Ring, so Journey 7 will be your last run.

Seva Kaur Khalsa Lead Trainer

She is a Karam Kriya teacher and Consultant, Kundalini Yoga teacher, teacher trainer and Sat Nam Rasayan Healer. She began studying Yoga and Personal Growth at the age of 12 and returned several years later in London, where she was trained as a Kundalini Yoga instructor and Karam Kriya Consultant. She left her profession as a Creative advertising and in the last 14 years has been entirely dedicated to impart these teachings.

Sat Guru Kaur Khalsa Trainer

I am certificated by KRI in level 1 and 2 of Kundalini Yoga, and Lead Trainer. Enjoy travelling through South America (Mexico, where originally took my first level 1 with Sat Nam Kaur Foster in DF), London, Portugal, France and Spain.

Mantra Simran Kaur Trainer

Mary Baker, Mantra Simran Kaur, is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).  She also is a Level 2 KRI Certified Practitioner of Kundalini Yoga and Y12SR Leader.

Inderjot Kaur Trainer

Professional Trainer in the Academy, she loves both teaching and coordinating programs that offer an experience of well-being, both physically and spiritually. Frequently Asked Questions:

This course is fully online. 

Course schedule:

Aquarian Sadhana: 5:00 – 7:30 am PST 

Group Sessions with Trainers 8:30 am – 4:30 pm 

(breaks and lunch time included)

Small Group Meetings: 2 additional hours in between each class day

Sadhana will be offered and led by the different student groups everyday of the course.

Classes will begin every day at 8:30 am MST (New Mexico Time) and end around 4:30 pm MST (New Mexico Time). Click here to check the time in your city.

In between each daily session there will be about 2 hours of small group work-study time. Groups will be assigned according to time zones, to facilitate meeting.

Small group work is of great  importance during Level 2 modules. It is an integral part of  your development as a Kundalini Yoga Teacher. 

Level 2 is a transition from Level 1, where the Foundation is laid and you go from student to teacher to Level 3, which is a self-Realization journey where instructors are no longer present and the 1,000 day process is done with peer group support. So level 2 is this bridge of Transformation, where there are still Trainers but you are beginning to work in establishing the sense and meaning of Sanghat and how crucial it is in your learning process while you support each other.

Group meetings are not only a requirement for certification but they are there for a pedagogical and developmental reason.

Small groups will be assigned based on time zone or preference if you have any. As a small group you will be responsible to set up the best way to communicate in order to hold the following meetings. Some time will be alloted during the first day of the training to meet with your small group and set the basis for your communication.

Commitments:

• Meet 2 hours a day in between class sessions to watch, read, practice and reflect upon the Yogi Bhajan’s video or other given assignments.
• Participate in co-leading a group Aquarian Sadhana during the course.
• Meet at least 3 times during the 90 day self-study period after the course is completed.

Group guidelines and assignments will be provided throughout the course. 

In order to receive a completion letter for this Level 2 course you have to complete the following:

• 85% attendance to online classes
• 85% attendance to all small group gatherings, which include 2 hours in between each class and 3 meetings in the 90 day self-study period after the course is completed.
• 75% passing grade on final exam.
• 90 day meditation practice and 1 page reflection on the experience.
• Scholarship recipients must also submit proof of completion of their Seva project.

In conjunction with your Level One KRI Certification, this 300-hour/2-year certification program qualifies you for the Yoga Alliance 500-hr E-RTY certificate. It consists of five different, independent and unique 62-hour modules. Once you complete all five modules you can request your Level Two certificate from KRI here .

If you do not yet have a Level 1 KRI certificate you can still take the course.

You can apply one Level Two module before you complete the Level 1 course and still have it count towards your Level Two certificate.

If you take more than one Level Two module before completing your Level 1 program, you will not receive a letter of completion, and hence they will not “count” towards your eventual Level Two certification.

Through KRI’s scholarship fund, we are offering a number of application opportunities at 50% off the regular course price.

The intention is to help people around the world that need financial assistance to enroll in the program and continue their Teacher Training.

Applicants will be asked to propose and briefly describe a project they will then develop within their community as a way of sharing the teachings.

Some examples of this are:

• Teach 10 classes on a topic related to the course material
• Lead a workshop in your workplace on the benefits of meditation
• Write an article on the course topics to share with your community
• Do an in-depth research paper to share with KRI’s community of trainers, teachers and students

These are some ideas, but the possibilities are endless and aligned with your own creative flow.

Application process:

• Fill out the application here , by September 14 , 2023.
• Receive communication of scholarship grant, by September 18, 2023 and accept the application by registering in the course.
• Develop your project in the following 90 days (if the project requires more time, specify the end date)
• Complete written report to share with the Sangat how your project went

KRI is looking to share with the community your individual projects so you will be asked to document it and send it in.

Important facts:

• Scholarship amount is $447.50, you will be required to pay the remaining $447.50 before the course begins.
• Your service project should be documented so that we can share it with KRI community.
• If you do not complete your Seva project or pay for the course you will not be elegible for certification.

Player with level 345

Each level contains one Hidden Object Scene that has to be played repeatedly to uncover clues . Five Levels, plus an Adventure Scene , make up one Chapter and each Volume contains a different amount of levels. In order to level up the player has to gain a certain amount of flowers.

Level card [ ]

The level card shows a picture of the Hidden Object Scene in the middle with the level number in the center. Underneath the image there is the title of the level and then the clue(s) . While playing the Scene the player can gain up to five stars per level. When the fifth star is completed the level will be marked as mastered at the top of the level card. At the very bottom there is the Play button through which the player accesses the Scene .
