We booked our umrah with Makkah Tour for the Easter holidays. The trip was very well organised by Mehak and her colleagues. Everything went very smoothly alhamdullilah, and the company communicated very well with us. They were very reassuring when we were waiting for our visas. The transport service provided was very good as the cars were spacious with air conditioning. JazakAllah khair, and may Allah swt reward you guys for all your efforts.

Assalam Alyekum brothers and sisters. This company is not based in UK their based in Pakistan I've never seen such a scammer in my life if you are looking at company rating remember all you need is one email ID to leave positive feedback, don't become prey , they first talk to your very politely once you have pay that's it, they got you by your neck, first they will offer you a very attractive package once you agree and pay deposit, then they will rip you off by saying price are gone up make all kind of excuses, , they have ruined our Umrah me and my family suffer a lot, please be carefull with these scammer, go look for their office in Upper Tooting it's all fake, they actually work from Pakistan not UK. I have deal with so many guys Mr.Haider is the worst one Faisal Shaik he said he is the Manager Junaid and syeed, all these guys are con artist. Luckily I paid by card if I would have paid in to their AC then you can kiss your money good bye, they use different company ATOL certificate, which is illegal I have complain in few consumer agency.

Makkah Tour is Authorized Travel agency based in UK. ATOL Number 10416 for UK. Its operating in UK not in Pakistan No other countries travel agency can get ATOL license in UK.

Absolutely disgraceful!!! and disgusting!! service! By their agent FARHAN (direct line 02035000732) The company is also known as Makkah tours i gave a deposit for my terminally ill father's Umrah and they refused to refund deposit when he could not travel.Give deposit at your own peril! they do not tell you it's non refundable. Their worker FARHAN is an extremely rude mannered individual ,Accused me of lieing and refused to give refund of deposit. After phoning for days I got a response from his manager who agreed to give a credit note for a a future package. You have been warned and informed if you give this company a deposit and you can not travel say goodbye to your deposit. I will be contacting ABTA and trading standards and am considering taking legal action against this firm and I will keep you updated on my progress. Seriously which kind of Hajj Umrah company refuses to return deposit of a dieing man's Umrah. Absolutely disgusting and apalling behaviour. Be warned!!! once you mention you want a refund they do not pick up the phone.

according to your review there so many things which are totally not acceptable and you lied about the complete situation so the booking which you made with our company intially it was month of 18th of Oct where you paid the deposit £ 200 and traveling date was for your Umrah trip 30th Oct so unfortuntely you've not given the Passports on time so we could process your visa one of your Passport was missing as per your words and later we change your schedule for November and then again we were facing the same situation we did'nt received the Passports and we given you the credit note of your amount so you could use that in future and you accepted that but in the end you called in January we offered you the package as per your desire dates and each and everything regarding the services but the price which you've mentione that was not possible so till according to our company policy we deduct 50% of the deposit but still we've refunded your complete amount into your bank account details but now we are having such bad reviews against us which is totally unacceptable please be aware all of you from such people who write such kind of reviews where they already got there amount as well and still making mess up so they can have attention..
