The Olivia Rodrigo GUTS World Tour is on the way. The day after her show-stopping VMAs 2023 performance , the musician announced that she'll be hitting the road and heading out on an over 60-stop tour in support of her critically-acclaimed sophomore album — and you know we'll be seated for this one.
Olivia Rodrigo wrote most of Guts — which was released on September 8 — when she was 19 years old and it's a deeply personal (but extremely relatable) album that she was thrilled to share with her fans. “I made the bulk of this album during my 19th year on this earth, a year that, for me, was filled with lots of confusion, mistakes, awkwardness and good old-fashioned teen angst,” 20-year-old Rodrigo wrote before its release. “I cannot express how excited I am to embark on this new chapter of my life with you guys.” Below, find out everything you need to know about Olivia Rodrigo's 2024 GUTS World Tour.
When and where does the Olivia Rodrigo GUTS World Tour kickoff?
Instagram content.
This content can also be viewed on the site it originates from.
The tour begins in Palm Springs, California on February 23, 2024. Rodrigo will start in the United States, then travel to Canada and Europe for much of the spring and early summer before heading back to the United States in July. The tour officially wraps on August 17, 2024 in California with four final Los Angeles shows.
Who is joining Olivia Rodrigo on tour?
The GUTS World Tour has a packed slate of opening acts. The Breeders, PinkPantheress , Chappell Roan , and Remi Wolf will join Rodrigo on select dates across the tour.
Where can I get tickets, and how much do they cost?
According to a press release, fans are being asked to register before tickets go on sale as an effort to reduce bots and resales. You can register for your tickets on Ticketmaster here — American Express cardholders may be able to unlock early access.
While standard tickets retail between $49.50 and $199.50 plus taxes and fees, Rodrigo is also introducing Silver Star Tickets, a limited number of $20 tickets (plus taxes and fees) to “make it as easy and affordable as possible for her fans to make it out to her shows.” These must be purchased in pairs and seat locations will be revealed the day of the show. Silver Star Tickets will be available at a later, as-yet-undisclosed date.
What else do I need to know about the GUTS World Tour?
There's a charitable arm of the tour! Rodrigo is launching the Fund 4 Good, “a global initiative committed to building an equitable and just future for all women and girls through direct support of community-based non-profits that champion girls’ education, support reproductive rights and prevent gender-based violence.” A portion of proceeds from all ticket sales will go to support the fund.
What are the exact GUTS tour dates?
Two days after the official tour announcement, 18 additional dates were added to the list. (New dates are noted below with an asterisk.) The GUTS World Tour is making a total of 75 stops across the globe — which one will you catch?

Olivia Rodrigo will take her “Guts” on the road next year as she embarks on her second world tour.
The “Vampire” and “deja vu” singer revealed her touring plans in an Instagram post Wednesday morning. She said she is “soooo excited to announce the GUTS world tour!!!!”
Rodrigo, 20, will kick off her circuit next February with a show at the Acrisure Arena in Palm Springs before making her way to more U.S. stops, Canada and Europe. She will return to the United States next summer, with two shows at the Kia Forum in Inglewood slated for Aug. 13 and 14.
Review: Olivia Rodrigo spills her ‘Guts’ on a bubble-gum rock masterpiece
Olivia Rodrigo’s flair for melodrama has grown only more vivid since 2021 ‘Drivers License,’ as has her ability to craft a rock sound all her own.
Sept. 11, 2023
The Breeders, PinkPanthress, Chappell Roan and Remi Wolf will each join Rodrigo for various stops along the Guts tour.
Hours before Rodrigo’s official announcement, the Kia Forum teased the singer’s tour in an Instagram video . The clip features the venue’s signature arches, thousands of to-be-filled seats and a restroom mirror that reads, “bad idea right” — a nod to one of Rodrigo’s latest releases.
“tomORrow,” said the caption.
Olivia Rodrigo sets the record straight on Taylor Swift feud rumors: ‘I don’t have beef with anyone’
Olivia Rodrigo says she and Taylor Swift are not feuding. Rodrigo’s new album, ‘Guts,’ sparked a multitude of conspiracy theories.
Sept. 12, 2023
According to Live Nation , Rodrigo fans should register on Ticketmaster before tickets go on sale Sunday at 7 a.m. Pacific. Fans will be selected at random to receive a code for ticket sales on Sept. 20 and Sept. 21.
VIP packages — which include a general admission ticket to the pit, an exclusive VIP gift item and bar access — are also available . Live Nation also said that Rodrigo will sell a limited number of $20 “Silver Star Tickets” at a later date.
“Olivia is launching this program to make it as easy and affordable as possible for her fans to make it out to her shows. Silver Star Tickets must be purchased in pairs with a limit of 2 per purchase,” Live Nation said. “These seats will be located next to each other and the seat locations will be revealed the day of show when picked up at the venue box office.”
Silver Star Tickets will include “limited view seats, lower and upper-level seating, as well as floor seating.
How Olivia Rodrigo went from Disney princess to pop queen: ‘I’ve only ever seen myself as a songwriter’
A year ago, Olivia Rodrigo was a Disney actor with a knack for songwriting. Today, the 18-year-old has 2021’s top debut album and is nominated for 7 Grammys.
Dec. 10, 2021
September has been a big month so far for Rodrigo, who released her sophomore album on Friday. Times critic Mikael Wood said that in “Guts,” “Rodrigo intertwines her tales of social-professional disillusionment with stories of romantic betrayal.”
“Rodrigo’s emotional presence is so strong throughout ‘Guts’ ... that you never lose the sense of a specific young person navigating a trial of her own making,” he added.
On Tuesday, the “High School Musical: The Musical: The Series” star’s “Vampire” music video received the editing prize at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards. She also turned heads by channeling the video with a chaotic live performance .
Blood and ‘Guts’: Everything we know about Olivia Rodrigo’s sophomore album
Olivia Rodrigo has revealed the title and release date of her sophomore album, ‘Guts,’ as well as details about its lead single, ‘Vampire.’
June 26, 2023
Rodrigo solidified her place in the music scene in 2021 with her debut album “Sour.” The pop-rock album earned her the pop vocal album prize at the 2022 Grammy Awards.
“I’ve only ever seen myself as a songwriter,” she told The Times in 2021 . “I remember the first time an article said, ‘Olivia Rodrigo is the next big pop star’ — I was like, there are so many things that go along with ‘pop star’ that I never thought I’d be.”

Hey Olivia, you should do a concert in Boise ID. Me and my siblings would love to see you but all of your concerts are too far away. I'm going to be 16 in about a month and will be getting my license and Would love it if you did one around march or April. Also, I just want to say thank you, your music has helped me through my worst hear brake. When I get sad I just play trader and scream it in my room. Thank you.

Looking for the latest details on where to buy Olivia Rodrigo tickets for her ongoing tour? The first US leg is almost over, as the pop singer has been out celebrating her hit sophomore album, "Guts," for a few months now.
Olivia Rodrigo's Guts World Tour includes 77 shows played across North America and Europe throughout 2024. The "Good 4 U" singer's highly anticipated concert series kicked off in February and Rodrigo will take her final bow of the tour on August 17. The Guts World Tour comprises three legs: The first part will take the "Vampire" singer through North America, the second leg will bring her to Europe, and the third leg will see her return to additional cities in North America.
Tickets have been on sale for a while, and prices were regularly getting over $300 each in the run-up to Christmas. Thankfully, we have seen prices on reseller sites (originals have long gone) start to fall in many cities, especially in the US, where many are now priced under $200. Even the most expensive locations, like New York, Boston, Philadelphia, and California, have seen prices drop to around $400. If you've been thinking of heading for a European vacation, though, we've seen tickets for as low as $59 in Oslo or $70 in Paris.
If you want to buy tickets to the 2024 Guts World Tour, we've got you covered with links for every individual Olivia Rodrigo Guts World Tour tour date appearance below. Or you can browse through the available tickets left on StubHub and Vivid Seats at your leisure.
Olivia Rodrigo 2024 tour schedule
The Guts World Tour began in Palm Springs, CA, on February 23. The first North American leg includes 28 shows across 21 cities in the United States and Canada. The European leg starts on April 30, comprising 31 performances across 13 countries. The "Brutal" singer returns to North America on July 19 for the tour's final 18 shows across 13 cities.

How to buy tickets for Olivia Rodrigo's 2024 concert tour
Unfortunately, original tickets at Ticketmaster are long gone. When the presales went live on September 20 and 21, Olivia Rodrigo's Guts World Tour sold out quickly. Resales might come back at some point, but there are still plenty of tickets at other resellers if you missed out during the early access and presale events.
Tickets from third-party verified resale platforms such as StubHub and Vivid Seats are still available for the Guts World Tour. While Ticketmaster originally valued the tickets between $49-200, the lowest prices available on StubHub and Vivid Seats for North American tour dates range from $150 to around $500 (but they were close to a grand a few weeks ago), and the best seats are only going to go up in price the longer you leave it. Unless you fancy risking it and see if prices drop the night or morning before the concert.
A significant proportion of the available standard resale tickets cost over $200. With VIP Packages and premium offerings also factored in, the price for Olivia Rodrigo tickets increases significantly.
While tickets are now limited, Olivia Rodrigo will be offering special Silver Star tickets at an undisclosed later date. These limited tickets will only cost $20 plus taxes and fees, though it's unclear how many such tickets will be made available. Silver Star tickets will be limited to two tickets per purchase, and the seat location will not be revealed until picking tickets up from the box office on the same day as the concert.
How much are Olivia Rodrigo tickets?
Since no standard original tickets remain for the Guts World Tour, the price of attending the concert series varies by date, location, and demand for resale.
Major cities tend to have higher prices for Olivia Rodrigo tickets, with concert dates in San Francisco, New York City, and Boston being among the most costly locations with the cheapest seats starting closer to $400 (which is a few hundred less than a few months ago). In the past couple of weeks, the cheapest US tour date ticket prices have increased by about $50 to $150 increments. European dates are by far the cheapest, though, and could be a fun night out if you're thinking of heading out on vacation, too.
As with standard tickets, original VIP tickets for Olivia Rodrigo's 2024 tour have also been sold out on Ticketmaster. The premium package being offered for the Guts World Tour was the GA Pit Experience Package, which included priority access to the pit, VIP gifts and laminates, and early access to the venue. While prices for the VIP package also vary by demand on resale platforms, pit tickets generally cost around $1,000, depending on the date and location.
Who is opening for Olivia Rodrigo's tour?
Olivia Rodrigo will have four different opening acts at various points of her Guts World Tour. The openers include Chappell Roan, The Breeders, Remi Wolf, and PinkPantheress. Here are the dates when each opening act will be performing before Olivia Rodrigo:
- Chappell Roan : February 23-April 2
- The Breeders : April 5-9; August 13-17
- Remi Wolf : April 30-June 23 (full European leg)
- PinkPantheress : July 19-August 10
Will there be international tour dates?
The 2024 Guts World Tour includes an international leg in Europe with 31 dates across 13 countries. Among the international countries where Olivia Rodrigo will perform are Germany, Italy, France, England, and Spain. The European leg will last from April 30 until June 23.
Outside the United States, Rodrigo's North American leg also includes a few tour dates in Canada. The Guts World Tour will travel to Montreal and Toronto from March 26 until March 30, then head to Vancouver on August 9, 2024.
While there's never an absolute guarantee that an artist will perform certain songs at every performance, Olivia Rodrigo's Guts tour setlist so far (according to streams of the concert) includes almost all of her discography. Even though the tour is in support of her sophomore album Guts, fans can also expect to hear most of the tracklist from her debut album Sour as well, which includes hits like "Driver's License" and "Deja Vu."
Note: Certain services and regions prohibit the resale of tickets. Business Insider does not endorse or condone the illegal reselling of tickets, and entry into an event is at the venue's discretion.

Olivia Rodrigo Is ‘Grateful’ For Everyone Who Screamed With Her at MSG — Including David Byrne
By Larisha Paul
Larisha Paul
For four nights at Madison Square Garden, Olivia Rodrigo unlocked the inner pop-rock rage queen in her tens of thousands-deep audience. Those shows brought the first North American leg of the Guts world tour to a close as the singer and songwriter gets ready to head over to Europe for nearly two full months of performances. In a recent Instagram post, Rodrigo reflected on the milestone accomplishment with a carousel celebrating special guests who joined her both on the stage and in the audience.
“4 nights at madison square garden!!! whatta way to end this leg of the tour. immensely grateful for all the wonderful people who work so hard on making this show happen every night and thankful for everyone who has bought tickets and jumped and screamed and sang along with me,” Rodrigo wrote.

The European leg of the Guts tour begins on April 30 in Dublin, Ireland. But Rodrigo isn’t completely done with North America just yet. She’ll return in July for a second stateside stretch of shows, including stops in Philadelphia, Seattle, Vancouver, and more, before wrapping with four shows at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum.

About Olivia Rodrigo
After shattering records with her chart-topping, 4x Platinum debut album SOUR – the fastest album in history to have all of its songs certified RIAA Platinum or higher – Olivia Rodrigo makes a monumental return with her new album GUTS , revealing newly heightened sophistication as a vocalist and lyricist. Produced by and co-written with Daniel Nigro (her main creative partner on SOUR ), each song intensifies the emotional honesty that’s always imbued her storytelling. Rodrigo expands her expressive palette, uncovering entirely new dimensions of her artistry, as exemplified by lead single “vampire.”
Hailed by Pitchfork as the “Best New Track” upon release, “vampire”debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, set the Spotify record for the biggest debut for a solo song in 2023, and ultimately shot to No. 1 at Top 40 Radio. Most recently, “vampire” reached the No. 1 spot on the UK Official Singles Chart — a turn of events that made Rodrigo the female artist with the most No. 1 singles in the UK this decade. “vampire” amassed over 100 million combined streams in its first week and charted at No. 1 in Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. The 20-year-old is the youngest artist in Hot 100 history to debut three hits at No. 1.
Named the #1 Album of 2021 by Rolling Stone and hailed as one of the Best Albums of 2021 by The New York Times , among others, SOUR is now 4x Platinum in the U.S. and has sold over 17.9 million global album adjusted units with over 42 billion streams worldwide. Each of the album’s 11 tracks landed in the top 30 of Billboard’s Hot 100, making Rodrigo the first female artist to simultaneously chart 11 or more songs in the top 30.
She received seven GRAMMY® Award nominations—including nods in each of the Big Four categories—and took home awards for Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Pop Solo Performance at the 64th GRAMMY® Awards. Rodrigo was named New Artist of the Year at the American Music Awards, Woman of the Year at Billboard’s 2022 Women in Music Awards and Songwriter of the Year at both the ASCAP Pop Music Awards and Variety Hitmakers.

Can Olivia Rodrigo Hook Up Fans With $20 Tickets Without Scalpers Getting In the Way?
Her initial concert announcement revealed that Rodrigo is offering some tickets at just $20 plus taxes and fees as part of the new Silver Star program. These limited tickets will be made available at a later date, and are required to be purchased in pairs, with a two-ticket maximum per purchase. Fans won’t know where these seats are until they pick up the tickets at the box office the day of the show.
Proceeds from each ticket for the Guts World Tour will also go to her new Fund 4 Good initiate, which will support community non-profits that work toward girls’ education, reproductive rights and prevent gender-based violence.

Just a Few of the Biggest Concert Tours of 2024, from Olivia Rodrigo to Bad Bunny
Posted: April 26, 2024 | Last updated: April 26, 2024
Listening to your favorite musician at home is fun, but there's nothing quite like the experience of singing along with them, and tons of more fans, live. And as luck would have it, 2024 is shaping up to be a massive year for some of the world's top musical acts, so chances are your favorite performer might be stopping at a city near you soon.
Ahead, we rounded up some of the biggest concert tours of 2024, ranging from Taylor Swift's mega-popular Eras Tour to Drake and J. Cole's exciting It's All A Blur Tour - Big as the What?—set to kick off this winter. You can also expect tour dates from classic icons like Stevie Nicks, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen, and more.
1) Taylor Swift
Undoubtedly one of the biggest concert tours ever, Taylor Swift's Eras Tour will continue right through 2024. The international leg of the tour kicked off in Japan, where she played four shows in Tokyo. She'll also stop in Melbourne, Singapore, Paris, Madrid, London, Milan, and more before returning to the States to play in the fall.
There's nothing like seeing T. Swift IRL, but don't fret if you're unable to nab tickets—the Eras Tour movie is now available to stream from the comfort of your home.
2) Olivia Rodrigo
This is not a drill—"Drivers License" singer Olivia Rodrigo will be hitting the road on tour starting at the end of February. The Guts World Tour runs from February through mid-August and has dates in Nashville, Toronto, Chicago, and New York City, among others. Even cooler? Rodrigo will have a stacked list of special guests—like PinkPantheress, Remi Wolf, The Breeders, and Chappell Roan—with her.
3) Red Hot Chili Peppers
Did you hear the good news? The Red Hot Chili Peppers have extended their global tour through summer 2024. The buzzy stadium tour, which kicked off in June 2022, will now run until July 2024 and bring the California-based band to places like Los Angeles, Tampa, Toronto, and Salt Lake City.
4) Bad Bunny
It's fitting that "Monaco" rapper Bad Bunny titled his tour Most Wanted —it's slated to be one of the year's hottest tours. Planned to help promote his latest studio album, Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Mañana , Most Wanted will kick off in Salt Lake City on February 21 and run through May 26.
5) Billy Joel
If you haven't yet seen Billy Joel perform live, there's still time! The Piano Man has added more tour dates to his schedule, stopping in cities like Tampa, New York, Denver, and St. Louis this year. Even more exciting? He'll share the stage with fellow iconic performers Sting and Stevie Nicks for some of these dates.
Mitski recently announced that she's expanding her North American tour dates , and we couldn't be more excited. The months-long tour, which supports her 2023 studio album The Land Is Inhospitable and So Are We, has a long list of stops, including Miami Beach, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, and Paris.
There's nothing quite like a Madonna concert, that's for sure. The singer's Celebration Tour , which started last October, continues straight through the spring with dates in Seattle, San Francisco, Mexico City, and more. Besides her eye-catching sets, chart-topping songs, and impressive choreography, concertgoers also get a glimpse of the performer's fantastic costumes, which include looks from Versace and Jean Paul Gaultier.
8) Bleachers
The New Jersey-founded rock band, which is fronted by Jack Antonoff—known for producing albums for top acts like Taylor Swift, Lorde, and Lana Del Rey—not only has announced a new album but a new tour , too. The tour will start in the UK in March, ending fittingly in the band's home state of New Jersey in mid-June. Check out their newly released music video for "Tiny Moves" if you need a Bleachers fix in the meantime.
9) Nicki Minaj
Nicki fans rejoice: the rapper and singer might be coming to a city near you soon as part of her Pink Friday 2 World Tour. The massive tour will include performances in Brooklyn, Oakland, and Baltimore, with stops at Dreamville Festival and Rolling Loud California along the way.
10) Blink 182
Live out all of your nineties and early aughts pop-punk dreams with one of Blink 182's One More Time Tour dates. The tour, which supports the band's ninth studio album, One More Time..., will bring the trio to cities all over the globe, including Sydney, Santiago, Portland, and Boston. The tour's supporting act is Pierce the Veil, which is also worth checking out.
11) Stevie Nicks
The oh-so-magical Stevie Nicks continues her touring streak with a bunch of 2024 concert dates . Set to begin in Atlantic City, NJ on February 10, Nicks will visit a dozen cities throughout the U.S. this year, such as New Orleans, Omaha, and Chicago. "Let's keep this party going in 2024," the singer-songwriter posted on her Instagram in September to announce the newly added tour dates.
12) The 1975
The 1975 is showing no signs of slowing down. The British band, famous for hits like "Somebody Else" and "Robbers," has extended their 2023 tour through 2024. Titled Still...At Their Very Best , the 22-date tour will open in Glasgow on February 8 and conclude in Amsterdam on March 24.
13) Drake and J. Cole
Rap greats Drake and J. Cole come together for the It's All a Blur Tour – Big As the What? which is guaranteed to be a good time. Drake, fresh off his 2023 It's All a Blur tour with 21 Savage, is set to hit dozens of cities starting in February, many of which J. Cole will also be in tow for. Scoop up tickets ASAP, as Drake's shows are known to sell out.
14) Janet Jackson
Superstar Janet Jackson is also extending her 2023 tour, Together Again , into 2024 with dates in Anaheim, Austin, New Orleans, and Hartford. Even cooler? Jackson's supporting act is the 2000s southern rap legend Nelly.
15) Rolling Stones
If you've ever dreamed of seeing the Rolling Stones perform live in person, now's your chance. The iconic rockers, who released their studio album Hackney Diamonds this past fall, are returning on the road for a 16-date tour with shows throughout the United States and Canada. Concertgoers can expect a mix of new tunes and Stones classics.
16) Bruce Springsteen
Famous for countless listenable hits like "Born to Run" and "Glory Days," Bruce Springsteen is set to embark on a massive world tour this year with his band, The E Street Band. The much-anticipated tour will take the Boss and his crew to cities such as Phoenix, San Diego, Dublin, and Madrid, from March through November.
17) John Mayer
Be sure to catch John Mayer's solo tour this year, which will bring the guitarist and crooner to cities throughout Europe. This leg, an extension of his popular 2023 solo tour, will kick off in Stockholm on March 13 and finish in Dublin on March 29.
18) Shania Twain
Okay, this one is technically a residency , but we're excited nonetheless. Shania Twain, most known for her incredible outfits (her hooded leopard print look, anyone?) and hits like "Man! I Feel Like a Woman!" is setting up shop in Vegas starting May 10. Twain's residency will take place at the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood on and off throughout December 2024.
All good things must come to an end. The Eagles, known for "Hotel California" and other amazing rock songs, began their final concert tour this winter. It launched in Phoenix on January 20, with March 16 as its last date in the United States. Eagles fans won't want to miss this one.
20) Alanis Morisette: The Triple Moon Tour
Alanis Morisette joins forces with Joan Jett and the Blackhearts for their 2024 Triple Moon Tour , which has dates in North America and Canada. This tour is a great one to catch this summer, as it's slated to run from June through August.

Is olivia rodrigo about to announce a new zealand show an investigation.
- Share Story
The ‘Vampire’ singer has never visited our part of the world, but that might all be about to change. We assess the evidence.
Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts World Tour is pulling in massive crowds as it whips around the US and Europe, even helping to catapult regular supporting act Chappell Roan to abrupt stardom. But so far, there has been no suggestion the Grammy Award winner will ever make it to New Zealand.
That may all be about to change. The Spinoff has received information (seen a TikTok, then done some Googling) that the ‘Driver’s License’ singer could finally be winging her way to the Southern Hemisphere. If true, New Zealand audiences would be able to see the concert that has been clogging up many a TikTok feed since February.
An appearance by Rodrigo on our shores would undoubtedly be one of the hottest tickets of the year. Sza recently sold out three Spark Arena shows, while Coldplay and Pink have taken over Eden Park. The Taylor Swift phenomenon injected millions into the Australian economy, while draining hundreds from fans’ (including mine) bank accounts, when her Eras Tour landed in Melbourne and Sydney two months ago.
Back to Sza, days before Live Nation announced her tour, an article appeared in print by the NZ Herald announcing the tour. The article wasn’t published online (strange and unusual) and at the time, there was no evidence of a Sza visit to NZ. Was it a case of accidentally breaking an embargo? Probably. But then a tour was announced shortly after. Perhaps it was a deliberate leak to stir up attention. Maybe this little investigation is just repeating the cycle.
But why do we believe Rodrigo is about to drop New Zealand dates? Let’s assess what we know.
The evidence
This TikTok video . A TikTok user shows what happened when they Googled “Olivia Rodrigo NZ”. It brings up a link to Live Nation’s New Zealand website advertising a Guts World Tour date for October 19 at Spark Arena. “Was this always here or am I tripping?” asks the TikTok user. I firmly believe they are not tripping.
The Live Nation website. When I Googled the same, I did not see a date displayed. However, the link was still the top result. It now takes you to a 404 error page. But if you look in the URL, it contains the crucial information: “auckland/2024-10-19”.How do Americans, of which Rodrigo is one, write their dates? With the month first, then the date. October 19, 2024.
There is a waitlist. At 7am, the top result on Google was still a page for the Guts World Tour. Now, it’s a Live Nation waitlist asking: “Do you want to be the first to know when Olivia Rodrigo is touring New Zealand?” Waitlists can be just a way to farm email addresses. But it could also be a sign that something is coming.
The tour name. The tour is called the Guts “World Tour”. The world, famously, includes New Zealand (even if many maps do not acknowledge this “fact” ).
WAIT WHAT IS THIS TIKTOK SHOWING ME THAT OLIVIA RODRIGO IS COMING TO NZ????? — j (@gameovermydude) April 22, 2024
Rodrigo promised she’d come to Australia this year. Rodrigo was set to visit Australia for a promotional visit last year. That was cancelled, but fans of the singer were told that she’d be heading down “in 2024” . It is now “2024” and Australia is very close to New Zealand.
Rodrigo really loves Glassons. In 2021, Stuff reported that Rodrigo had been snapped wearing a corset from Glassons. The New Zealand brand has begun to extend itself into other markets, including the US, catching the singer’s attention. If Rodrigo visits New Zealand this year, she could pop out to Westfield St Luke’s (walking distance from Eden Park) and visit a Glassons store.
Taylor Swift’s album dropped last week. There are rumours that Rodrigo and Swift are in some sort of celebrity feud. What better way to take attention away from the world’s biggest pop star than to announce your own concerts in New Zealand? Then there is the connection between one of Rodrigo’s biggest hits ‘Get Him Back’ and Swift’s new B-side ‘I’mgonnagetyouback’. Perhaps Rodrigo wants to Get Her Back by touring in a country that was snubbed by Swift?
The Guts “World Tour” is currently set to end in August. August is two months before October, meaning there’s a big wide gap in her schedule that coincides with the rumoured dates. That would give the singer time to relax, recover and then pop down under. It is well-established that pop stars like about two months in between tour legs.
What do the tour promoters say?
The Spinoff asked Live Nation for comment earlier this morning. We haven’t yet heard back. That in itself is suspicious. If this wasn’t true, would they not instantly dismiss it in order to prevent us from publishing our dossier of evidence (see: above)? Or have we fallen into their free publicity trap as obvious as Taylor Swift on an e-scooter ?

There’s no time like the present, Swifties.
On April 19, Taylor Swift dropped her 11th studio album “The Tortured Poet’s Department.” As expected, the 34-year-old singer-songwriter became the internet’s main character.
Some raved about the sprawling, ambitious double album; others criticized the record for its length, subject matter and lyrics.
All we know is that in the seven days that have passed, ticket prices to see Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ live have plummeted for most of her concerts in Europe.
Based on our findings, most shows have seats available that are significantly cheaper than they cost just a week ago.
In fact, some tickets are over $1,000 less than they were on April 19 already.
While it’s not the case for her U.S. and Canada gigs — where prices have mostly stayed flat or slowly risen — we’d argue it might be in your best interest to book tickets to an overseas ‘Eras Tour’ concert given this cooldown.
Want to find out how much tickets cost for ‘Eras Tour’ concerts versus what they were going for on April 19?
We’ve got everything you need to know and more about Taylor Swift’s 2024 tour below.
All prices listed above are subject to fluctuation.
Taylor Swift 2024 tickets
A complete calendar including all upcoming tour dates, venues, and the best ticket prices for all concerts versus what they cost on April 19 can be found here.
*The lower ticket price is in bold.
(Note: The New York Post confirmed all above prices at the publication time. All prices are in US dollars, subject to fluctuation and include additional fees at checkout .)
Vivid Seats is a verified secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.
They offer a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and your tickets will be delivered prior to the event.
Taylor Swift set list
While Swift is known for dropping a surprise song or two into her shows, the tracks stay surprisingly consistent for most gigs (although that will likely change in the wake of “TTPD’s” release).
In any event, here’s what Tay Tay played at her final live show of 2023 in Brazil, according to Set List FM :

Taylor Swift ‘Eras Tour’ news
Our team has been following the ‘Eras Tour’ closely over the past year.
Over the past few months, we spoke to a Swiftie who shared some helpful tips about seeing Taylor live and came up with a list of all the most exciting fan trends .
Taylor Swift new music
As noted above, Swift’s “The Tortured Poets Department” was released at midnight (and subsequently at 2 a.m.) on Friday, April 19.
While every listener will likely come away with their own favorites, we particularly enjoyed the sleek, synth-y “Fortnight,” icy “So Long, London,” anthemic “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” bombastic slow build of “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” and gorgeously arranged “Chloe or Sam or Sophia or Marcus.”
If you want to give it a spin — if you haven’t already, that is — you can find “The Tortured Poets Department” here .
Taylor Swift opening acts
Taylor only has two opening acts lined up for the ‘Eras Tour’ this year.
Here’s what you need to know about her well-established special guests.
Paramore will play alongside Swift after mounting a massive 2023 tour of their own. The group, fronted by lead singer Hayley Williams, reunited in 2022 after a five-year hiatus. For fans that want to check out their latest, you can listen to “This Is Why,” their sixth studio album, which dropped in February 2023.
Gracie Abrams , the daughter of film director JJ Abrams and producer Katie McGrath, is a star in her own right. Her song “I miss you, I’m sorry” has upwards of 100 million streams on Spotify, she opened for Olivia Rodrigo on the 2022 “Sour Tour” and headlined her own tour last spring as well.
Huge stars on tour in 2024
Although it will cost an arm and a leg (sometimes more!) to see Swift live this year, there are much more affordable concerts you can attend this year.
Here are just five of our favorite artists you won’t want to miss live.
• Olivia Rodrigo
• Kacey Musgraves
• Pink
• Chappell Roan
• Alanis Morissette
