FAULTY PRODUCTS

Should your product develop a fault within the warranty period we will either repair, replace with the same product, an alternative to the same value or offer credit against any other product in stock on our website – we offer a Free Exchange Service via DPD and will collect the faulty product and deliver the replacement at the same time.

Products that become faulty within the first 30 days may be refunded in full once inspected and will be collected at our expense via DPD.

Double zipped with carry handles so you can transport your Powakaddy easily and securely. Will accept all new and older FW series trolleys but also will bag the trolley WITH the wide or winter wheels on the trolley too, so theres more spece. The trolley fits snuggly in and the double zips will keep your personal areas tidy and clean.

Specially designed for the FX3, FX5, FX7 trolleys and will accept the older FW3, FW5, FW7 and standard wheel Freeway range but also accommodates, the Freeway II and also the new Sport Trolley. Exceptional item to transport your Powakaddy and keep the grass and mud away from your boot and also protect your trolley.

You can buy items online via a secure credit card ordering system. We accept PAYPAL, VISA, MASTER CARD, SWITCH, DELTA cards where you are transferred to a secure encrypted 100% secure section of the site (see security). Please complete the details as requested. When fully completed, click on "Submit Order Now" button. You will receive an automated e-mail response confirming that your order has been processed. At the same time, we will receive notification of your order.

Your credit card is processed by Sagepay/Opayo instantly, which will trigger the items picked and packed ready to ship. We delete all electronic records of your credit card number and personal details. We keep a copy of the invoice and the credit card receipt Online Fraud Due to increasing attempts at fraud with online orders, especially from outside the UK, Golfworx Ltd reserves the right to decline any order that we deem not to be genuine. If this is the case an alternative method of payment can be discussed... We also do not send out credit card receipts with your invoice, as this holds your part of your credit card number. Payment will be taken as soon as the card is accepted. If you get a notification for any reason the card has been un successful then no payment will be taken from your card and we will be in touch to help you. If payment is by cheque, or pending 'e' cheque via paypal - the goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Paypal payments will be directed to the paypal site where you can then pay for your goods. We are official flighscope custom fitters - Golfworx will use their current fitting bay and will carry a Kudu Flightscope radar launch monitor at Boldon Golf Club that will assure that every golfer gets the best specification of club. We call it 'FITTING WORX'. and will cost £40 per fitting - refunded on the club order (excluding sale irons/woods or promotional reduced to clear). This will ensure the golfer attains flex, bend profile and weight of shaft are correct, inturn ensuring the desired performance is achieved. Golf club analysis is a science and this evolution is now at it's most technical and accurate. The carry bag is sturdy & well made. However one downside is that it is difficult to zip up with my brolly holder attached.. As it is too troublesome to take the attachment off regularly I suspect I will not be using the PowaKaddy carry bag on a regular basis.

Outer bag is very substantial. Much better than copy equivalent I purchased a few years ago. Zip is heavy duty and material is more robust than the competition. The outer bag is a great fit for my new CT 6 trolley which is more compact and takes up less room in boot.

My new Powakaddy CT6 fit easily into the bag ,it’s very compact and plenty of room inside. The only downside is the position of the carry handle I feel that it’s upside down so that the weight of your trolley is pressing against the zip. I’m a bit worried when I first pick it up in case the zip burst and my trolley falls out. Apart from that a fantastic product lightweight and durable.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse (as set out in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered. The manufacturer's warranty cover is available through the authorised PowaKaddy service centres within the UK and Ireland only. Customers outside the UK and Ireland will need to return their product back to the UK for repairs and services. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.

If PowaKaddy diagnose that you require a spare part, they will send it to you by first class post. Failing which PowaKaddy will collect, repair (if possible) and return the faulty product (or its replacement) at their cost (in the case of a faulty trolley, this must be in its original packaging). If the fault is not covered by these warranty conditions, you will be liable for the courier and admin charges, plus the cost of parts and labour. A repair will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the trolley cannot be fixed, a replacement will be given. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase. Riding the Metro with Lena was a real adventure and a lot of fun. In Saint Petersburg we found Anna well versed in the history of the Tsars and in the Hermitage collection. Arkady in Veliky Novgorod was a very good guide and answered all of our questions with ease. Novgorod was perhaps a long way to go for a day trip, but we did enjoy it. Vasily was a great driver to have and kept us safe with good humour and skill. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my daughter says she is already planning to return. We would both have no hesistation to recommend ExpresstoRussia to anyone we know.

Just wanted to let you know that My grandson Bruno and I couldn´t have been more pleased with our week in Moscow (6/15 - 6/21). We were absolutely enchanted with the whole experience, including getting lost a couple of times in the Metro during our free time. Although both our guides (both Eleanas) were excellent, I would particularly commend the first one (she took us to the Tatiakov, the KGB tour, and to that beautiful cemetery where so many great Russian artists, authors, composers, musicians, militarists, and politicians are buried). Her knowledge is encyclopedic; and her understanding of today´s Russia as a product of its past was, for us, truly enlightening. I will be taking another tour in Russia, with my wife, within the next two or three years. I will be in touch with you when the time comes. Do they speak English in Moscow?

As Russia’s capital city, tourists are well accommodated in Moscow. There should be English-speaking staff in restaurants, bars, hotels, shops and attractions in tourist hotspots, and there are also English-speaking tourist police. Transport services have English translations on their maps and English announcements via intercom; alternatively, order taxis from the Yandex Taxi app (Russian Uber), though it’s unlikely that your taxi driver will speak English. If you get stuck and cannot communicate, it’s fine to use Google Translate.

Is it safe to travel to Moscow?

It is no less safe to travel to Moscow than to any European city if you exercise common sense and look after your belongings. As with every city some regions can be more unsavoury than others, but no tourist attractions are located there. The traffic in Moscow is notorious, so exercise caution when crossing roads. Do not take unlicensed taxis; book in advance or take public transport, which is widespread and perfectly safe. If you encounter any problems, look for the special tourist police who can help you.
