How to get tickets for Rob Beckett’s Giraffe tour, including presale and dates
The comedian is embarking on his biggest tour to date
Rob Beckett is a real success story. With two hard working parents, he fought his way up the comedy food chain from the bottom to the top, and is now one of the most recognisable faces on telly. And now, after a few years off touring, Rob is back out on the road – or ‘smashing the life out of the M25, M1, M5 and any other road that’s in my way,’ as he puts it.
His new show ‘Giraffe’ will be Beckett’s longer tour yet and is almost certainly coming to a city/town/community theatre near you. Here’s everything you could possibly need to know about getting tickets for it.
When is Rob Beckett going on a UK stand up tour?
For the next three years, almost. Beckett will hit 60 different locations across 2024, 25, and 26. The tour will begin in November of this year, and come to a close in February of 2026. Grab your tickets, and hope that your friend doesn’t end up planning their wedding for the same date in a year or two’s time.
When do tickets go on sale for his Giraffe tour?
Tickets will go on sale tomorrow, Friday Feb 23 at 11am on Ticketmaster . Make sure you have a Ticketmaster account signed in a few minutes beforehand for the best chance of getting the seats you want.
What’s the deal with presale?
There’s no easy way to say this – you missed it. Presale was available to fans who registered their emails on Beckett’s website when the show was announced, and it began on Wednesday (Feb 21). No use crying over missed presale opportunities, just make sure you’ve got your eyes on the prize tomorrow morning.
How much do tickets cost?
Prices will vary between locations sadly, but they look to be starting at around £32.50, so that’s probably about what to expect in general. Better seats at bigger venues will always be more, but you know that already.
Can I go VIP?
Sure! You can pick up official VIP and hospitality tickets through Seat Unique . Find out more here .
What are the UK dates and venues for Rob Beckett’s Giraffe tour?
A common complaint of those touring Britain is that they call London, Manchester, and maybe Glasgow (if you’re lucky) a UK tour. Rob seems to have taken the term a lot more seriously, and is going to just about every town you could possibly think of.
Here’s the full list of dates and venues.

What’s been said about the tour so far?
Not much is known at the minute, probably due to the tour not starting for quite a few months. All there is to go on is the description on the comedian's website, which explains his objectives clearly. ‘Expectations on me: put on 3 stone from takeaways and post-show drinking… Expectations of you: leave the gig happier than when you arrived.’
Simple as that.

Rob Beckett has announced that he will embark on a huge new stand-up tour across the UK, running from 2024 to early 2026.
The comedian, 38, will begin his new show, Giraffe, in Chatham, Kent, in November and perform over 59 dates, ending in a recorded two-night special at the West End's London Palladium.
This marks his first stand-up tour since 2018's Wallop, which is available to watch on Apple TV+.
The popular comic initially gained recognition as a panellist and team captain on 8 Out Of 10 Cats.
He has also hosted the podcast Parenting Hell with fellow comedian Josh Widdicombe, which they initially began following the onset of the pandemic in 2020.

Parenting Hell The Book
Rob Beckett & Josh Widdicombe, hosts of the No.1 smash hit podcast Parenting Hell, have signed a publishing deal.
Focusing on the madness, absurdity and utter chaos of being a parent, the Parenting Hell book will publish in October 2022 in hardback, ebook and audiobook, and will feature some special guests.
With a massive 55 million downloads to date, it’s one of the biggest podcasts in the UK with 3.5 million downloads per month.
The book Parenting Hell sees Josh and Rob share the challenges and madness of their parenting journeys with lashings of empathy and extra helpings of laughs. Filled with all the things they never tell you at antenatal classes, it’s a charming mixture of humour, rumination and conversation and is aimed at prospective parents, new parents, old parents and never-to-be parents alike.
Rob says; “ For all those people out there with hot tired ears. It’s time to give your eyes a run out. There’s loads of new stories about our kids and failures at life. Plus you will hear from my parents and Lou. Mainly to take the pressure off me with the word count. It’s a family affair.”
Josh says “Now we have been given a book deal it is probably the time for me to admit to myself that complaining for an hour a week to Rob about my life has become the most successful thing I have done in 14 years in comedy. I can only imagine how much people will love it now they can read our moaning in book form rather than having to hear it coming from our annoying accents”
Parenting Hell Live
Rob Beckett and Josh Widdicombe will be bringing their hit podcast to The AO Arena in Manchester on Friday, 14 April 2023 and The O2 in London on Friday, 21 April 2023. With nearly 50 million downloads, the chart topping podcast has seen them discuss the highs and lows of parenting (and life).
A Class Act
Rob Beckett never seems to fit in. At work, in the middle-class world of television and comedy, he’s the cockney geezer but to his mates down the pub in south-east London, he’s the theatrical one, a media luvvy. Even his wife and kids are posher than him.
In this hilarious exploration of class, Rob tries to understand the life he lived growing up as a working-class kid in comparison to the life he lives now. Will he ever favour a craft beer over strong lager? When did it become normal for kids to eat sushi? Is he still working class? Why does he feel so embarrassed about success? And, will it ever be acceptable to serve pie mash on a wooden board?
Tackling the questions big and small , A Class Act is a funny, candid, often moving account of what it feels like to be an outsider and why actually that’s the best (slightly awkward) place to be.
Rob Beckett says: ‘I am so excited to announce that I have written a book. I have actually written it myself with no ghost writer, just me! I never thought it would be possible but I have done it. My incredibly well educated and beautiful wife (the beautiful part is true but mainly included for brownie points) has said and I directly quote from her “It’s actually a really good book. I thought it was going to be terrible and I would have to lie to you about it but it’s actually great”. I’m claiming that as the best review I will ever receive. I have been in lockdown for over a year with Lou and she pretty much hates me and everything I stand for. So the fact she thinks this book is great speaks volumes. Please buy it immediately as it’s taken me fucking ages.’

Rob beckett announces big new tour called giraffe.
Bobby Beckles, alias Rob Beckett, is going back on tour.
Star of the chart-topping podcast Parenting Hell, Sky’s Rob And Romesh Vs and Celebs Go Dating, Rob will be taking his new show Giraffe from Bromley to Brisbane, ensuring his audiences laugh and forget about their problems for a couple of hours.
Rob said: ‘This is gonna be a big old tour. It’ll be tough being away from the family for a while. Don’t get me wrong I love my children/podcast content providers but I do also enjoy a lie in and a hotel buffet breakfast. So I’m sure I’ll cope. I expect to put on about 3 stone from takeaways and drinking after the shows’
Beckett burst onto the comedy circuit 15 years ago and hasn’t looked back since. He’s a Sunday Times Bestselling author and hosts his very own BBC Radio 2 Show. As well as Sky’s Rob And Romesh Vs, which he does with fellow comedian and best mate Romesh Ranganathan, the pair have also co-hosted The Royal Variety Performance - the first time two comedians had hosted the event together in over 30 years - and The BAFTA TV Awards 2023. Rob’s very own Sky show Rob Beckett’s Smart TV will air from February.
Rob can also be heard alongside Josh Widdicombe hosting their highly successful podcast Parenting Hell, interviewing fellow parents on their successes (or most likely failures) at parenting. With over 250 million downloads, guests have included: George Foreman, Katherine Ryan, Jonathan Ross, Jack Dee and many more. In 2023, the podcast hit the road on the Parenting Hell Live arena tour, playing to sold out arenas up and down the nation. The pair even co-wrote the Sunday Times Bestselling book Parenting Hell, a first-hand account of the challenges and chaos of their parenting journeys.
This wasn’t the first Sunday Times Bestselling book for Rob. 2021 saw him pen A Class Act, which is his autobiographical account of being working class in the middle-class world of television and comedy. At work he’s the Cockney geezer, but to his mates down the pub in south-east London, he’s the theatrical one – a veritable media luvvy.
This year also sees Rob host his brand new Sky panel show Rob Beckett’s Smart TV, starting on Sky on February 29. Smart TV is a hilarious celebration of the shows we love. Each week big name actors, comics, presenters and personalities join Rob, Alison Hammond and Josh Widdicombe to battle it out in a series of chaotic, trivia-infused rounds to discover who knows the most about TV.
Rob’s relatable and honest approach to comedy has also seen him host Children in Need and Comic Relief. Other TV shows include multiple appearances on BBC One’s Live At The Apollo, Would I Lie To You?, The Graham Norton Show, All Round Mrs Brown’s, Michael McIntyre’s Big Show, QI, Sky One’s A League of Their Own, Channel 4’s 8 Out of 10 Cats and Cats Does Countdown, The Jonathan Ross Show, ITV Two’s Celebrity Juice, and Dave’s Taskmaster, and Hypothetical.
Rob Beckett's Giraffe tour starts on November 19, 2024 at Chatham's Central Theatre and currently finishes at the London Palladium on February 14, 2026. Full dates here.
