Purchased this pillow for my husband. He likes it but says it doesnt really stay cool for him and he says it could be a tad bit softer. Its definitely firm as advertised. That being said, hes used it every night since it arrived. Im going to say this is another great find from Wayfair!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you do not have one you need to get one of these U neck pillows. These work wonders when you have neck pains. I have had back surgery and they went in through my neck so this comes in handy when my neck is hurting after work or when I am traveling. Serta out done themselves. It is memory foam and it cools you as well which is nice when in neck pain. It's a must have for me now. My wife wants me to get her one as well. I use this daily. It comes in handy. It is very comfortable and soft on my neck.
