Had a great 14 day trip to Ireland and Scottland. Stephanie did a phenomenal job and had good communication with the entire planning process. One of The B&Bs they booked us in was definitely the best placed we have ever stayed. We had 2 issues during the trip and the by your side 24/7 services worked as intended. Looking back I would have changed a few things but they were so minor I wouldn't count them as a negative Definitely will use them for another trip to Europe.

Maggie and Natasha consistently dropped the ball on planning our Scotland tour. With COVID, we worked with them on and off for 4 years planning this trip. I don't know if they forgot about us but it seemed they scheduled things last minute and they did not take our overall experience into consideration. For example, with only 4 full days in Scotland, we spent 3 of them in the car. Our driver was not an expert guide as promised but rather a driver that took us from point A to point B with no guidance or commentary at all. I will never use Tenon Tours again as I can easily plan a much better trip without the cost.

Our team has had a chance to review your feedback internally, and we will use it to improve guest experiences in the future. We understand you had a moment to speak with Maggie over the phone this morning. We do hope that was a helpful call. I do know there was a discrepancy with your Castle stay—when we received that information during booking, we did not catch that the incorrect dates were listed. This is a big oversight on our part. While we were able to arrange 50% off your dinner on June 29, we know that doesn't make up for the extra time you spent in the car. Thank you for the feedback on your driver-guide experience as well. This is not what we would have wanted for our travelers. Again, we use comments like these to better our future bookings. Ultimately, we hope your time in Scotland was enjoyable. A small group of us booked a St Patrick's Tour with Tenon. The communication prior to the tour was excellent, with multiple communications being sent out beforehand. Once on the tour, we were pleased with the quality of the hotels and the transportation between towns. It was helpful to have each of our hotels in the inner circle of each city where we could walk only a short distance to activities, sight-seeing, pubs, and restaurants. We always felt safe, even at night. We did have a "hiccup", which is common for group tours. Sometimes a voucher can be left out, etc, so check all your documents prior to leaving. In our case, when we notified Tenon, they immediately emailed us back. They proposed a resolution during the tour and we received an email from their management. In the end, we were satisfied with their customer service and our memories are of a beautiful Ireland and our desire to return. It's important to note that after our return, Tenon called us and emailed us regarding the trip. Most tour companies simply forget you and care only to book additional people for their trips. In this case, Tenon never once offered any type of a lame excuse for the hiccup. Instead, they took full responsibility and made it right. We look forward to taking another trip with Tenon and we recommend using them for the tours that they offer.

My agent was -so so- helpful. I had this entire trip planned, this ambitious 2 week long vacation for 7 they were accommodating. Then - oops - nevermind I'll have to take this part out. And darn, I'll have to take off a few days. Uh oh, now it has to be a few months later than I thought. Ok I'm so so sorry Manisha (my agent) I can't do it at this time... Anyway, despite being a terrible customer, I was still given so much patience, information, an entire itinerary. When I had to opt out they gave me a full refund for my initial payment. They could've kept it for all the time I took, I would've understood, but they weren't about to. I can't say I have used them yet, so maybe I shouldn't be writing this, but I also just couldn't go on with out at least saying thank you. Before too long I will be sending another letter to my previous agent for a legitimate trip and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We purchased a land tour package through Tenon Tours for Ireland and their travel insurance through their Trip Mate company which stated we could cancel "for any reason". Our flights were cancelled and Ireland required US travelers to self quarantine in the hotel for 14 days. Tenon Tours stated that "no one saw this coming" (Covid 19) and, therefore, it was not covered so no refund would be issued. After many requests for different document (resulting in months of delay), email "conversations" and very long phone calls we were issued travel vouchers for future travel. Our requested refund for the money under the insurance policy has been repeatedly denied. Think very hard before using this company and their Trip Mate travelinsurance!

We booked our Ireland tour, interacting through Barbara and then Katie. Our tour included two add-ons, a pre-trip and a post-trip, all Ireland and N. Ireland. Each tour is built on what you want included. Transportation was included on our tour from the airport to the hotel, from doorstep of one hotel to the next, and then at the end back to the airport. Each of the hotels were in the city centers, were clean, and had really good breakfasts. The transportation from one city to the next was on newer dependable vehicles that were in good shape. Communication between Tenon and us was really good, both personally and in email.

Janet Dudley and Courtney Michel did an amazing job. My daughter's graduation gift was a trip to Scotland and I could not be more pleased with how it turned out. The instructions were easy to follow, the accommodations were wonderful, we enjoyed everything they suggested,and it was an all-around good time. I also appreciate their willingness to work with me as I had already purchased our plane tickets and had booked rooms at both the beginning and the end of the trip. I will definitely use them again!

Just got home from an amazing Ireland trip! The trip went off without a hitch, which was no small thing for a group of 19 people! Tenon Tours made sure everything was in place and ready to go. And we had the BEST driver ever, Mark "Funky" Lyons with Kennedy Coaches. He took care of everything and was very knowledgeable about the sites and the history, he made this great trip awesome!! Thanks for a great tour Taryn and Courtney!

From the first call to consult about my honeymoon to Iceland to the additional help we needed rearranging some of our adventures while we were already on vacation, the staff at Tenon made me feel like they really cared about my husband and I as people! We can't wait to schedule or next trip with them. One thing I will improve is sitting down to review my trip schedule before we started traveling. I was quite distracted with wedding planning and a new job, so I missed rescheduling a couple things in advance and was forced to do it on the fly while in Iceland. That being said, Stephanie handled my requests swiftly and kindly!

I gave Tenon another try after not getting call backs for a trip last year. What a difference! Stephanie and Molly did a fantastic job with our trip around Ireland. We were a family of 4 adults. Stephanie and Molly had suggestions and itineraries for me. When I wanted to try alternate destinations within Ireland, all of my requests were answered. The hotels and B&B's were all very good. We even got to stay in a castle and keep to our budget. I would not hesitate to contact Tenon the next time I plan a trip abroad.
