The Limited Edition Cornetto Blackforest Red
Received a l arge delivery from the kind people at Cornetto and Golin Harris last weekend!(:
With a generous number of the Limited Edition Cornetto Blackforest Red for myself to try!(:
As a huge fan of Cornetto, I was pretty excited to try out the new Cornetto Blackforest Red!
My ice cream was melting rather quickly due to the crazy heat on Sunday afternoon, but I think that the pink rosettes and chocolate flakes were pretty yummy . After you get through that, you will reach the chocolate part with raspberry sauce – best eaten with the crispy Cornetto cone! (:
The rest of the bf’s family were around that Sunday afternoon so I was really glad I could share my generous ‘bounty’ with them. See how happy his 2 young cousins, Yi Fei & Yi Jie were with their Cornetto Blackforest Red !(:
I asked Yi Fei & Yi Jie:Â ć„œćć? (Is it nice to eat?) And they exclaimed:Â ć„œć! (Very nice!)
[Ah..children, lol]
Of course not just the children, the rest of us adults had a yummylicious time and it was a great way to cool off during the afternoon heat!
Once again, thanks to Cornetto & Golin Harris, the bf’s family and myself had a great time and we really enjoyed trying out the Limited Edition Cornetto Blackforest Red!(:

Taylor Swift Brings THE RED TOUR to Asia
By Natalie White
S even-time GRAMMY winner Taylor Swift spent much of 2013 headlining sold-out stadiums and arenas in North America, Australia, and New Zealand on her blockbuster THE RED TOUR, and just this week finished a run of sold-out shows in London and Berlin.
Taylor announced today that in response to strong fan demand she is taking the tour to Southeast Asia later this year, performing shows in Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore.
The Southeast Asia portion of The RED Tour is presented by Cornetto and promoted by AEG Live. The general public on-sale dates will vary by market, and pre-sale tickets will be available.
The Asian dates of Taylor Swift’s THE RED TOUR Presented by Cornetto will include the following:
Taylor’s The RED Tour performance features two stages, elaborate costumes, dancers, and changing sets. Taylor moves around the venue, giving every audience member a great seat.
Taylor plays electric guitar, banjo, piano and acoustic guitar and changes costumes multiple times over the course of the evening. Her set features several songs from her record-breaking RED album, as well as new takes on other fan favorites.
Last year, the North American portion of Taylor’s The RED Tour played to more than 1.36 million fans over 66 shows (including 13 stadium stops) in 47 cities in 29 states and 3 provinces spanning 6 months.
Also in 2013, Taylor took her RED Tour Down Under -- performing stadium shows in Australia (as well as arena dates in New Zealand), becoming the first solo female artist in twenty years to undertake a national stadium concert tour of Australia.
The tour has already visited Europe for six sold-out shows in 2014.

Concerts, gigs, live performances and other musical events, taylor swift in bright, burning red in manila.
It was Taylor Swiftâs 2nd time to visit Manila. In 2011, she left the Big Dome in awe during her âSpeak Nowâ Tour, a full house in attendance. Last Friday, she attracted an even bigger and louder crowd as she brought the MOA Arena down with âRedâ. The Arena was packed with around 16,000 people, ranging from adolescents to parents, teenagers to professionals and casual concert-goers to full-blown Taylor Swift fans.
The crowd, on the other hand, was brimming with energy from start to finish. It was another loud evening down at the Arena as they sang, screamed and swooned to each of Taylorâs song. If that wasnât enough a good number of the audience were in fashion with the eveningâs attraction âthe red shorts, red skirts, red shoes, Keds, the heart-shaped sunglasses, the black fedora, everything Taylor Swift wore â they were all there.
Before the concert, a huge volume of people were seen in numerous snake-like queues. The new system implemented by MOA Arena management caused some delay during the entrance to the venue. It took up to 30 minutes for people to get in because of the hold-up during inspections.
The show began at around 9pm, as the lights dimmed and the silhouette of Taylor Swift donning her fedora was projected against the red curtains enclosing the stage. With this, people were already going crazy. As the curtains fell off, âState of Graceâ was heard, followed by âHoly Groundâ.
To officially welcome the crowd to the Red Tour, she greeted âMagandang gabi po!â and âMabuhay!â
She continued, â(Red) is an album I wrote about heartbreak, about falling in love, infatuation and danger â all the intense emotions we feel when we fall in and out of love. Now, I think, you and I will be on the same page when I say, if I had to choose one color to represent all of those emotions that go into falling in love and having your heart broken, the color that I would choose, Manila, would be bright, burning red.â Then she proceeded to play the namesake of her tour, âRedâ.
All in all, she played 13 songs which lasted for approximately 1 hour and a half. The show was a musical and visual treat, as well as a celebration of Taylor Swiftâs very successful career. Each song was given an elaborate take in terms of production, from her outfits to the choreography. There was that red, flowing gown with the theatrical and sparkly backdrop during âThe Lucky Oneâ, the red Manila shirt during the relaxed yet intense acoustic set wherein she played â22â, âFearlessâ and âYou Belong With Meâ and the white gown during the Victorian-themed âI Knew You Were Troubleâ.
Taylor Swift showcased her musical prowess as well as her versatility as a performer during her concert. Graceful yet endearing, she was a spectacle to behold as she danced, played guitar and piano, and moved across the stage as if she owned it.
Another thing worth noticing is her interaction with the crowd. Not only was she full of short, motivating speeches, she was also brave enough to mingle with the overexcited audience, which of course included a lot of violent hand-pulling. Still, she was all smiles during the evening. Taylor Swift’s #RedTourMNL was an incREDible show! The stage set was like a story book with an amazing vivid pictures of emotions and stories to bring the songs to life!
Undoubtedly, the Red Tour is one of the most awaited shows this year, and it was everything that Taylor Swiftâs fans had waited for. It was roaring, captivating and highly entertaining.
Indeed, until now, the memory of the concert still stands out, along with that color: that bright, burning Red.

Taylor Swift’s Red Wraps as All-Time Country Tour

Taylor Swift has smashed the all-time revenue record for a single tour by a country artist with the final stats reported from her Red tour that played arenas and stadiums in four continents during a 15-month span. According to Billboard’s Boxscore archives, the tour’s overall gross of $150 million surpasses the prior country artist record held by double-billed Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Soul2Soul tour that brought in $141 million during 2006 and 2007.
Bunnie XO Claps Back at Trolls Who Hate on Her & Jelly Roll: 'Can Never Dull Our Shine'
The Red tour, which tops the weekly Hot Tours ranking, began last year on March 13 in Omaha, Neb. and ran for six months in North America before closing with a three-show stand in Nashville in September. In November and December, Swift traveled Down Under for a five-city jaunt through Australia and New Zealand to close out the year. She performed in London and Berlin in February to kick off the tour’s 2014 schedule, and the final trek covered six cities in Asia, beginning with a May 30 performance in Shanghai and ending on June 12 with a final concert in Singapore. The Red tour’s final box office counts total $150,184,971 in revenue from 1,702,933 sold tickets at 86 performances in 12 countries.
Swift’s tour itinerary included 15 stadiums worldwide during its run. Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass. topped the list with the best box office results during the tour. The home stadium of the NFL’s New England Patriots produced the highest gross and attendance counts with $9.4 million in sales from 110,712 fans at two shows last summer (July 26-27). This is the third time the stadium has featured the country superstar in a headlining tour performance. She also played Gillette in 2010 on her Fearless tour as well as the Speak Now outing the following year. Among stadiums that hosted the tour for a single performance, Pittsburgh’s Heinz Field claims the top gross and attendance counts with $4.7 million from a sellout crowd of 56,047 on July 6, 2013.
Trending on Billboard
Box office results from arena performances on the Red tour place London’s O2 Arena ahead of the pack with the highest gross and attendance numbers. The London venue recorded $5.8 million in sales from 74,740 tickets sold during its five-show run (Feb. 1-2, 4, 10-11). Among the arenas that brought in the tour for just one performance, the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Shanghai tops the list based on sales of $1.8 million. The best attendance for a single performance was recorded in Fargo, North Dakota. Swift played the Fargodome on Sept. 6, 2013 with a capacity crowd of 21,073.
Rock veterans Journey and Steve Miller Band take the No. 2 Hot Tours ranking this week with $8.3 in box office sales reported from their ongoing co-headlining tour. Since kicking off on May 15, the summertime trek, primarily booked at outdoor amphitheaters, has grossed more than $17 million at 24 concerts. With Tower of Power on board as special guest, the tour will continue in North American markets through early August.
Pop star Katy Perry lands at No. 3 on the list of top-grossing touring artists with the first totals reported from her Prismatic world tour’s North American leg that began on June 22 in North Carolina. The first four venues during the summer schedule produced $7.8 million in sales from 66,542 fans at sellouts in Raleigh, Washington, D.C., Nashville and Atlanta. The 16-week run through U.S. and Canadian cities will bring the six-time Billboard Music Award winner to 47 arenas in North America through mid-October. Dates in Mexico, Australia and New Zealand are on the books for the remainder of the year, and a second trek through Europe will begin next February. The tour’s first European leg hit nine cities in the U.K. back in May.

On October 25, 2012, in partnership with ABC News on the prime-time TV special All Access Nashville with Katie Couric â A Special Edition of 20/20, Swift announced that she would be launching a North American stadium and arena tour in early 2013 in support of her fourth studio album, Red . During a radio interview with WRVW, Swift mentioned that "It's nothing like any other tour before."
Swift told Billboard : "Of course, you know the tour will be a big representation of this record," Swift tells Billboard . "I'm so excited to see what songs the fans like the most and which ones jump to the forefront, because that's the first step. We always see which songs are really the passionate songs and the ones the fans are freaking out over the most, and those are the ones that are definitely in the set list. I can't wait for that."
Swift used Tom Petty's " American Girl " as her entrance song on her previous tour but now takes the stage to Lenny Kravitz's version of "American Woman". She sings a cover of The Lumineers's "Ho Hey" nightly, intertwined with her own "Stay Stay Stay".
Her meet and greet room for the tour was called Club Red .
The stage for the Red tour is when Swift really started getting creative with her stage designs and therefore, add a more evolved look to her live shows. In fact, the shape of the Red Tour stage is very unique, it is in a U shape, with two pits, divided by a catwalk within the U stage. This permitted for fans to feel closer to Taylor during the show and have many interactions.
The main stage catwalk also had a crane that Swift went on during " Treacherous " and " We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together " for the show encore.
There was also a B stage at the back of the venue, with a round-shaped platform that lifted up. Swift would perform the surprise song of the set on this stage.
During the shows in Asia, the stage was been modified with several cuts, including:
- The U stage was completely removed and replaced by a standard T-shaped catwalk
- The overhead screen above the stage were removed, and there was only one back screen, not three.
- Many lighting were reduced.
- The crane at catwalk, the lifted platform on B stage and floating constellation during " Sparks Fly " was removed.

Explore Indonesia Activities
Published on February 17, 2014
For the first time ever, the American pop-country sweetheart Taylor Swift is ready to stage her first ever show in Indonesia scheduled to take place at the Mata Elang Indoor Stadium, Jakarta on 4th June 2014. The Jakarta Concert will also kick off a series of shows of the RED Tour in the South East Asia region which will be followed by performances in the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Taylor Swift spent much of 2013 headlining sold-out stadiums and arenas in North America, Australia, New Zealand, London, and Berlin on this blockbuster Red Tour. The ever growing strong demand in Indonesia and the Southeast Asian region finally brought the lovely young singer to perform here. The Tour itself promotes Taylorâs 4th and latest studio album which were released in October 2013 and received highly acclaimed responses. The album sold 1.89 million copies in its first three weeks and as of January 2014, the album had sold over 3.973 million copies in the United States alone.
The concert will feature two stages, elaborate costumes, dancers, and changing sets. Not only presenting her beautiful voice, Taylor will also play electric guitar, acoustic guitar, banjo, and piano and also changes costumes multiple times over the course of the evening. Her set will feature several songs from her record-breaking RED album, as well as new takes on other fan favorites.
Taylor Swift, who writes all of her own songs, is a seven-time GRAMMY winner and the youngest to ever receive the GRAMMY Award for Album of the Year. The release of Swift’s eponymous titled debut album in October 2006 established her as a country music star. “Our Song”, her third single, made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number one song on the country chart. Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles “Love Story” and “You Belong with Me”, the second album Fearless became the best-selling album of 2009. The record won four Grammy Awards, with Swift becoming the youngest ever Album of the Year winner. Swift’s third album, 2010’s Speak Now, sold over one million copies in its first week of US release and was supported by the Speak Now World Tour. The album’s third single, “Mean”, won two Grammy Awards.
In 2012, the opening US Sales of the fourth album Red reached 1.2 million and was recorded as the highest in a decade. She became the only female artist to have two million-plus opening weeks. The album unleashed the singles “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” and “I Knew You Were Trouble” which went on to become worldwide hits.
The Jakarta and Southeast Asia portion of The RED Tour is presented by Cornetto and promoted by AEG Live. Tickets will be available for purchased online starting from 24th February on rajakarcis.com.

"The RED Tour" was the third concert tour by Taylor. Launched in support of her fourth studio album, " RED " (2012), the tour began on March 13, 2013 in Omaha, Nebraska, and concluded on June 12, 2014 in Singapore. This was the first tour by Taylor to extend to Muslim countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia.
"RED" was full of sonic shockers, so it was only natural for the eponymous supporting tour to match. By this point in her career, Taylor was âfeelinâ 22,â and made her growth clear by entering the stage to Lenny Kravitzâs âAmerican Womanâ (having previously used Tom Pettyâs âAmerican Girlâ). Before embarking on the "RED Tour" alongside opening act Ed Sheeran, Taylor told Billboard she intended for the tour to âbe a big representation of this record.â
The "RED Tour" was flashy, incorporated circus elements and took full advantage of the stadiums that had now become the norm for her concerts, and was highly well-received critically. It also smashed the record for all-time revenue for a single tour by a country artist (even though most would probably agree she had fled the country coop by then).
On October 25, 2012, in partnership with ABC News on the prime-time TV special "All Access Nashville with Katie Couric -- A Special Edition of 20/20", Taylor announced that she will launch a North American stadium and arena tour in early 2013 in support of her fourth studio album " RED " (2012). During a radio interview with WRVW, she mentioned that "it's nothing like any other tour before."
Taylor told Billboard:
"Of course, you know the tour will be a big representation of this record. I'm so excited to see what songs the fans like the most and which ones jump to the forefront, because that's the first step. We always see which songs are really the passionate songs and the ones the fans are freaking out over the most, and those are the ones that are definitely in the set list. I can't wait for that." -- Taylor Swift
Taylor had used Tom Petty's "American Girl" as her entrance song on her previous tour but now took the stage to Lenny Kravitz's version of "American Woman". Every night, she sang a cover of The Lumineers's "Ho Hey", intertwined with her own "Stay Stay Stay".Â
Seeing Taylor live in 2013 was seeing a maestro at the top of her or anyoneâs game. No other pop auteur could touch her for emotional excess or musical reach. The red sequins on her guitar matched the ones on her microphone, her shoes and 80 percent of the crowd. Her set was mostly new songs from "RED", one of the slickest, smartest and just plain best mega-pop statements of our time. âHi, Iâm Taylor,â she said by way of an introduction. âI write songs about my feelings. Iâm told I have a lot of feelings.â
Nobody could touch her for fan hysteria, either. The audience was part of the show, with their homemade red costumes, placards, Lite Brite codes and more glowsticks than an Inspiral Carpets reunion. For most of them, Taylor was the first girl theyâve seen play a guitar, a signifier that cannot be denied. Once the lights went out, the screaming never flagged, and neither did the star. But the best moment was the double-shot of âI Knew You Were Troubleâ into âAll Too Well.â Taylor turned âTroubleâ into a blast of razzle-dazzle choreography in fancy-dress masquerade-ball mode. Then she sat alone to play âAll Too Well,â her most majestic ballad, just a girl and her piano and several thousand other girls singing along. It was the highlight of a show that was nothing but  highlights.
Seeing Taylor onstage then was witnessing a level of total commitment, total fan fervor, total connection between audience and performer. No other performer really hit that pitch of happy/free/confused/lonely hormonal anguish with so much wit and empathy. Her moods are her universe and expressing them is the reason the universe exists. This is a useful conviction for a singer to have, even if itâs more dangerous for the rest of us. But Taylor wore it like a true arena-rock goddess at an amazing peak.
SECRET SONG
Every night, Taylor would sing a secret song -- an acoustic version of one of her old songs. Fans could suggest songs online through Twitter and Facebook and Taylor would sing the most requested one. Sometimes she sang a song that a fan from the pre-show Meet & Greet wanted to hear.
Taylor became the first solo female artist in 20 years to headline a national stadium tour through Australia, with the last being Madonna's "The Girlie Show World Tour" in 1993. Swift performed to a crowd of over 40,900 fans at the Allianz Stadium in Sydney, Australia, becoming the first female artist in history to sell out the stadium since it was opened in 1988.
"The RED Tour" also became the highest-grossing tour by a country artist in history, bringing in an overall gross of $150 million surpassing the prior country artist record held by double-billed Tim McGraw and Faith Hill "Soul2Soul II Tour" that brought in $141 million.

Girl in Red is back, baby!
Three years after her first album, the norwegian pop star and taylor swift eras tour opener returns with a polished new record.
Girl in Redâs new album is downright cheerful, and if that doesnât sound quite on brand, youâre not paying attention. As the title track, âDoing It Again Baby,â unravels from an upbeat, synthy groove into a banjo-forward breakdown, those less in the know might ask: What happened to the homemade bedroom pop that launched Girl in Red (a.k.a. Marie Ulven) from indie stardom to opener for Taylor Swiftâs Eras Tour?
True, the 25-year-oldâs early days as an artist in her native Norway were marked by the wistful singles that have since amassed hundreds of millions of Spotify streams (and also by a relatively successful fingerboarding career ). Dreamy tunes like 2018âs âI Wanna Be Your Girlfriendâ still haunt the playlists of the young and pining: âI donât want to be your friend/ I want to kiss your lips,â Ulven sings, her muffled voice emoting all the tortured artistry of a teenager in love.
But in the six years since, Ulven has grown up â as a songwriter, as a producer and as a human.
The Style section
âItâs like I need to update my profile picture, but I need to do it with my entire discography,â she says over Zoom with a slight SoCal surfer inflection. Itâs early April, and Ulven is in Nashville rehearsing for an arena tour thatâll take her across the country before summer and throughout Europe in the fall. She continues talking between bites of room service pancakes. âI feel like this new album is the thing thatâs going to set that,â she says. âSo that when people think of Girl in Red, they donât think of a demo I posted in 2016.â
Released last week, âIâm Doing It Again Baby!â is a maximalist sophomore album that, while delivering 27 minutes of polished pop, veers into strange and satisfying new territories for Ulven: Her voice stretches like bubble gum over danceable tracks with hints of Rodrigo-esque punk . Sheâs joined on one by fellow Eras alum Sabrina Carpenter. In short, itâs a lot of fun.
Thatâs not to say there arenât songs like 2018âs gentle yet discomforting âSummer Depressionâ â songs that deal head-on with Ulvenâs struggles with mental health. On âUgly Side,â thereâs a particularly vulnerable spoken-word example: âThe people I love the most are the ones who get the worst of me/ And I donât like that.â
So despite a swing between genres, for Ulven itâs the right next step. Thatâs in no small part because of her growth as a producer; sheâs now worked with such big-name producers as Finneas (Billie Eilishâs brother) and, most recently, Norwegian composer Matias Tellez.
âI hear things differently now,â Ulven says. âItâs a natural progression for me, sonically, because Iâm just better at what I do.â
Sharp. Witty. Thoughtful. Sign up for the Style Memo newsletter.
Ulven has kept busy despite the three-year gap between albums. For one, sheâs been hitting the festival circuit hard. For another, she was scooped up by reigning pop queen Swift for her record-breaking Eras Tour last summer. Although she had conflicting headlining shows, she couldnât say no. By June, she had jetted off to Chicago to embark on a string of Northwestern shows.
âIf [Swift] comes knocking, you do whatever she f---ing says,â Ulven says, half joking.
As Ulven herself notes, we live in a time when the biggest names in pop belong to women. And although she is eager to join those ranks, sheâs hesitant to be put in a box with queer contemporaries. Itâs true that explicitly gay female artists are having a moment in pop: Look no further than ReneĂ© Rapp or Chappell Roan. But there was a time not long ago when the internet memed the phrase âDo you like Girl in Red?â meaning, âAre you gay?â For Ulven, it got tiresome.
âI would constantly get messages from people being like, âIâm not gay, but I really like [your 2018 single] âWe Fell in Love in October,âââ she says. âI was like, âWhy are you saying that? Thatâs so weird.ââ
Instead, her sexuality has been a background to her art only insomuch as her love songs are about women â such as the new albumâs delicate âA Night to Remember,â a hopeful, drum-driven bop about meeting her girlfriend at a bar.
But Ulvenâs favorite song on the record, she says as she clutches a vinyl copy to her chest, is the opener, âIâm Back,â which explains her absence from music (âI was gone for a minute âcause I went to get helpâ). Itâs just gentle enough to ease listeners in to the rest of the track listâs high-energy bangers, a sort of introductory lullaby to an album that has an explicitly eager name. Ulven says she cries when she listens to it and cries when she plays it. âIt feels like the song that most correctly and truly reflects my reality,â she says.
âIâm Backâ is also cheery, certainly, but in a way that feels earned. âSometimes I get bit by the dark/ It spreads into my heart, takes over me,â Ulven sings, then answers her own doubts: âI believe I will laugh/ I believe it will pass/ I believe thereâs hope for me.â

Hereâs what happened to the double-decker tour buses downtown
City sightseeing of san antonio closed shop in january.
Spencer Heath , Digital Journalist
SAN ANTONIO â Remember the bright, red double-decker tour buses downtown? Well, they have gone out of business, and a new company has taken their place.
David Strainge, founder of City Sightseeing of San Antonio, started the trolley company in 2010, according to the San Antonio Report . He opened the company as a franchise of the international tour bus operator based in Seville, Spain.

City Sightseeing closed shop in early January. Since the closure, Strainge has branched off into other business opportunities.
This has made way for Historic Tours of America to bring Old Town Trolley Tours to San Antonio.
âThe timing could not have been more perfect. We have been looking to expand and the opportunity presented itself in this amazing city,â said Historic Tours of Americaâs CEO Chris Belland.
Old Town Trolley Tours, featuring orange and green-style busses, offers guests a 90-minute narrated tour with 14 stops throughout San Antonio.
The 12-mile tour ride includes stops at the Alamo Plaza, Japanese Tea Garden, San Antonio Zoo, Witte Museum, Botanical Gardens, The Pearl, San Antonio Museum of Art, Veteranâs Memorial Park, The Tobin Center, Buckhorn Saloon, E. Houston Street, Spanish Governorâs Palace, Historic Market Square, Tower of the Americas, Hemisfair, The Alamo, and the Crockett Hotel.
âSan Antonio is a city with incredible history, attractions, sites, and fabulous people which is what we look for when going into a city,â said Belland.
Old Town Trolley Tours also offers a âHometown Passâ to Bexar County residents, granting free access when bringing an adult paying guest, according to a press release.
In addition to San Antonio, the release mentioned Old Town Trolley Tours also operates in Key West, Boston, Washington, Savannah, St. Augustine, San Diego, and Nashville.

Screen Rant
There is only 1 thing missing from taylor swiftâs career after the eras tour movieâs success.
Now that Taylor Swift has dominated the box office and streaming with The Eras Tour concert movie, there's one career move she has yet to pursue.
- Although she's directed several music videos and the Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions concert documentary, Taylor Swift has yet to direct a feature film.
- Swift also wrote and directed the highly-praised All Too Well: The Short Film, proving she could pull off directing a feature film.
- The commercial success of The Eras Tour movie shows that Swift is a major force in the entertainment industry and would be a bankable film director to invest in.
Following the enormous success of Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert movie , there's still one feat the multi-faceted artist has yet to accomplish in her long-spanning career. Although Swift had previously released concert films before The Eras Tour movie , none came close to its acclaim, popularity or success, nor were they given theatrical runs. Like the record-breaking world tour itself, The Eras Tour movie marked a huge new milestone in Swift's career.
Alongside the theatrical release of The Eras Tour movie in October 2023, Swift has continued to dominate the music industry with impressive album sales, high streaming numbers, and consistent wins at major award shows, including the Grammys. In addition to music, Swift has also had acting roles in films like Valentine's Day (2010), Cats (2019), and Amsterdam (2022) and TV shows like CSI and New Girl. There's no doubt that Swift is an accomplished and well-rounded artist, but there's one hat in the entertainment industry that she has yet to try on.
Taylor Swift's 8 Documentaries & Concert Movies, Ranked (Including Eras Tour)
Taylor swift has yet to direct a feature film (& we hope she will), swift has directed several music videos, a short film, & a concert documentary.
Although she has directed several of her own music-related projects, Swift has yet to direct a (nondocumentary) feature film. Swift first took a seat in the director's chair for the music video for "Mine," the lead single off her third studio album Speak Now in 2010, which she co-directed with Roman White. Swift's first solo directorial venture was nine years later with the music video for "ME!," the lead single off her seventh studio album Lover. Swift has directed nearly all her music videos since then, as well as the 2020 Disney+ concert documentary Folklore: The Long Pond Sessions .

Given her experience with directing her own music videos and concert documentary, Swift is well-suited to direct a feature film.
Given her vast experience directing her own music videos and concert documentary, Swift is well-suited to direct a feature film. It was actually announced back in December 2022 that Swift would write and direct her first full-length movie in collaboration with Searchlight Pictures , but there have been no further updates since then. Hopefully, after the release of Swift's next album The Tortured Poets Department on April 19, 2024, and the conclusion of The Eras Tour on December 8, 2024, her next move will be starting production on this untitled Searchlight film.
Swift is technically credited as the director of the music videos for "I'm Only Me When I'm With You" from her 2006 self-titled debut album and "The Best Day" from her 2008 album Fearless, but since these are both comprised of archive/concert footage, neither are considered her directorial debuts.
1 Taylor Swift Song Is The Perfect Inspiration For Her Directorial Debut (& Has The Actress To Prove It)
Taylor swift’s all too well short film suggests she’s ready to helm a feature, swift wrote & directed the 15-minute short film for the 10-minute vault track from red (taylor's version).
Every music video directed by Swift has demonstrated her keen eye and knack for visual storytelling, but All Too Well: The Short Film proves that she truly has what it takes to helm a feature film. As part of the release of her second re-recorded album, Red (Taylor's Version) , on November 12, 2021, Swift wrote and directed a 15-minute short film adaptation of the vault track " All Too Well (10 Minute Version) ," the unabridged version of the 5-minute Red track of the same name.
Starring Sadie Sink as the song's narrator and Dylan O'Brien as her older boyfriend, All Too Well: The Short Film brings the titular song's story to life onscreen , exploring the different phases of the whirlwind relationship and where it all went wrong. The song serves as a musical backdrop for the short, broken up only by a three-minute verbal dispute between the central couple. At the end of the film, Swift appears as an older version of Sink's character (who is a self-insert for a younger Swift) thirteen years later.
Why Taylor Swift Fans Think All Too Well Is About Jake Gyllenhaal
The renowned work Swift did on All Too Well: The Short Film and the project's positive reception prove that a feature film would be in good hands with Swift at the helm.
All Too Well: The Short Film received high praise and won several major awards, including the Grammy for Best Music Video. The short film also had a limited theatrical run and was screened at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 11, 2022, and the Toronto International Film Festival on September 9, 2022. The renowned work Swift did on All Too Well: The Short Film and the project's positive reception prove that a feature film would be in good hands with Swift at the helm.
All Too Well Film: Every Taylor Swift Easter Egg & Reference
The eras tour movie’s success proves taylor swift’s box office power, the eras tour movie broke several box office records.
All Too Well: The Short Film proves that Swift could pull off directing a feature film on a craft level, and the commercial success of The Eras Tour movie shows that Swift is a major force to be reckoned with at the box office. During its three-month theatrical run, The Eras Tour movie earned $261.7 million worldwide (via Box Office Mojo ), surpassing Justin Bieber: Never Say Never as the highest-grossing concert film of all time. The Eras Tour movie broke several other box office records and was even nominated for the first-ever Golden Globe for Best Box Office Achievement.
The Eras Tour movie's success continued to reach new heights when an extended cut called Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour (Taylor's Version) hit streaming on March 14, 2024. Garnering 4.6 million views and 16.2 million hours viewed on Disney+ during its opening weekend, The Eras Tour movie broke a Disney+ streaming record and became the most streamed concert film on the platform.
With these stats, it's clear that Swift can attract audiences no matter the viewing medium. Her star power alone would be enough to sell tickets out the door and rack up views via streaming for her feature directorial debut, making her a bankable film director to invest in. If Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour has taught the world anything, it's that Swift's pull should not be underestimated.

Zendaya Is Smashing Red-Carpet Fashion on Challengers Press Tour
By Kase Wickman
If thereâs anyone who knows how to walk both a red carpet and the fine line between fashion and cosplay, itâs Zendaya. After wowing us through late winter with out-of-this-world fashion at events for Dune: Part Two , the 27-year-old is at it again, this time for director Luca Guadagnino âs Challengers.
Zendaya stars in the movie as a retired tennis champ who finds herself caught up in the games âin more ways than oneâof two male players, portrayed by Josh OâConnor and Mike Faist. While the actorâs Dune red-carpet looks channeled her character Chani through tough jumpsuits and futuristic, desert-inspired gowns, the looks she chose for the Challengers press tour, in collaboration with longtime stylist Law Roach, practically come with their own ball boy.
The actor has used mesh, pleats, and bold-striped accents to evoke tennis apparel while staying high-fashion. Sheâs borrowed motifs like allover embroidered repeats from country club fashion, as she did with a custom Thom Browne gown covered in tiny white-on-white crossed tennis racquets. While there have been plenty of tennis-whites-inspired touches, Zendaya has also lobbed some daringly different takes on the theme. Thereâs the shimmering green custom Loewe gown with a silhouette of a tennis player poured across her thighâa look that instantly summons the feeling of sitting in the sun with a cold drink in hand, taking in a close tennis match on a grass court. She even debuted a new take on the idea of tennis shoes, coming right up to the edge of kitsch by wearing stilettos with the heel spiked directly through the center of a tennis ball. In Milan, she donned a Ralph Lauren tennis dress worn by Cindy Crawford in 1991 for the ultimate sportswear glam pedigree.
The officials have conferred, and they all agree: Zendaya is serving.
