The reality star and husband Kanye West are among the most followed couples in the world, and together, the duo run multiple franchises including SKIMS, KKW Beauty  and Yeezy , each with a bold, easy-to-spot aesthetic. But what may come as a surprise to many fans is that the couple's home is as pared down as they come. Located in the suburban neighbourhood of Hidden Hills, the Wests bought this mansion back in 2014, and worked with Belgian designer and tastemaker Axel Vervoordt to create their unique space. Their all-white home features two swimming pools , two spas, two barbecues, a private theatre, a large walk-in closet and a two-storey playroom for their children North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm, and that's not all. The Kardashian-Jenner clan is known to prefer neutral palettes when it comes to the interiors of their homes. In Kim Kardashian West's case, this is especially evident when one takes a peek inside the living room. Kardashian West's all-white space is sparsely furnished, creating a blank canvas-like setting that's as soothing as it is statement-making. One can spot a Jean Royère chair and table in the living room, both of which were handpicked by Kanye West, a matching white piano, and a fibre glass sculpture by artist Anish Kapoor that completes the space. The Wests chose sheer ivory cotton curtains for this space, which allow a degree of colour and sunshine from their lawns to light up their living room.

For her kitchen, Kardashian West went for the same neutral palette as the rest of her home. A large island counter with a glossy marble top and white oak cabinets takes centre stage in this part of the West residence, which is also accented by ceramic vases with succulents. While the couple's living room was all about shades of ivory, the kitchen, which seems to be a favourite spot for the family to come together, champions creamy hues.

Kim Kardashian is making another one of her dreams come true. The 42-year-old reality star is giving a glimpse inside her new lavish mansion in Malibu, California, during the latest episode of Hulu’s ‘The Kardashians,’ showing the viewers the incredible beachfront property.

The famous Kardashian was accompanied by her sister Khloé Kardashian , who was seeing the home for the first time. “Kim’s Malibu house is so beautiful, it’s literally a little oasis,” Khloé says in the episode. “It’s so f–king gorgeous. look at this view! This looks like a painting,” she added, as the camera shows views of the ocean during sunset.

Kim also revealed that she will be doing some major renovations to match her style, including transforming part of the house into an all-concrete space. “Is this not stunning or what?” Kim says, confessing that she is excited “to wake up to this view.”

“It’s definitely a dream to have a house in Malibu and I think people think like, ‘They have all this stuff and they do all these things, and like it’s so normal.’ Like, It’s not normal. We know that,” Kim says to her sister, talking about the new achievement. “It wasn’t like, ‘Oh, I got a house in Malibu. No big deal.’ It was like, I stood on the beach, like, tears down my face, like, ‘Holy s–t. I did this.’”

“This house is going to be the craziest memories for all of my kids, all of my nieces and nephews,” Kim declared, after explaining that the property will be both “a party house” and a place for her kids to play. “So like Disney and then Disney after dark,” Khloé said.

Her ‘Minimal Monestary’: Take a Tour of Kim Kardashian’s Stunning Hidden Hills Mansion in Photos

Welcome to the good life!  Kim Kardashian ‘s California mansion she once shared with ex-husband  Kanye West  is  beyond  amazing. Not only is the house massive, but it also has an incredibly unique aesthetic. Thankfully, Kim has been kind enough to give fans a peek inside on numerous occasions.

In April 2019, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians fan-favorite participated in Vogue ‘s “73 Questions” segment where she walked longtime interviewer Joe Sabia throughout her home prior to filing for divorce from Kanye in February 2021. Right off the bat, you could tell the family’s place is spacious and follows a strict neutral-toned color scheme, which comes as no surprise considering the former couple are very particular.

When asked how she would describe her house, Kim said it’s like a “minimal monastery.” For those who don’t know, a monastery is a building or buildings where monks or nuns live. The inspiration behind the decor and architecture came from Kanye, of course, as well as Belgian designer and antiquarian Axel Vervoordt , who helped design the place.

According to People , the couple reportedly purchased the house in December 2014 for $20 million, just months after they tied the knot. Three years later, they decided to get it renovated, and in April 2018, Kris Jenner revealed the property is now worth $60 million . Must be nice, huh?

Despite having four young kids — North , Saint , Chicago and Psalm West — Kim opted for a very lightly colored house. However, she always makes sure to keep it looking tidy and clean. “Oh, my God. I run around the house with towels,” the Skims founder told Architectural Digest in January 2018.

“You do have to just take a deep breath and say, ‘OK, it’s going to happen. We decided to have lighter colors,'” Kim continued. “Our last house that we just moved out of was all grays, which was a good test because we knew we were going to move into a lighter house.”

No worries, though! The mansion includes a playroom with every comfort a child could possibly need to keep them entertained.

Kim got to keep her beloved mansion as part of her divorce settlement with Kanye. She was granted legally single status in a “bifurcated divorce” by a judge in March 2022, as the former couple continues to resolve issues involving custody and financial assets. Kim has since given additional video tours of the home that have included her spacious backyard, workout room and her massive luxury car collection,

Clean Living

Kim’s large living room features two sofas facing each other with a grand piano next to a floor to ceiling glass wall of windows. “Everything in my house is really minimal. I find that there’s so much chaos out in the world that once I come home, I want it to be really quiet and I want everything to feel calming,” the entrepreneur told Vogue during a February 2022 house tour video.

Private Sitting Room

Kim’s bedroom features its own all-white sitting room, where she “likes to sit and drink tea and write letters to my kids.”

Kim’s kitchen features a massive center island, and the empty countertops are free of any clutter, including appliances or other signs that might indicate cooking goes on in the room.

On the June 3 episode of KUWTK , Kim said she “ can’t do this anymore ” when talking about their seven-year romance to sister   Khloé Kardashian . “Why am I still in this place where I’m stuck for years? He goes and moves to a different state every year. I have to be, like, together so I can raise the kids.” She added, however, that “he’s an amazing dad” and “he’s done an amazing job.”

Kim Kardashian Shows Off Even More of Her Minimalist Home in New Video

It’s been two years since Kim Kardashian and her then-husband Kanye West opened the doors of their Axel Vervoordt and Claudio Silvestrin-designed estate to AD , but even with that tour and all of the influencer’s social media documentation, there’s still plenty of the labyrinthine property that’s unknown to the outside world. In a new Vogue video , the entrepreneur shares never before seen parts of the home where she lives with her four children.

Anyone who’s ever seen even a single photo of the pad is familiar with its total and complete embrace of minimalism— everything in the space is cream colored. But the video centers on the personal effects that make Kardashian’s house a home. This includes oddities like a bag of her own hair that her father cut off in 1988, along with more predictable objects, like baby books and the paintings her daughter North made for her. “Shockingly, four kids [haven't] messed up my cream house,” Kardashian tells the camera, explaining later that the kids’ rooms are pink, purple, blue, and dinosaur themed so that each tot can express their own style in their individual spaces.

The newly revealed rooms are furnished quite similarly to what has already been seen. The primary suite’s sitting room, where Kardashian shows off her sentimental treasures, features a Jean Royère polar bear sofa just like the one in the living room, along with two polar bear chairs. Hung above the sitting room’s fireplace is a simple yet stunning Lucio Fontana slash painting , presumably the one she named the best gift she was ever given to E! News .

The home features two full-sized kitchens, a “family kitchen” and a “show kitchen,” though only the former is shown in the video. It contains numerous Pierre Jeanneret Chandigarh chairs, around both a kitchen table and a built-in breakfast nook. Next to the kitchen is a family room with exposed beams and what seems to be the only dark wall in the house—presumably a floor to ceiling TV screen—in front of a shockingly large semicircle sectional.

Outdoors, Kardashian shows off the all-black foam basketball court that sits in between a vegetable garden the family tends to and the large home gym. Lastly, Kardashian makes her commitment to simplicity abundantly clear by demonstrating that it goes beyond the property itself: her three favorite cars—a Lamborghini Urus, a Rolls Royce, and a Maybach Sedan, to be specific—are painted all gray, including the hood ornaments.

Kim Kardashian West is giving fans an inside look at her Calabasas home along with some of her favorite belongings.

As part of Vogue magazine’s “Objects of Affection” series on YouTube, Kardashian West took viewers on a tour of some of her most prized possessions, which includes some special pieces made by her daughter, North West. Up first on her list of favorite items in her house were a series of paintings that the 8-year-old has worked on over the years.

“She’s a really, really good artist and she loves to paint,” Kardashian West said about her oldest daughter. 

One piece of art, which the mother-of-four said North had painted two years prior, was a stunning landscape of a snowy mountain, a luminous lake, alongside some greenery in the foreground.

Kardashian West explained that sometimes her daughter will create paintings just for her, including a green toned painting of a wolf and a portrait of their pet bearded dragon, Speed , who belonged to her friend prior to joining the Kardashian family.

Aside from her paintings, North has also experimented with other mediums of art, including charcoal drawing. Kardashian West displayed a muted drawing of a distorted human face with blank eyes at the center of the paper surrounded by a grayscale gradient abyss.

“Recently, North stayed home and had COVID, so this is her drawing that she did in her room,” Kardashian West explained. "It’s a charcoal. Maybe that was just her emo mood.”

Kardashian West is extremely supportive of her daughter’s love of art, explaining, “I love seeing the personality and moods and everything that she goes through and is feeling. It’s really been an amazing hobby of hers.”

Among some of the additional beloved items in the reality star’s home include baby books dedicated to each of her children that include letters written to each, a trunk of some of her own childhood memories, as well as the wild meadow outside of her home that doubles as a vegetable garden.

The SKIMS founder is no stranger to a minimal, neutral toned aesthetic , though there is a method to her madness.

“Everything in my house is really minimal. I find that there is so much chaos out in the world, that when I come home, I want it to be just really quiet and I want everything to feel calming,” Kardashian West said about her home.

That’s not to say there’s no clutter or non-neutral aesthetics happening inside the rest of her house. The entrepreneur clarified, adding, “I have the playroom filled with clutter. Bedrooms — one is pink, one is purple, one is blue, one is dinosaurs. Each kid can have their full style and taste in their bedroom and have so much fun. But in the main house, I really like the calmness and shockingly, four kids hasn’t messed up my cream house.”

Kardashian West shares four children with Ye, formerly known as Kanye West: North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2. After seven years of marriage, she filed for divorce in February 2021 .

Over the years, the former couple’s home has become a topic of conversation across the internet, especially their peculiar bathroom sinks . After appearing in Vogue’s “73 Questions” series, people could not stop inquiring about her sinks which appeared to be completely flat with no basin for the water to flow into and subsequently drain out of.

“The sink does actually slightly slope down,” Kardashian West explained on Instagram after confusion spread across the internet. “There’s a slit for the water. You can put it on as high pressure as you want and no backsplash.”

Kim Kardashian  has a lot of high-profile art in her Axel Vervoordt-designed Calabasas home, but one set of pieces are of particular importance: The drawings by her daughter, North West, a budding artist who caused an avalanche of internet buzz when her work was shared on social media last year.

Kardashian counts North’s paintings as some of her most prized possessions in Vogue’s video series, Objects of Affection , which asks creatives and celebrities to chronicle their favorite things. North, age 8, captures a variety of subjects—ranging from an idyllic mountain scene to her pet bearded dragon—including herself: one drawing shows an abstract head floating in a chaotic swirl of charcoal. And while Kim allows her children to do whatever they want with their bedrooms—“one is pink, one is purple, one is blue, one is dinosaurs,” she says—many of her other favorite things fit the carefully curated Axel-aesthetic, including an all-gray Maybach. “I find there is so much chaos out in the world that when I come home, I want it to be really quiet—I want everything to feel calming,” she says.

Kim Kardashian gives a glimpse inside her $70M oceanfront ‘oasis’

Kim Kardashian gave fans a tour of her new $70 million oceanfront mansion in Malibu, Calif., in Wednesday’s episode of “The Kardashians.”

“I bought a house in Malibu and this has been a dream of mine forever. It’s just one of those ‘pinch-me’ moments where I can’t believe I achieved a goal that I really didn’t think was realistic,” Kardashian, 42, said in a confessional on the Hulu show.

The Skims founder is then seen taking her sister Khloé Kardashian to visit her new beachfront property.

“Kim’s Malibu house is so beautiful, it’s literally a little oasis,” Khloé said of the seaside abode in a confessional. “It’s a huge piece of land and she’s right on the beach.”

Kim showed off the interiors of the luxury pad, telling her sister that the home will be undergoing serious renovations, including transforming one of the spaces into all-concrete.

“Obviously, I know how you do,” Khloé said upon hearing about the decorating plans.

Before opening the sliding doors to let the ocean breeze in, Kim shared that the massive living area overlooking the beach will have completely new floors and windows.

“Is this not stunning or what?” Kim asked Khloé as they stood on the wraparound balcony with panoramic views of the water and a fire pit.

“No. It’s so f–king gorgeous. look at this view! This looks like a painting,” Khloé said, to which Kim replied, “It really does.”

Kim, who shares four children— North, 10, Saint, 7, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3 — with ex-husband Kanye West, explained that the home will be “a party house” but also kid-friendly.

“It’s half party and half with kids,” Kim said while checking out a TV nook that includes a fireplace.

“So like Disney and then Disney after dark,” Khloé laughed. “Got it.”

Kim, who shared how excited she is “to wake up to this view,” noted that she isn’t taking the moment of buying such a luxurious home for granted.

“It’s definitely a dream to have a house in Malibu and I think people think like, ‘They have all this stuff and they do all these things, and like it’s so normal.’ Like, It’s not normal. We know that,” Kim said.

She then tells her sister, “It wasn’t like, ‘Oh, I got a house in Malibu. No big deal.’ It was like, I stood on the beach, like, tears down my face, like, ‘Holy s–t. I did this.’”

The Good American founder joked that the home is Kim’s “escape” and that she shouldn’t even tell her kids about it.

“This house is going to be the craziest memories for all of my kids, all of my nieces and nephews,” Kim said.

And when Kim expressed that the home still needed a playroom, Khloé said: “You know where the playroom is? The beach. It’s called the f–king beach.”

“This house just really represents to me, like, a lot of the hard work that I’ve put in, and it’s like, enjoying the fruits of my labor. It’s new energy. I’m so looking forward to creating so many memories here,” Kim said, adding, “It’ll be fab once it’s done.”

Kim purchased the $70 million four-bedroom, six-bathroom estate in September 2022. The Post previously reported that Kim’s purchase was the largest Malibu deal of the year, and marked the fourth-highest sale in the whole state of California for 2022.

The home spans more than 7,450 square feet on three acres of land and has a private path to a private beach as well as a long driveway.

The contemporary-style home has a combined living room, den, dining room and gourmet kitchen on the main floor while the primary suite boasts a fireplace, a sitting area, dual spa-like bathrooms and a walk-in closet.

There are also two en suite bedrooms, a media room, a gym and a fourth bedroom with its own private entrance, kitchen and bathroom, according to a previous listing.

The estate also has tennis courts, a pool, a pool deck, a spa and a cabana with a fireplace.

The home was last owned by retired hedge funder Adam Weiss, who purchased the estate from Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber for $45 million in 2018.

LA CASA DE KIM KARDASHIAN Y KANYE WEST

Todo comenzó en el año 2013, cuando Kim y Kanye se encontraban dando uno de sus paseos matutinos por el vecindario. De repente, la vieron, la futura mansión que convertirían en su templo del minimalismo . La misma por la que han comenzado una auténtica batalla legal que protagonizará numerosos titulares en los meses venideros.

En cuanto al proyecto de interiorismo, has de saber que Kanye West tuvo mucho que decir al respecto, ya que es un verdadero amante del diseño desde la infancia . Para que te hagas una idea de hasta dónde llega su pasión, el rapero vendió su Mercedes Maybach para pagar un sofá Polar Bear años 40 de Jean Royère. ¡Alucinante!

En palabras del diseñador Axel Vervoordt, ''Kanye y Kim querían algo totalmente nuevo. No hablamos de decoración, sino de un tipo de filosofía sobre cómo vivimos ahora y cómo viviremos en el futuro. Cambiamos la casa purificándola, y seguimos presionando para hacerla cada vez más pura''. El principal objetivo era que el hogar de la pareja fuese un remanso de paz a salvo del caos exterior. Sin embargo, mientras Kanye apostaba por ideas extremadamente minimalistas, Kim se mostraba más realista y abogaba por la creación de espacios de almacenaje y entornos más familiares. La entendemos, ¿quién se imagina a varios niños creciendo y correteando por una casa que más bien parece un museo?

Espacios abiertos y diáfanos, paredes enyesadas y blanquecinas que armonizan con materiales naturales como la madera o la piedra... El mobiliario, creado por el propio diseñador, también incluye piezas de Royère y Pierre Jeanneret.

EL VESTIDOR DE KIM KARDASHIAN

El único minimalismo que hay en el vestidor de Kim está en la decoración, ¡porque menuda colección de ropa! Aunque, para qué nos vamos a engañar, no esperábamos otra cosa de la reina de las influencers . Volviendo a la deco, el suelo de tarima se cubre en el centro del vestidor con una alfombra en tonos beige a juego con el sofá. Todo muy neutro. Lo que nos sorprende es no encontrar ningún armario, parece que Kim prefiere mantener su colección a la vista, y para alguien que está constantemente cambiando de outfit , puede tener sentido, pero en el día a día... ¿no crees que la ropa acabaría llenándose de polvo? Eso sí, los bolsos y los zapatos están perfectamente expuestos en distintas baldas que rodean las paredes, como si de una tienda de lujo se tratase.

UNA GRAN PISCINA JUNTO AL JARDÍN

El proyecto de paisajismo, a cargo de Peter Wertz, dio forma a un jardín donde los árboles otorgan la privacidad necesaria a la familia, junto a una piscina climatizada pensando en el disfrute de los niños durante los 365 días del año. Las escaleras del inicio son perfectas para que los pequeños chapoteen y jueguen sin riesgo. ¿Seguirán haciéndolo a pesar del divorcio, o tendrán que decir adiós a este paraíso? ¡Esperemos que lo mantengan!

La Casa de los Famosos 4 hoy, 22 de abril: ¿Quién es el eliminado de la semana 13?

Tras su 13ª semana de convivencia, la casa de los famosos 4 se despide de una nueva celebridad. conoce quién es el eliminado de hoy, 22 de abril..

A medida que la cuarta temporada de La Casa de los Famosos entra en su último mes de competencia, la contienda se vuelve más difícil, al igual que la convivencia . A lo largo de esta última semana, los televidentes fueron testigos de nuevas peleas, especialmente entre el equipo Tierra y su exlíder, Lupillo Rivera , quien ahora ha formado la alianza “Tsunami” en compañía de Agua: Alana, Melaza, Aleska y Geraldine Bazán.

Aunado a los encuentros entre el miembro de la dinastía Rivera y los integrantes de Tierra, el público también presenció la primera pelea entre Alana y Aleska, debido a comentarios de Clovis; mientras que Fuego, ahora conformado por Cristina, Paulo y Patricia continúa adelante con su estrategia.

La Casa de los Famosos: Quiénes fueron los nominados

Como era de esperarse, con Lupillo Rivera en su contra y tras la salida de Ariadna Gutiérrez de la competencia , todo el cuarto Tierra ha quedado nominado (Romeh, Clovis y Maripily), al igual que Alana Lliteras, de Agua. Paulo también se encontraba entre la lista de nominados, pero gracias al poder de salvación de Patricia, quedó fuera de la parrilla.

¿Tierra será testigo de la eliminación de su segundo integrante o la Casa tendrá que despedirse de su chef favorita ?

Si bien los habitantes son quienes nominan a los integrantes que quieren sacar de la Casa, l os televidentes son quienes tienen la decisión final gracias al proceso de votación . Con las votaciones cerradas y tras no contar con el apoyo suficiente del público, la celebridad que queda eliminada de La Casa de los Famosos 4 este 22 de abril, luego de 13 semanas de competencia, es la estrella de realities, Clovis Nienow.
