Tous les chiffres sont faux, il y a 7 ascenseurs, elle fait 200m et 232 avec la flèche, mais bon l'important c'est de participer...

The incity tower.

Built by Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est and opened in 2016, the Incity Tower has already established itself as a benchmark for urban innovation, environmental performance and creating quality working space.

Architecture

The Incity Tower is part of an effort to modernise the Part-Dieu district in Lyon, the second-largest business district in France. Designed by Valode & Pistre and AIA architects, it is the highest tower in the city (standing taller than the “Pencil”, also in the Part-Dieu): the tip of its mast reaches a height of 200 metres! With 44,500 m² of floor space on 39 storeys, the Incity Tower will be a new landmark on the Lyon skyline. It houses roughly 2,700 employees on 32 levels and includes a basement level specially for technical areas, a two-storey-high entrance hall, and an inter-company restaurant occupying two floors. 

Designed to provide its occupants with a high level of comfort, the Incity Tower contains leisure areas and an elevator system in which two cabins operate one above the other in the same shaft, which improves the flow of people in the building.

With an eye on the future, the Incity Tower established itself as a benchmark in the reduction of environmental impacts before it was even built. Certified during construction, the building has continued these efforts through its operating procedures and the green lease adopted by its future occupants. Incity was designed to ensure the well-being of its occupants, favouring natural lighting and providing direct daylight for 90% of its offices. The modular design of its floor spaces makes it easy to try out new ways of organising the workplace, making management and internal communication easier.

Environment

The Incity Tower is the first tower in Lyon to be awarded the BBC low energy-consumption label, and it has also obtained a double certification with the HQE and BREEAM Excellent labels. The building stands out for its remarkable energy performance. It is equipped with energy-efficient systems, and should consume less than 90 kWhPE/m²/year in total, compared to an average of 500 kWhPE/m²/year for the previous generation of office towers.

A new landmark on the Lyon skyline, the Incity tower is now the tallest high-rise in the city. The Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes and management offices of the TER and SNCF have been located there since March 2016.

Built on the old site of the UAP tower, the Incity tower is the first HQE (French high environmental quality standard) city centre skyscraper in France. 200 metres high, it is now the tallest building in Lyon, ahead of the Part-Dieu tower and the Oxygène tower, and the 3rd tallest in France, behind the First tower in Paris La Défense and the Montparnasse tower, also in Paris. It is topped by a 50 metre mast. This new landmark on the Lyon skyline has become one of the symbols of the reinvention of La Part-Dieu and offers a magnificent view of the city of Lyon.

Description du projet

Véritable emblème de l’horizon lyonnais, la tour Incity est le plus haut gratte-ciel de la ville et le troisième plus haut gratte-ciel de France.

Conçue par les cabinets d’architecture Valode & Pistre et AIA, la tour Incity est le premier gratte-ciel de centre-ville en France à recevoir la certification HQE® ( Haute Qualité Environnementale ) (reconnaissance de la haute qualité environnementale d’un projet).

La tour est un symbole d’efficacité énergétique, où la pénétration de la lumière naturelle et le confort des espaces de travail sont au cœur de l’aménagement intérieur. Quant à son design, le bâtiment affiche une silhouette élégante et épurée, ornée d’une façade en verre double peau sophistiquée et esthétiquement agréable. La tour est surmontée d’un mât de 50 mètres et est devenue l’un des symboles de la réinvention du quartier d’affaires La Part-Dieu, offrant une vue magnifique sur la ville.

Le verre de contrôle solaire à couches Guardian SunGuard® High Durable (HD) Silver 70 a été sélectionné pour la façade double peau. Ce revêtement très durable fournit une transmission lumineuse élevée de 70 % combinée à un facteur solaire de 72 % et offre un aspect magnifique, presque semblable au diamant.

Le rendu me fait penser a la tour Cristal qui devait remplacer UAP sauf le toit et avec une facade en verre devant et ... 120 metres de plus !!!!  

Vous etes alors pratiquement certains que ca remplace UAP? Dommage, j'aurais vu une renovation pour UAP.  

J'ai aussi l'impression que c'est l'emplacement de l'ex tour UAP....

Super bonne nouvelle cette tour ça fait plaisir !  

Super pour l'ambition lyonnaise mais alors carton rouge pour le choix de Valode!  

Un bon point supplementaire car il n'y a pas de podium d'apres la video.

Je ne vois donc pas moi non plus comment cette tour pourrait atteindre les 200 mètres. 36 étages, cela fait entre 120 et 140 mètres au maximum... Il faudrait une coiffe de 60 voire 80 mètres de haut pour arriver à 200 !  

Bravo Lyon pour le projet et la hauteur! Les villes françaises commencent à se décomplexer vis-à-vis de la hauteur... Mais Lyon mérite mieux que les sempiternels V&P... ah non c'est V&C comme WC maintenant... Pistre est parti faire le pitre-à-pointes de Generali..  

C'est bien à la place de la tour UAP. D'ailleurs le nom de domaine tour-incity.fr a été déposé par la "SCI 114 116 Lafayette Garibaldi", ce qui correspond exactement à l'adresse d'ex-UAP. Et souvenez vous qu'il n'y a pas si logtemps Sogelym Steiner annonçait avoir racheté ladite tour.

Oui sur le rendu et en faisant un rapport etage/hauteur on n arrive pas a 200 loin de la je trouve  

D'apres les rendus la coiffe fait environ une dizaine d'étages de hauteur ce qui nous fait une tour de 46 étages. En prenant plus de 4m par étage (HQE) on arrive a peu près à 200m.

Le montant de l’investissement est estimé à 250 M€. Ce projet de restructuration lourde de la tour UAP, acquise précédemment, est confiée aux cabinets d’architectes Valode & Pistre et AIA Atelier de la Rize. Elle prévoit la conception de 40 000 m² de bureaux. Très bonne nouvelle ! on va enfin se débarasser de cette demi-tour fantôme qu'est la tour UAP. Et en prime on perce ce fichu point symbolique des 165m du crayon
