Our office location

To Farringdon BR/Tube - Hammersmith and City Line, Metropolitan Line, Circle Line and Thameslink BR. Turn left out of the station and left again into Turnmill Street. Follow the road, cross Clerkenwell Road and Clerk's Court is on the other side of The Green. To Chancery Lane Tube - Central Line. Turn into Gray's Inn Road and walk up until the junction with Clerkenwell Road, turn right and follow the road until the junction with Farringdon Lane, where you turn left.

There is an NCP car park which is located at the junction of Bowling Green Lane and Farringdon Road. From North take A1 straight into London where it finishes at the Angel Islington, then take the A401 (Rosebery Avenue) until it comes to the junction with the A201 (Farringdon Road). Turn left into Farringdon Road and then turn left again just in front of the Betsy Trotwood Pub. You are now in Farringdon Lane, Clerks Court is on the right after the City Pride pub and before The Green restaurant.

Heathrow - Trains leave at regular intervals. Take the Piccadilly line from Heathrow to Kings Cross/St. Pancras change onto the Hammersmith and City, Circle or Metropolitan line to Farringdon Station.

Gatwick - From Gatwick Airport Rail Station take the First Capital Connect terminating at Bedford Rail Station to Farringdon Station.

Luton - From Luton Airport Parkway Rail Station take the First Capital Connect terminating at Elephant & Castle Rail Station to Farringdon Station.

Stansted and City - From Stansted Airport Rail Station take the Greater Anglia train heading into London to Liverpool Street Rail Station. From there go to Liverpool Street underground station and take Circle Line, Hammersmith & City Line or Metropolitan Line to Farringdon Station.

Our London offices are situated at the heart of historic Clerkenwell - with the site of 'Clerk's Well' next door. We are a stone's throw away from St Pauls Cathedral, and a 15 minute walk will find you right in the heart of London's West End. Walk in the opposite direction towards Blackfriars, and you will find the beautiful river Thames. Opposite you will see the new Tate Modern art gallery (certainly worth a trip if you have time) and the South Bank centre.

Florida Bucket List Golf Trip

We were planning a trip for our 40th Birthday and knew we wanted golf and kinda knew that we wanted to head to the US, as we had never done that before. We first went online and tried to plan the trip ourselves, which wasn't too difficult, however obtaining the best pricing and liaising with the courses/hotels was very slow. A friend recommended speaking to YourGolfTravel, and ended up speaking with Tom. Within a day or so, he had provided a quote for a few courses in Florida. After discussing with the lads, we adjusted the courses and days slightly, Tom came back really quickly with updated pricing, including everything (taxes, carts, forecaddies) and it was very competitive in comparison to the individual quotes we received. The trip itself was seemless, hotels and courses knew who we were and everything that was included - couldn't have asked for better. We played Bay Hill, Sawgrass, Dye's Valley and Streamsong Blue - the golf was just on another level. Would highly recommend YGT and Tom who was incredibly responsive and helpful the entire time.

Great service

So far my dealings with Ross at YGT has been great. He came up with a quote straight away and when I had to go back with people dropping out and then coming back in he was very patient and efficient in getting further quotes until we ended up settling on the first quote after all of it anyway. Looking forward to the trip in June and would recommend YGT for anyone wanting to take the stress out organising trips.

Dubai Golf Trip

Booked a golf trip but the wrong dates and flights were booked which caused some issues. It took a few days to resolve and was initially told it would be at our expense despite it not being our fault. After some time the trip was amended to what it should have been at no additional cost which was appreciated but I think this should have been done immediately. The trip was excellent from that point as usual. Flights, transfers, hotel and golf were worthy of 5 stars. I have used yourgolftravel several times and never had an issue so hoping this was a one off. It certainly took the shine of the trip, hence the 3 stars but as I say, I hope this was a one off. All previous have been 5 star.

Avoid at all costs

Booked a golf trip with YGT for march 2024 to fly to spain. Problems started when we found some recent reviews online concerning our hotel and the status of the course. essentially most of the facilities that had been advertised to us by YGT (i.e swimming pool, spa etc) were all closed, the course was not in good condition We called YGT and asked them about this, they were dismissive and unhelpful, a manager told me 'you are going to play golf why does it matter if the facilities at the hotel are closed?' After some back and fourth they made it clear there was nothing we could do, citing small print in their terms and conditions. they did advise they could potentially change our hotel however we would have to do all the research on the locoation and would have to pay for any additional costs, they would not help at all or accept any liability for it. i asked them to put that over email, they only emailed me once we had landed in spain and were about to check into the hotel. All the tee time information they had given us was wrong, again we had to find this out ourselves by speaking to the clubhouse if we had not we would have missed our first tee time. The course was not in great condition, with patched grass everywhere and sand on the putting greens certainly not what you would expect when you paid the kind of money we did We called YGT whilst we were away to advise of the tee times being wrong etc, we were told we would get a callback, they never called us back, pretty much sums up the experience. Really disappointing would not recommend or use again

Fantastic trip to Vale do Lobo

Vilamoura - Mach 2024

I have been engaging with Nick Bishop at YGT now for at least 10 years and have always had an excellent experience. Everything is organized exactly how we need it and never any real drama with the hotels, golf and transfers. We have stayed at the Vila Gale Marina hotel on each trip and we can never fault it, rooms are clean, breakfast is good and location is perfect for the Marina. This year we played Quinta North, South and Laranjal and they were all in excellent condition and the service levels at the course is great. Looking forward to next year already

Travelled to Portugal with YGT

Travelled to Portugal with Your Golf Travel for a 5 day golfing break at Vale do Lobo in March. This is the second year we've done this trip and this year was even better than last year. Poor Service

Booked a trip for Feb 2024 to La Cala in Spain. Great resort however the clubs we booked via YGT weren't actually booked so we were left trying to sort while in Spain. Clubs were finally organised after many hours of phone calls and waiting, however these were not the clubs we booked and paid extra for. Been offered an insulting credit of £25 to rebook with YGT, which doesn't even cover the cost of the clubs we paid for.

Lopesan Costa Meloneras

All aspects of the golf trip were well organised by Bradley. The Lopesan Costa Meloneras Hotel is in a great location, the resort is clean, the food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The golf courses are well maintained, interesting with some amazing scenery.

Portugal golf trip March 2024

Excellent options from YGT for golfing holidays in Portugal, also great communication throughout booking process. The accommodation (Villa Galle - Lagos) was superb, excellent location and the buffet service restaurant was very good for breakfast/evening meal. Hotel located near wooden boardwalk that takes you along the coastline. Lots of beach bars for snacks/drinks. Lagos marina was nice (15min walk from hotel), local bars open until late for those that are looking for some nightlife, plenty of local bars have football/live sport etc. Golf courses - Palmeries was a nice mix of parkland and links for the holes near the sea. Boavista was our groups favourite, amazing setting inland and creative layout of holes, the hi-tech buggies were great for GPS of holes/distances, lots of snack/drink carts on the way round, reasonably priced beer. Espice was a short but tough course, tee boxes and greens were not to the same high standard as the other courses. We had buggies for each round which was a good thing as the walk between certain tee boxes on each of the courses were some distance apart. Transfers were good, only one morning were we had to chase as the taxi was late. But figured it out and the transfers to/from airport were smooth. For our first ever golfing holiday away it was a great experience enjoyed by all party members, memories made on and off the course. Thanks for YGT and the package they put together for us. Special thanks to Bradley who from the outset carefully discussed and created a holiday that suited our needs/experience/budget.

Very efficient service again

Very efficient service again. Theo very helpful. Our third time using your golf travel and will definitely use again. It was a tad wet underfoot on the course but despite that had a good time. Service, food and accommodation at Belton woods was excellent .

Great courses with unlimited access…

Great courses with unlimited access across 5 tracks. Times were limited as it is peak season, but there was flexibility. Buggies always available and a good internal transport system. Individual transfers to and from the airport was nice and very efficient. Plentiful and cheap Ubers to the neighbouring towns, but reasonable food on site.

Avoid! We are having a terrible experience planning our trip to Faro! We had an earlier experience using them and so wanted to book our next one as well though them. Had booked and paid the advance for the trip! However, due to an unexpected schedule clash, we wanted to reschedule! Have been on emails and phone with their teams, including customer support!! It’s over a month since the request have been made! Yet to get it rebooked! Our worst holiday booking experience!

Bradley was super helpful booking my…

Bradley was super helpful booking my trip. Regularly checking in and tweaking the booking to my needs. The rating would be 5 star but for two things: - the transfer from the airport to hotel failed to materialise. Leo tried hard to sort out but I’ve had to get a taxi and claim it back. - staying in a hotel in the town has it a advantages but on the second day despite being in the hotel lobby 90 mins before tee off the free transfer bus to golf course took so long to arrive that we only arrived at club with 15 mins to spare.

We love this question. We would ask this question if we weren't us. The answer is very simple: we're professionals at this. And, because we're the biggest golf travel company in the world, we can leverage our unique partnerships with some of the best golf courses and venues around the world to make sure our customers get the best rate possible. We also do the heavy lifting for you. All the sourcing and booking of flights, organising of transfers, sorting tee times, rooms (and room upgrades). So give us your brief, your dream golf break or your weekend getaway idea and we'll sort it for you. Easy as one, two, tee.

We hold an ATOL licence (9851) which means that your money is safe when you buy a flight-inclusive holiday or certain flights from us. We are a Member of ABTOT. All the package holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. For more details on what is and isn't covered under these two schemes, please see our terms and conditions here .

If your situation changes and you are unable to travel to your destination due to the FCDO advising against all but essential travel and you have booked a package holiday we will help with making any alternative holiday. Any difference in price or non-refundable charges from our suppliers would still need to be paid by you. For full details on cancellations please see section 7 of our terms and conditions .

There are several ways to make an enquiry with us. You can either go through our website, and submit an enquiry through one of the forms attached to our various packages. You can call us on 0800 043 6644. Alternatively if you've had contact with one of our Golf Travel Experts in the past, you can reach out to them directly.

If you make your enquiry online, we will reach out to you by phone or email to discuss your plans further. We will need a little more information from you, to tailor the experience to exactly what you're looking for. Then, we'll produce a quote for you. When you're happy with your quote, we'll proceed to booking stage at which point we take a deposit, and lockdown your tee times, flights and accommodation.

If you don't like the quote our Golf Travel Expert sends to you, let them know. We're here to help you on your way to a phenomenal golf holiday. We'll happily look at ways to change up the quote so it matches your requirements.

This depends on where you are travelling to. Deposits are usually £35 UK&I, £50 EU and £100 ROW plus any additional deposits needed by our suppliers, including flight costs, which will be explained by your booking agent.

Your groups members don't need to get involved unless: A. they're paying directly for their share of the holiday or B. they want to. The easiest way to have your group involved is by downloading the YGT App, and adding them all to your booking so that they can see the itinerary and pay through the app if they need to. Otherwise, they can liaise with your designated Golf Travel Expert on payment/itinerary as needed. Outside this, we'll liaise directly with the lead booker on details like passports, any travel documentation and payments.

Of course! We're all golfers, it has to be said, but when we go out to vet the courses and venues we play and stay at, we make sure to take in as much of the local area as possible. We've been whale watching, to the Superbowl, Camp Nau for , desert quadding, to the Moulin Rouge, hiking, dancing, fishing - we could go on. If anyone in your group doesn't fancy golfing on one, or all the days, let us know and we would be happy to recommend some other activities for them.

Simple, tee times get booked up. But also, we get preferential tee times with a lot of our partner courses, which means other YGT travellers may get their slot booked before you do. Don't wait!

Changes and Cancellations FAQs

Things change, we get that. We have a dedicated customer operations department who are here to help with any change requests on your booking, they can be contacted directly via the information provided on your booking confirmation.

Vouchers FAQs

They are 12 months from date or issue if we are referencing gift vouchers, it may be worth explicitly stating gift vouchers to avoid any confusion.

Once you have made your booking, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your booking on it. You do not need to send the voucher to us.

Your Voucher will be mailed to you, this will be done the same day if ordered before 4pm (Monday – Friday), however we would advise you to allow three working days for postage.

Vouchers have the option to be sent to a different email or shipping address if required, the purchaser will still receive an emailing confirming the voucher details.

There is no restriction on how far out you need to book with your voucher, however it must be done so within the validity period of it, and we would recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Unfortunately not, however our expert sales team are on hand to offer assistance in booking any experiences, so please call us on 0800 043 6644 to make your booking.

It's very easy to redeem a voucher with us. Simply quote the unique voucher code with our Golf Travel Expert at the point of booking and they'll make sure that the voucher is used against the amount to pay, within the parameters of the voucher i.e. if it is a voucher for a discounted tee times, it will be redeemed against that. For any questions on the validity of your voucher, please check the correspondence on which you received your voucher.

A replacement voucher can be emailed through to you upon request. There will be a £5 charge for a replacement voucher to be mailed to your address.

Vouchers can be extended for £20 per voucher if requested before the expiry date stated on the voucher. The voucher will then be valid for an additional six months from the date stated on your initial voucher.

All Your Golf Travel vouchers are completely non-refundable.
