About Us Welcome to the “Day out by Coach” website. All of our coaches are operated in partnership with Globe Holidays Limited, a familiar name within the Barnsley and surrounding areas for many years now. By establishing a standalone website our aim is to welcome new customers who would not ordinarily receive our literature though the local print media and those of you who may not have visited our shop on Eldon Street in Barnsley; in addition to this our existing customers will be able to now browse our full list of day trips at your convenience. Many of our customers over the past twelve months have been delighted with our “value for money” day trips, with an ever expanding day trip programme which included convenient local pick-up points we pride ourselves in offering the most comprehensive package of trips within the area. We use our best endeavours to ensure that all advertised trips run and always put our passengers first. All trips are operated on one of our Globe vehicles, ranging from the latest additions to the fleet. We range from our 38/44 seater VIP Diamond Traveller coaches and 49 / 53 seat excursion, a Royal Class 53 seat executive coach with a rear floor mounted WC and now we also have 2 57 Seater coaches. each trip is individual, you will always be welcomed aboard. Our Travel Centre Team can be contacted Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 & Saturday 09:00 – 15:00 by calling 01226 299900 / 01274 737322. We are closed Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays.
