Service could be better

Booked a holiday in store but felt the agent was not fully concentrating on us and our holiday and went away from the desk to talk to friends who had entered the store to buy currency. After found errors in the paperwork which were obviously due to not concentrating on us. We had to return to store for the errors to be corrected and saw a different agent who ,took a telephone call half way through dealing with us and left us for 10 minutes feeling that customers phoning we're more important.

We attended the cruise open day which was run like clockwork all the staff involved were very efficient polite and helpful.It was really good to speak to the individual cruise experts which helps your final decision to book.Philip greeted us and informed us re the seminars and who best to talk to for our enquiry and once again efficiently guided us through our booking. Would always book with Hays.

Faultless.....

We always use you when we book our holidays. My wife and I get a bit of an idea on prices for where we'd fancy travelling to but then we always come in and book it though the shop. The reason for this is the friendly professional staff that always give the best advice. Faultless.

She listened to everything that we said we would like then brought up multiple options , comparing the pros and cons and eventually we found exactly what we were looking for. Great personal experience

Great personal experience. Julie was extremely helpful and prompt in finding out some additional information about the ability to defer our flights. Despite our holiday being next year, we felt reassured that she would ensure that as soon as the flights became available she would be ‘on it’! Our second experience with Hays and so far excellent! Would definitely recommend.
