Oplichting is het juiste woord voor Supersaver. Door mij geboekte en betaalde “Checked Bagage” werd nooit bij de luchtvaartmaatschappijen geboekt. Via de Chat proberen ze mij te overtuigen dat dat een fout van de luchtvaartmaatschappijen is. Maar bij beide gebruikte maatschappijen krijg ik exact hetzelfde antwoord. Ze zetten zelf geen stappen om de maatschappijen te benaderen.

niet bestellen hier gewoon een superslechte service ik zou dit niemand aanraden. heb 2 verschillende tickets besteld heb 2 keer exact dezelfde tickets gekregen. heb eerst hun gebeld. ze zeiden dat ze de naam niet zouden kunnen aanpassen. ik bel lufthansa de vliegtuigmaatschapij die zegt dat all nippon airways het kunnen aanpassen. ik bel hun en ze zeggen dat ik een refund moet krijgen of dat zij de naam aanpassen. ze zijn lui en het booeit hun ook helemaal niks of jij je ticket hebt of niet.

Ik had een vlucht geboekt naar Barcelona, echter was deze uiteindelijk niet bevestigd en netjes een mail erover gehad dat ik binnen 5-7 mijn geld zou terug krijgen (iDEAL betaling). Contact opgenomen met klantenservice via de live chat (wel uurtje gewacht tot ik iemand kon spreken) hadden ze goed en duidelijk alles uitgelegd en binnen 24 uur was het hele bedrag terug gestort.

Voor iedereen die een email krijgt van supersaver dat de vlucht geannuleerd is met een link voor een refund aan te vragen...niet doen. Bel of mail rechtstreeks met de vliegmaatschappij, hoogstwaarschijnlijk staat de vlucht met jou of jullie erin nog gewoon geboekt. Check gewoon eerst goed de vliegmaatschappij voor je actie onderneemt. Ook bij 'mijn bookingen' staat je vlucht er nog gewoon bij. Geloof ze niet, Superzever is het.

Koop geen kaarten hier! NIET BETROUWBAAR, SLECHTE KLANTENSERVICE en aanpassen van een boeking niet mogelijk! Tickets gekocht Adam Sydney, vis supersaver, airline is China Southern Airlines.Wil data veranderen, maar niet mogelijk. Direct gebeld met China Suthern Airlines, die aangeven dat het bij hen wel kan. Je betaalt dan wat extra (als het ticket duurder is dan het origineel) + wat extra kosten voor het omboeken. Maar dat kan dus niet via Supersaver. Ze zijn SLECHT BEREIKBAAR en geven nul opties voor omboeken. 20 keer emails gestuurd. Geen behulpzame antwoorden. En moeilijk contact te krijgen. Van kastje naar de muur. Mijn advies: koop direct bij de airline, dan is veel meer mogelijk!

Hebben een vlucht geboekt via Supersaver. We komen op het vliegveld aan is de vlucht verplaatst naar een dag later. Supersaver heeft ons totaal niet geïnformeerd. Dit had gevolgen voor ons hotelboekingen etc en voor vergoeding hiervan zegt Ophelie via de chat dat we maar geen goedkope luchtvaartmaatschappij hadden moeten kiezen!

Een dramatische service. Aanvulling ivm refund

Aanvulling op onderstaande ervaring. Na 12 dagen (en een boze brief) een bericht over een refund gekregen. Er is dus toch wel iets gedaan en dat siert ze. 1 ster er bij. Een dramatische service. Na cancelation door Lufthansa door de stakingen wordt ik al vier dagen aan het lijntje gehouden. Verzoek tot refund aan call centres die niet weten dat er gestaakt is. Zinloze chats die vermeend naar supervisors worden doorgezet die vervolgens ook niets doen. Reis naar Nieuw Zeeland gaat hierdoor niet door. Letterlijk waardeloos

Wat een waardeloos bedrijf. Dochter heeft 2 tickets geboekt, van Changmai naar Hanoi. Met een tussenstop in Bangkok. Bij inchecken op Bangkok blijken de meiden helemaal niet in het systeem voor te komen. Dit was Supersaver even vergeten door te geven aan de airline. En bedankt. Nu staan er 2 meiden vast in Bangkok, en moesten noodgedwongen 2 nieuwe tickets boeken om vervolgens 2 dagen later pas te kunnen vertrekken. Nooit maar dan ook nooit meer wordt hier een ticket geboekt. Om je dood te schamen. Als moeder moet je maar hopen dat het goed komt aan de andere kant van de wereld. De eerste keer in januari ging het al fout, maar doordat er een snelle refund was, heb ik toch maar een positieve review gegeven. Nu helaas toch het bewijs dat jullie een stel prutsers zijn. 0 sterren kan helaas niet, maar 1 ster is al teveel.

Aansluitende vluchten geannuleerd

We hadden 2 aansluitende vluchten geboekt. Eén van deze twee werd door de vliegmaatschappij geannuleerd, waardoor we niet op de eindbestemming konden komen. De andere vlucht moest dus ook geannuleerd worden. Dit kon dus niet, we moeten zelf via de luchtvaartmaatschappij ons geld terug te zien krijgen en dat terwijl een combinatie vlucht bij Supersaver hebben geboekt. Het is dus de laatste keer dat we hier iets boeken.

Goede ervaring

Na zoveel negatieve reviews dit keer eens een positieve! (Post dit zeker ook als je een goede ervaring hebt) Boekte een reis bij Super Saver (met Sas van Brussel naar Copenhagen en van Copenhagen naar New York, retour) Vandaag werd de vlucht naar New York vervroegd zodat we onze aansluiting onmogelijk konden halen. We werden meteen op de hoogte gebracht en ik ben vervolgens een chat met een medewerker gestart. Deze heeft heel goed geholpen! We konden kiezen voor volledige refund van de reis ofwel een alternatief. Omdat ik niet wou annuleren heeft hij een alternatief gezocht: een latere vlucht naar een andere airport, enkel als dit voor ons paste. En dit ook allemaal kosteloos omdat SAS verantwoordelijk was voor het vervroegen van de vlucht. Ik kreeg onmiddellijk de bevestiging en alles werd netjes geregeld

Net als anderen kreeg ik een time-out op de website toen ik de betaling voor mijn boeking wilde doen. Geen bevestigingsmail, geen tickets, wel het geld afgeschreven. Na een week waarin mij in de chat verteld werd dat ik binnen 72 uur mijn geld terug zou krijgen had ik nog niks. Overigens vroegen ze elke keer om mijn boeking nummer als ik in de chat contact zocht, maar dit had ik uiteraard niet. Ze gaven ook aan dat ze het geld nooit ontvangen hadden en dat ik maar een bewijs moest sturen dat het geld bij hen aangekomen was (?). Uiteindelijk, na tips die ik hier gelezen heb, een mail gestuurd met Skyscanner in de CC (support.nl(at)skyscanner.net). Ik had immers via hen geboekt. Zij reageerden vrijwel direct en gaven aan dat ze het bij hun contactpersoon bij Supersaver zouden aankaarten. Dit helpt dus echt, want dezelfde avond had ik iemand van Supersaver aan de telefoon die zei dat ze mijn betaling gevonden hadden en de volgende dag stond het geld op mijn rekening.

Vlucht(en) geboekt van Dien Bien Phu via Ho Chi Minh stad naar Vientiane. Eerste vlucht een uur vertraging. Geen tijd vervolgens om van domestic naar international te lopen en opnieuw in te checken voor de tweede vlucht. Vlucht voor de volgende dag moeten boeken + overnachting in Ho Chi Minh stad + transportkosten = € 192,- armer. Reactie supersaver: sorry, niet ons probleem.

Ik had via dit bedrijf een retourvlucht naar IJsland geboekt voor familiebezoek. Ik besloot een paar dagen langer te blijven, en heb de vliegtuigmaatschappij hiervan op de hoogte gebracht. Deze hebben keurig taxes voor de luchthaven teruggestort (19,74) op de rekening van supersaver Deze had een fictieve visacard gebruikt Vandaag contact met ze opgenomen en daar kreeg ik via een Engelstalige chat te horen dat ik het geld niet terug zou krijgen omdat ik een fee was aangegaan van 40 euro! Stelletje oplichters Eerste en laatste keer bij deze maatschappij geboekt

Good luck, and I agree with Mr Marcoos, unless you are really (and I do mean REALLY) saving $, booking directly is usually the best route.

It will save me around 100 euros. But at the end it might result in much higher amount if any problem occurs... That's what my concern is about =(

Do the sensible thing and book direct and save yourself a load of potential hassle.

"It will save me around 100 euros." - I personally would want a larger genuine saving before I would consider using any 3rd party bearing in mind the potential problems that can arise with a 3rd party if there are schedule changes prior to travel or delays etc on the day of travel.

I booked via Supersaver.nl and wanted to make a change to the travel dates on a short term (few days). I will NEVER EVER BOOK with this booking agent again in my life.

The change fees are also ridiculous: they charge 85 euros per person - on top of the airline fee - and you have to purchase a service package of 35 euros

My advice - book with the airline direct

What is the deposit and when is full payment due?

This is the worst costumer experience i…

This is the worst costumer experience i ever had in my life. They won't refund my Cancelled flight, saying my credit card details are expired? then they would send me multiple e-mails with wrong information...called the costumer service 5 times, every time they would say they will actually do their job and escalate my case, but it's a scam, they never get back to me, never gave me a reasonable answer, i'm so desperate. It's been a month and i still call and ask for my refund and still get lies over the phone.....These type of companies should be closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!something must be done soon to shut down Super Saver, this is unacceptable!

Excessive charges on cancellation.

Booked flights with KLM via this travel agent. Paid £385. Flights were cancelled by KLM due to Covid. Eventually Supersaver Travel refunded me £281having deducted "ancillary charges, handling fee, cancellation insurance charge" and some other services that I had not asked for and was never informed about when I booked. So they took 26% of the total paid to cover their "costs". Useless when I asked them to refund these charges, they just kept saying these were non-refundable. DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT. Shameful!

Not trustable, scam

Not trustable, they keep reversing (refunding) the payment because they dont want to honour the price. This company is a pure scam, they have opened many companies with the same name such SUPERSAVER, MYTRIP, FLIGHTNETWORK, TRAVEL2BE. Guess where they call center is located? India!

EUR 12 refund on a 61 EUR ticket

I bought a flight ticket for EUR 61 via Supersavertravel but the flight got canceled due to Covid19. They said they would start the legal process to get a refund which was nice that I did not have to initiate the process myself. Eventually, I got back only EUR 12 of the total price. It's daylight robbery, I think. Of course, their customer service is a piece of crap to put it delicately, you cannot even message them on Facebook.

Don’t trust SuperSaver …

I bought tickets to Lviv by SuperSaver, but they were canceled because of corona by flight company WizAir they sent me official letter informing that the refund was sent to SuperSaver account. Many times I wrote them asking about my money- No way! it is almost 2 years when I try to get them and no resort Impossible!!! SuperSaver just ignore No trust to them

Another baseless promise broken from Supersaverstraveluk

No one has contacted me from supersavertravel UK. Varun from Delhi India customer services categorically stated that I would be sent an e mail within 24 hours. All I can say from my experience is they talk the talk but not walk the walk. Absolute disgrace in the way this company is serving customers who have already paid upfront and nothing is being done. The passengers tickets are to come to UK on the 23rd of July. Total failure from supersaver travel. If anyone is reading my experience I request sincerely not to touch this company.

Very poor customer service - if they answer the phone, they just fob you off. I’m waiting for a refund for over 2 months now - best bet, if paid by credit card to go to the credit card and instigate a refund via them under section 75 of credit card act, uk

AVOID at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Waiting over 2 years for a refund of over £3,100 from cancelled flights to Thailand from April 2020. They finally said 2 months ago that they have the money and are 'processing it'. When they do answer the phone they just lie and say it will be with you soon. Awful company that rips people off and destroys faith in the travel industry. They can't be allowed to get away with it and their directors Johan E. Elwin, Bengt H Wetterdal and Max M. Hedlund are the very worst of the greedy and corrupt. I'm now seeking legal advice.

This company is just the worst

This company is just the worst! Do not use if you want decent service or any kind of customer service! I paid for flights to the US and due to the pandemic we had to cancel. This company is refusing to process our refund with Lufthansa even though I have written confirmation we are due a full refund. They are just simply terrible and just keep spouting the same nonsense every time I try and contact them. Asian call centre who don’t want to do any work and just fob you off with standard lines every time. Pay the extra and book with a reputable company!!!

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. I paid for their cancellation guarantee (which was £40 per person) which clearly states I can cancel for any reason. I've been trying for three days to cancel my booking, but customer support keeps telling me it's only possible to cancel for covid. Then why the hell does your website say "for any reason" and why do I have to pay for it? DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

After sale service: almost none-existence!!?? Watch Out

We have purchased a ticket from this company, firstly they did not have any explanation for cancellation policy on the ticket! when i called them on their support number after 45 min waiting on the call i gave up. then i wrote an email to them which they have asked to be done through their own website which i did, i received a confirmation with a ticket number saying they will response within 2 days and now it has been a week and not heard anything!! I would not trust these guys at all since they hide behind their name and their after sale service is well below an industry standard.

cheating company they will charge you for there mistake

i have booked a weekend return flight, and after 2 days i received a email explaining that the carrier have cancel the return flight and have rebook me to Monday evening, shiXy airline but what can you do, hereafter i contacted super saver again to find an alternative they couldn't/would help so i asked for a cancelation and money back. they agree but i have to pay a handling fee on half a ticket price WTX. i is not my mistake i couldn't do anything to prevent this.

Not the discounted price presented

Tried booking an airline ticket with Supersavertravel.se and the discounted price was if I used Trustly to pay for the ticket. But Trustly’s site doesn’t work and the discount is a scam. Just pay using your usual way of purchasing even if it means the price increase with $15 I tried 3 times and no success. The browser just get stuck. Waste of time.

Just book through the airlines. These guys do not make life easier. All of the versions of Supersavertravel are not competent. This is based on a third chance. I have used this group in two of it's versions three times now. I do not like to give a terrible review unless I have more than one encounter, but three times over 5 years garners you the lable " nope, just book through the Airline. it is eaiser."
