Cruisin Tikis was started 8 years ago in the backyard by Mr. Greg Darby. The plan was to build it and enjoy cruising the new river and hanging out at the Fort Lauderdale Sandbar. As more and more people saw the boat, they wanted to experience a Tiki Cruise. One year later, Cruisin Tikis was born.

They are built right here in Fort Lauderdale and today there are over 128 Tikis on the water throughout the country. According to Google, Cruisin Tiki is the most photographed boat on the water. So, we ask, why go Bar Hopping when you can Hop on the Bar? Our mission is to make people smile, one cruise at a time.

The cruises are anywhere from 1.5 to 4 hours and can be extended upon request.

We encourage you to bring beverages including your favorite spirits and any food you’d like. Please also bring cups, plates, and paper ware.

There are no restrooms on the tiki but stops can be made for restrooms.

Each boat has a maximum capacity of 6 people including children.

Yes, captains appreciate all tips. 100% of the tip that is made at the time of booking goes directly to the captain.

Here with friends and all the hubs surprised us with a ninety-minute tour from our AirBnB and along The New River. So Much Fun! We were on three boats, all the captains were friendly and made sure we had a great time.

Our boat captain was great! He was very entertaining and he showed us all the sights! He was very accommodating as well! We had a lot of fun! We would definitely recommend this and we'll absolutely do it again!

Do we need a boating license to operate the tiki boats.

No. Our staff will provide a safety briefing and operate the boats. You just sit back and take in the views!

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation for any tour if done 72 hours prior to the scheduled embarkment time. Within 72 hours, a fee does apply.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes, feel free to bring whatever snacks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages you would like to enjoy responsibly on your private cruise.

What is the maximum capacity?

Our tiki hut boats can hold up to 6 passengers.

We are now offering something a little different to the fleet! A 36 ft center console that can run the loop from Port Everglades to Hillsboro Inlet with stops to go swimming in the turquoise waters of the Atlantic.

This charter is for up to 6 passengers who want to experience both the Intracoastal Waterway as well as the Atlantic Ocean. Please call for pricing.

Captain will, first mate shannon.

Will is originally from New Orleans. He is also a veteran Firefighter here in Fort Lauderdale for 23 years, enjoys the water and interacting with the customers on Breezy Tiki

Shannon is originally from western New York and moved to South Florida in 2000 to pursue a career in boating.  Her true passion is the water and sharing that passion with others.  Customer service is her top priority!

 Hi! I’m Patrick😎. I moved from Central New York to south Florida 3 years ago. Growing up there, my family had a camp on Oneida Lake (AKA Fish Creek) I always had a boat growing up and  love being on the water - swimming, surfing, fishing, wakeboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Working on the Breezy Tiki has been a highlight of my Florida life! I work with great people and have a blast with meeting new people on the charters! I’ve had countless belly laughs and smiles from our customers! I look forward to seeing you all out on the Breezy Tiki!!

There are no refunds within 6 days of charter, but you are welcome to rebook to a different date!

Inclement weather  is not refundable.  With light  rain the boats still go out.

Thunder  & lightning or severe storm conditions at time of charter are refundable or reschedule if possible. :-)

Meet our Captains at the dock on the Tiki and let them take you around Fort Lauderdale.  Watch people take pictures of the Tiki boat cruising by, while you are sipping your drinks, listen and dance to tunes and look at multimillion  dollar mansions, on a very  stable float. Just bring your own drinks and food, we provide the fun.  Captains are all licensed and know the area very well, so take care of them by tipping the standard charter gratuity amount of 20%.

About The boat

The “ TAK-IT-EZ TIKI ” is Unlike Any Other Vessel on the Waterways of Fort Lauderdale!

Our custom-built, tiki bar boat is 14 feet wide x 30 feet long and features a state-of-the-art deck made from the strongest floats on the market! We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with plenty of room to move around.

The vessel also features a 360-degree open-air bar with a handcrafted tropical wood bar top, bar stools, custom aluminum and stainless-steel railings with walnut bar rails, tiki décor, and a tiki hut thatched roof to protect from rain or too much sun. The roof also can retract to enable us to clear the lowest bridges and expand your cruising experience.

Outfitted with twin 40hp outboard motors, our tiki boat can easily move through strong currents on the river and spin around on a dime. For an enjoyable and relaxing ride, we cruise at 3-4kts. No need to race to your destination, as we ARE the destination!

There are many more features that set us apart from others. We have a 1000-watt Bluetooth-capable sound system that can sync to your phone and play your choice of music …or party to one of our many song lists! We offer free WIFI/high-speed internet and two large flat-screen TVs that you can watch the games on! We even have a full bathroom and freshwater sink!

With each cruise, we include two large coolers with ice, bottled water, and upon request any drink mixers you may desire. You are welcome to bring your own food and alcoholic beverages! All guests drinking alcohol must be 21 years of age.
