One of our service advisors will put your bike in the stand and run it through our professional inspection process. They’ll describe what they’re noticing and address any concerns.

From there, we'll discuss how we can get your bike back up to speed with a service package, on-the-spot adjustments, or replacement parts. We’ll also create an itemized receipt to make sure you’re comfortable with repair costs before we get to work.

Great service. I brought my wife and I's two MBs in for annual check-up and servicing. Mike checked both out and noted my brakes needed adjusting and my wife's chain was shot along with her rear cassette. Mike suggested the fixes and I asked him to give the bikes an inspection as we will be using them soon. Note our bikes are about $700 bikes so not terribly exciting. They were ready for pickup a few days later. When my wife brought them home I thought they were new bikes. Not only had Mike's Bikes replaced the chain and rear cassette and tuned my brakes, they cleaned the bikes up very well and made some other fine tune adjustments that make these bikes feel ready to take on some gnarly single track. I highly recommend Mike's Bikes for service.

So disappointed. I have many many bikes and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on bikes, service, equipment at this store yet I've never received even 5 min of thank you for all of my business. Like the previous reviews, I had a great experience at elevation bikes. I brought one of my bikes in here for service on a battery ; and I believe they may have caused carbon damage (I have never noticed this before and no one in the store noticed it upon inspection). They waited for days to look at it, refused to provide any indication of cost of repair for the original issue, told me to drive an hour away to have them look at the carbon issue and waved me goodbye. Super not helpful. I've had other negative experiences here. They tried to sell my husband into a far more expensive bike than he needed and didn't know I knew something about bikes so I convinced him not to buy - the rationale they were giving him was misleading. This is a far more corporate experience than I've had at other shops. It was convenient to schedule service online but I will no longer take or buy my or my family's bikes or bike equipment there. If I wanted the REI experience I'd go there.

Brandt did a great job with servicing my two bikes! Mike's has a killer selection of bikes & everyone's very knowledgeable when it comes to bikes, repairs & accessories! Mike's Bikes is now my go to bike shop!!!

Our family bought Trek bikes at Elevation for years. Great service shop, and they always treated us fairly. But our most recent purchase was a child's Public bike. The chain keeps falling off (about once every 1-2 weeks) and then the chain guard is poorly designed so that it requires bike surgery to get the chain back on. We have visited the store 3-4 times now with this same problem, and it just keeps happening. The latest solution is to remove the chain guard, which will allow my daughter to put the chain back on. But that won't stop the chain from frequently falling off. We have asked Mikes to take the bike back as a warranty return, but they won't. The service guys have been great and creative, but their hands seem to be tied by management and corporate policies. Don't buy Public bikes. They look pretty, but they're not functional. And I'd think very carefully about buying from Mikes.

I was there to shop for a bike. One employee gave me a hard time because one of my little kids left the door open while using the bathroom. Compared to other stores where a second sales person takes out a paper and a pen or plays with them with rubber ducks (arctic spa) while you are looking to spend 6k plus - it was not the best experience but added to fun of parenthood!

The team at Elevation Cycles is friendly, fast and extremely knowledgeable about everything cycling! I came in for a tuneup on an old bike I acquired from a friend. To my surprise, the bike only needed some air in the tires and oil on the chain and I was off to the races. They provided this service at no charge! I was super impressed with the look and general atmosphere of the store was very inviting. If you need any repair, purchase, parts, accessories related to bikes and cycling Elevation Cycles is the place to shop. Thanks for being a great small business in CO!!

Outstanding service and support. Truly a Five-Star business. The sales and service staff are the best with great advice and quality repairs. Also, their prices are fair compared to other bike shops in the area.

I was a long time customer of Elevation. Many dollars spent on service. I called Mike's this evening asking what I thought was a simple question. Apparently, service is too busy and the guy at the desk tried to help. The guy at the desk doesn't have nearly enough knowledge or passion about biking to answer my question. Not sure I'll be using Mike's beyond the occasional pinch scenario. Good luck, Mike's. Not sure Colorado is ready for your style of service.

Just bought a new Santa Cruz bike from Mike's last week. Grant was my sales person and was super helpful. They told me what I needed and didn't try to push things I didn't need. To be honest I was a little disappointed when I originally found out they were no longer Elevation but had a great experience with the staff and will be back in for future needs

Walked in, great greeting very helpful offerings, told them thank you would like to browse for a bit. Found a bike and was ready to buy. Sales person at counter was having a pleasant conversation with an obvious regular. Cool, I'll wait, but 5 min later and only one other person in the shop. Started to walk out and heard "Oh, sir sir" yeah no, went to bicycle Village was in and out with the same bike I'd wanted to purchase from a smaller shop (ya know support local businesses and all) but hey you can do only so much. I laughed as I drove by with my new bike in the back of the truck. Customer service matters, never going store again. Especially when Bike Source is around the corner.
