REPORTING TIME – 09:30 AM:  It takes 3.5 hours from  Dubai to Khasab  Musandam Oman from including the border processing. If you are coming from Dubai then make sure you leave before 06:00 am. You must report  Dhow Khasab Tours office  by 09:30 am so our staff can guide you about the Khasab Musandam dhow cruise and take you to the Khasab dhow port.

DHOW CRUISE STARTING – 10:00 AM:  Full day Khasab Musandam dhow cruise leave sharp by 10:00 am, so make sure you are on time to join this tour. You will be welcome by our staff and will be served soft drinks, plain water, coffee and tea. There will be fresh fruits (Apple, Banana and Orange) as well.

SWIMMING AT SEEBI ISLAND – 02:15 AM:  As soon as we serve lunch on the boat we will sail towards the Seebi Island. It is also one of the best places for snorkeling and swimming inside the Musandam fjords. Just through some pieces of food and groups for colourful fishes will come to get them.

REACHING KHASAB DHOW PORT – 04:00 AM:   We will leave Seebi Island around 03:00 pm and will reach the Khasab dhow port around 04:00 pm. • Single entry Oman visit vis is 5 OMR each passport and you need to pay 35 AED as you an exit fee.
• Visa can be obtained from the border or can be applied online at  https://evisa.rop.gov.om/
• Before booking please check visa eligibility as all visa types and nationalities are not eligible.
• Passport must be valid for more than the next 90 days from the tour date to get a visa on arrival from the border.
• If UAE resident then, passport and visa must be valid for more than 90 days from travel day.
• Must have an original passport with you to cross borders otherwise will not be allowed.
• Must have vehicle ownership (Mulkia) to get insurance from the border if it is not already covered.
• If you are renting a car then you must get a NOC (No Objection Certificate) from car Rental Company to cross the borders otherwise call will not be allowed to cross the borders.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Kids below 5 years are free, 5 to 10 are charged half price and above 10 years are charged full price.
• No charges if you cancel the tour 24 hours before the departure and we will refund the deposit.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure will not be acknowledged and there will not be any refund and deposit cannot be carry forwarded for next time as well.
• If you do not appear for the trip due to any reason, there will not be any refund.

The mountains rise out of the sea and reflect back on the water. There are almost always dolphins playing and following the boats as they cruise around the villages.

10:15 AM Nadafi : The first village we will pass by with around 50 inhabitants mainly fisherman. There is no land access so most of the villagers own small speedboats. The children travel by boat to school, stay over in Khasab from Sunday to Thursday.You will see here that there are water tanks near the beach, the Oman Government provides fresh water, free of charge on a regular basis.

10:30 AM Qanaha : A small fishing village where the stone houses blend into the cliffs, made from the local stone. In the old days, this was the first line of defense, not to be seen.

10:45 AM Maqlab : A mountain village where the people are earning their living by goat-herding and fishing, the main occupation of the area. This small village is made up on only around 10 houses. This area is the shortest distance to the east coast and can be reached by climbing over the label Maqlab.

11:00 AM Telegraph Island : (Jazirat al Maqlab) the most famous landmark in this area. Here the British laid the first telegraph cable in 1864, it ran from India to Basra, Iraq and the island was manned for some 10 years. Snorkeling here is a treat, don your masks and enjoy the clear,calm waters. Watch out for butterfuly fish, groupers, and the coral growth is among the best in this fjord.The dhow is anchored at Telegraph Island for 45 Minutes for Snorkeling.

12:45 PM : Return to the Khasab Port.

On the island take a plunge into the crystal clear water. The dhow is anchored at Seebi Island around 1 hour for Snorkeling.

3:45 PM  Return to the Khasab Port.

Timing  : 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
