When Suga announced his Agust D tour in February, Japan was notably the only country on the trek whose dates were labeled “to be updated.” Now, BTS fans in the island country have a chance to catch the rapper on his global trek, as the BTS official fan club announced on Friday (March 10) how fans in the country can secure tickets.

BTS’ Suga Sets Dates For First Solo Tour

A fan club lottery reception will be held on March 16 at 1 p.m. Japan standard time (11 p.m. ET March 15) through March 23 11:59 p.m. Japan standard time (10 a.m. ET). Tickets are not on a first-come, first-served basis; results of the lottery will be revealed March 31 through April 4. Fans are allowed up to two tickets per member, and applying for the same performance more than once will result in disqualification from the lottery.

BTS' Suga Announced His First Solo World Tour

The rapper and singer will hold 11 shows in the U.S.

BTS is set to start their mandatory military service soon, but they’re giving their fans a proper send off before then. In addition to the individual solo projects, albums, and collaborations they’ve all released, Suga will become the first member to embark on his own solo world tour.

The group’s charismatic rapper, songwriter, and producer announced his first-ever global tour on Tuesday, which will take him to cities across the U.S., Southeast Asia, South Korea, and Japan. On his own, the member will play arena stages — and likely sell them out, too. The tour, called Agust D, named after his 2016 solo mixtape and his other stage name, kicks off in late April and will likely wrap up three months later in July with a few dates yet to be announced in Japan.

In the U.S., Suga is scheduled to play huge venues like New Jersey’s Prudential Center and Los Angeles’ Kia Forum — two arenas with a seat capacity of over 17,000. Per the tour schedule, he’s set to play multiple nights in some cities, which will hopefully ease some of the overwhelming fan demand (and ticketing nightmares).

Last we checked, Suga was meant to kick off his military duties in March 2023, but given the scheduling of the tour, that seems to have changed. It is likely he’ll instead enlist following the tour. NME reported that the boyband member will also not enter active duty as previously thought, and will instead fulfill his military requirements as a social service agent.

In addition to his 2016 mixtape Agust D , Suga also released D-2 , his second solo mixtape, in 2020. This tour will finally give him the opportunity to perform both of those projects live. How to buy tickets to Suga’s Agust D tour

Registration is now open to access one of two Verified Fan presales on Ticketmaster. The first, for ARMY Members, will kick off on Wednesday, March 1. All tickets will be available during the ARMY Member presale. The general Verified Fan presale will begin Thursday, March 2, pending ticket availability. Register here .

Any tickets still available after that will be available for purchase in a general onsale taking place Friday March 3 at 3p.m. local time.

BTS Japan Official recently announced on their official SNS that the dates and locations for SUGA's Japanese leg of the tour have been finalised. Initially, the latter-mentioned date and venue information was only revealed for Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, and South Korea. This year's SUGA world tour is a highly anticipated event. Given the BTS' brief hiatus from performing as a group, it's no surprise that fans are eagerly anticipating the members' solo activities.

The upcoming world tour of SUGA was announced earlier this year on February 15, 2023. While the dates for four of the tour's five countries were immediately released, the dates and venue for Japan were not. According to a recent statement on BTS Japan's official page, SUGA will perform at the Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa, Japan on June 2 and 3.

On February 15, it was stated that SUGA will embark on a globe tour in mid-2023 that will take him to Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, and finally Japan. The tour will kick out on April 26 in Belmont Park and conclude on June 3 in Japan's Pia Arena MM. Ticket dealer corporation Ticketmaster received an extraordinary response from fans following the announcement of SUGA's international tour. The number of ticket buyers was so large that the business revealed that many registered fans may not even acquire tickets. The latter sparked a widespread online outcry.

SUGA announced that the planning for his tour had already begun in a recent live broadcast on his birthday. In addition to the latter, he mentioned his own music being new to him. So far, SUGA has released two mixtapes. His debut mixtape, AGUST-D, was released in 2016, and his second, D-2, will be released in 2020. Aside from the aforementioned mixtapes, SUGA has also collaborated with a number of artists in recent years. His duets with South Korean stars IU and PSY for their songs 'Eight' and 'That That' were two of his most notable.

What a time to be a BTS fan! ARMYs are just now coming down from the excitement of J-Hope and RM's solo-album releases and Jungkook's FIFA World Cup song, " Dreamers ." Now, they have many more BTS solo projects to look forward to. Not only is Jimin gearing up to release his debut solo album in March, but another member has announced some major news: Suga is going on a world tour.

On Valentine's Day, Suga went live on Weverse to preempt the official announcement of his upcoming Agust D tour, saying simply, "I can't say much, but yes . . . let's see each other at the concert. It's late now so I'll be going. Let's see each other soon," according to a translation by @Bora_twts . Suga hadn't even ended his live stream before Big Hit posted Suga's official tour, which will be called the Agust D tour, along with a list of dates and cities, on its official account.

How to Register For Suga's Agust D Tour ARMY Member Presale

Registration for ARMY Member Presale (and General Verified Fan Presale) will be available from Feb. 14 to Feb. 23 at 10 p.m. ET.

To become verified and eligible for the ARMY Member Presale, you must purchase an ARMY membership through HYBE's Weverse Shop (it costs $22 for a one-year subscription), register for the ARMY Member Presale on Weverse, and then register for the Army Member Presale on Ticketmaster . ARMY Member Presale invitations will be sent on the evening of Feb. 28.

If there are any tickets left after the ARMY Member Presale, they will all be available for purchase in the General Verified Fan Presale (for which invitations will be sent out on the evening of March 1). Any remaining tickets will be available in a general sale.

When Do Suga's Agust D Tour Tickets Go on Sale?

Big Hit has not yet announced any information regarding the cost of Suga's Agust D tour tickets.

Suga's Agust D Tour Set List

Suga has released two solo albums to date, his debut mixtape, "Agust D," which was released in 2016, and his sophomore solo release, "D-2," which was released in 2020. Suga will undoubtedly perform songs from these albums while on tour, likely including his singles "Agust D," "Give It to Me," and "Daechwita."

The only aspect of the set list that is up in the air is whether Suga will release any new music ahead of the tour. Big Hit has not announced any plans for new music from Suga at the moment, however, so only time will tell.

Therefore, we ask you not to purchase these illegal goods for all audience's safety and pleasant time. ■ Prohibition of Recording, Video Recording, Taking Photos, Live Streaming You will not be allowed to bring any filming or recording devices (cameras, magnifying glasses with a recording function, recorder, video recorder, and other recording devices) into the venue, and you are not allowed to take photos, take videos, record audio, or live stream (audio/video live streaming) within the venue in order to protect the artists' rights. We have found several cases where concerts were illegally recorded through a smartphone or magnifying glass with a recording function. If your smartphone is out of your bag or pocket during the concert or if you are using your smartphone/magnifying glasses, a staff member may ask to check your device. Please set your smartphone to silent mode and keep it inside your bag. If we find any audience members who are recording or filming the concert, we will ask them to delete the data, and they will be kicked out of the venue immediately after deleting the data. In such cases, please note that your ticket will not be refunded. The Journey To Get Tickets For SUGA’s Tour Begins Now

This marks the first-ever solo tour for a BTS member.

BTS knows how to make music history , so it’s no surprise that title has rubbed off on the individual members’ solo careers. The latest member to hold that crown is SUGA, who recently announced he’s going on his first world tour this summer. This stint adds another commendable mark for the group, as SUGA will be the first BTS member to hit the road solo.

On Feb. 14, the “Girl Of My Dreams” rapper shared the dates for his upcoming tour. The tour starts in April and sees SUGA visiting cities across the U.S., Southeast Asia, and South Korea until late June. On Mar. 2, remaining tickets will be available during a Verified Fan presale . Any tickets available after that can be purchased in a general sale that following day.

SUGA’s final tour stop in South Korea is sure to be an emotional one, especially since he last performed there with BTS in October 2022. That concert, which was part of their Yet to Come tour, was the group’s last show for a while as they’re currently on hiatus to complete their mandatory military service. So far, Jin has already began his military enlistment. Meanwhile, SUGA and his bandmates Jung Kook, RM, and J-Hope have released solo music in the last year.

If tickets are still available, a general public sale will take place on Mar. 3 at 3 p.m. local time.

Suga’s Agust D Tour Comes to Japan: All You Need to Know

Are you a fan of the K-pop group BTS? If so, you’ll be pleased to know that Suga is bringing his Agust D tour to Japan. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming tour dates in Japan.

Japan Dates Announced

Suga will perform a series of three dates in Japan, from June 2-4, at the Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa. The dates were initially labeled “to be updated” when Suga announced his tour in February, but they have now been officially announced.

Ticket Prices and Details

If you’re interested in attending Suga’s Japan tour dates, you’ll need to purchase tickets. Tickets for the Japan dates will cost 15,400 yen ($114.33 USD) through the BTS Japan official fan club presale advance, and 16,500 yen ($122.50 USD) for non-advance tickets. VIP seats will cost 26,400 yen ($195.99 USD). Fans are allowed to purchase up to two tickets per member.

Fan Club Lottery Reception

To ensure that all fans have a fair chance of purchasing tickets, a fan club lottery reception will be held on March 16 at 1 p.m. Japan standard time (11 p.m. ET March 15) through March 23, 11:59 p.m. Japan standard time (10 a.m. ET). Tickets are not on a first-come, first-served basis, and the results of the lottery will be revealed from March 31 through April 4. Please note that applying for the same performance more than once will result in disqualification from the lottery.

Sugarland announced just a few days ago that they will be touring the US with fellow country band Little Big Town and The Costellows. Fans are freaking out about it since the band hasn’t headlined much in the last few years and their most recent album release was Bigger in 2018.
