Travel Service to czeskie linie lotnicze. Zostały założone w 1997 roku. Obecnie linie są spółką zależną od Icelandair Group. Firma nabyła akcje czeskiego przewoźnika w 2007 i 2008 roku. Obecnie linie czeskie zajmują się przewozami rejsowymi. Poza tym oferują loty czarterowe i posiadają specjalną ofertę przeznaczoną dla firm (loty biznesowe). Siedziba czeskich linii lotniczych znajduje się w Pradze. Główny port lotniczy linii to Port lotniczy Praga-Ruzyně. Przewoźnik obsługuje trasy lokalne i międzykontynentalne. Oferuje swoim pasażerom loty rejsowe na terenie Europy, ale również do Afryki i Ameryki Północnej. Szczegóły oferty czarterowej i biznesowej mogą zależeć od oczekiwań danego klienta. W skład floty przewoźnika wchodzą maszyny typu Boeing, Airbus i Cessna.

Na pokład można zabrać jedną sztukę bagażu podręcznego. Jego masa (pojedynczej sztuki) nie może przekroczyć 5 kg.

Na pokład samolotu można zabrać bagaż rejestrowany o masie maksymalnej 15 kg. Linie lotnicze oferują przewozy rejsowe, czarterowe oraz biznesowe (dla przedsiębiorców). Waga i liczba sztuk bagażu, jaki można zabrać na pokład samolotu może zależeć od typu lotu.

Odprawa w Travel Service

Linie lotnicze Travel Service oferują odprawę:

• Na lotnisku – to jak wygląda odpraw i w jakim terminie jest prowadzona może zależeć od tego czy jest to lot rejsowy, czarterowy czy biznesowy. Szczegóły odprawy (w tym aktualne godziny odpraw dla danych lotów) dostępne są m.in. na stronie internetowej przewoźnika. Należy stosować się do wyznaczonych godzin, ponieważ brak stawienia się do odprawy na czas może skutkować brakiem pozwolenia na wejścia na pokład samolotu.

Touring the Top 10 Moscow Metro Stations

Komsomolskaya metro station looks like a museum. It has vaulted ceilings and baroque decor.

Hidden underground, in the heart of Moscow, are historical and architectural treasures of Russia. These are Soviet-era creations – the metro stations of Moscow.

Our guide Maria introduced these elaborate metro stations as “the palaces for the people.” Built between 1937 and 1955, each station holds its own history and stories. Stalin had the idea of building beautiful underground spaces that the masses could enjoy. They would look like museums, art centers, concert halls, palaces and churches. Each would have a different theme. None would be alike.

The two-hour private tour was with a former Intourist tour guide named Maria. Maria lived in Moscow all her life and through the communist era of 60s to 90s. She has been a tour guide for more than 30 years. Being in her 60s, she moved rather quickly for her age. We traveled and crammed with Maria and other Muscovites on the metro to visit 10 different metro stations.

Moscow subways are very clean

To Maria, every street, metro and building told a story. I couldn’t keep up with her stories. I don’t remember most of what she said because I was just thrilled being in Moscow.   Added to that, she spilled out so many Russian words and names, which to one who can’t read Cyrillic, sounded so foreign and could be easily forgotten.

The metro tour was the first part of our all day tour of Moscow with Maria. Here are the stations we visited:

1. Komsomolskaya Metro Station  is the most beautiful of them all. Painted yellow and decorated with chandeliers, gold leaves and semi precious stones, the station looks like a stately museum. And possibly decorated like a palace. I saw Komsomolskaya first, before the rest of the stations upon arrival in Moscow by train from St. Petersburg.

2. Revolution Square Metro Station (Ploshchad Revolyutsii) has marble arches and 72 bronze sculptures designed by Alexey Dushkin. The marble arches are flanked by the bronze sculptures. If you look closely you will see passersby touching the bronze dog's nose. Legend has it that good luck comes to those who touch the dog's nose.

3. Arbatskaya Metro Station served as a shelter during the Soviet-era. It is one of the largest and the deepest metro stations in Moscow.

4. Biblioteka Imeni Lenina Metro Station was built in 1935 and named after the Russian State Library. It is located near the library and has a big mosaic portrait of Lenin and yellow ceramic tiles on the track walls.

5. Kievskaya Metro Station was one of the first to be completed in Moscow. Named after the capital city of Ukraine by Kiev-born, Nikita Khruschev, Stalin's successor.

6. Novoslobodskaya Metro Station  was built in 1952. It has 32 stained glass murals with brass borders.

7. Kurskaya Metro Station was one of the first few to be built in Moscow in 1938. It has ceiling panels and artwork showing Soviet leadership, Soviet lifestyle and political power. It has a dome with patriotic slogans decorated with red stars representing the Soviet's World War II Hall of Fame. Kurskaya Metro Station is a must-visit station in Moscow.

8. Mayakovskaya Metro Station built in 1938. It was named after Russian poet Vladmir Mayakovsky. This is one of the most beautiful metro stations in the world with 34 mosaics painted by Alexander Deyneka.

9. Belorusskaya Metro Station is named after the people of Belarus. In the picture below, there are statues of 3 members of the Partisan Resistance in Belarus during World War II. The statues were sculpted by Sergei Orlov, S. Rabinovich and I. Slonim.

10. Teatralnaya Metro Station (Theatre Metro Station) is located near the Bolshoi Theatre.

Worse than useless

Worse than useless. Implemented 6 months ago. Have had issues with at least 20% of bookings across the business. Website is good but if the smallest thing goes wrong they screw it up entirely. Absolutely no company ownership once things go wrong.

Worst Customer service I have ever…

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced. The guy was very rude and I have spent 5 hours back and forth on the phone with them but they prefer emails and waiting time. Everything is super complicated and just an overall bad customer experience. My company will stop using Travelperk.

Always great service

The app works good, changing something is impossible

The app works good, but you can't do basic things ( amendments? ) I have to extend my car rental, 1 day, I took 4 days and will remain a little longer for work (normal issue). I'm being told nothing can be done, vague copy paste reply... I wish you worked rather than in getting just a cut only on car rentals, also in having some premium contact and capacity to do the BASICS! This would make my life easier and I would keep using TPK for car rentals, not anymore putting just a blocker man in the middle.. ** It was 60€ extra for one day, just didn't say anything and got the thing, pretty good way

Travelperk easy to manage & to use

Travelperk has made our company travel booking much easier. It easy to use and manage. We've had a few technical issues but our account manager has always been on hand to assist and is listenning to our need and finding a way to support our needs & growth. virtual credit card issues

Not enough money was booked on my credit card and when doing the check-in in the hotel, I had to call the hotline and the issue couldn't be solved (even after 20 minutes on the phone). Luckily I was able to go to my room as the receptionist was friendly enough for the Travelperk agent to do the necessary steps in the background.

Horror company

Horror company! 20 phone calls for 1 guest. They call preferably in the middle of the night and on Sundays. Woke me up various times, even though the "issue" had been long solved. Apperantly the call center is on the other side of the earth and they don`t report after calling. Just back to sleep, another agent calls about the same issue and so on. They are terrorizing people. I banned them from my hotel and don`t ever want to hear from them, again!!!

Easy to use and saves time

Really great system used in our company for business travel. All employees can self manage bookings for hotels, flights and trains. Centrally paid for on account which makes for less expense claims. Corporate rates can be added. Excellent assistance from our account manager.

My consultant was so professional, helpful, detailed, honest, friendly, exact in his communication, transparent, and did great research for the accommodations which took nearly 2 hours, He had so much patience and went over his own time to find what I wanted dates, months, how many people and much more. I highly commend him for such an amazing outstanding customer service. I got all what I was looking for through Francis. He is very transparent in all his profession. Well done Francis .

Excellent support service in the chat

Excellent support service in the chat: fast, polite, constructive. Support through emails is slow though, but it is ok whenever it is possible to solve issues in the chat. A bit frustrative invoicing system, that it is not possible to change company's name where invoice is going even if invoice is not issued. In our opinion this should be more flexible.

TravelPerk long term using

The cooperation between our company and TravelPerk is at a very high level. TravelPerk agents respond really quickly offering the best possible solutions. Its help center is well developed and works effectively. Both website and app interfaces are excellent: intuitive, user-friendly and transparent. A big plus for the platform UX. Sometimes we are facing problems and in the result delays because of the bugs occurring on the website. That is why I rate it for four stars. Even though, I strongly recommend using this travel platform which provides a high quality of services.

Product is more than disappointing

Honestly so disappointed with this. It makes booking travel even more difficult than simply booking it normally and then expensing it. Every time I book it doesn't work and an agent manually has to help me. Now they've decided to remove the chatbot so it makes it even more difficult to rectify product issues. Product has so many bugs, does the product team even look at the user exp? Didn't give it 1 star becuase when it does work it's okay + client service (now gone) used to be good.

Poor dishonest customer service and payment not received

We are a hotel & travel perk fails to supply working virtual cards and failed to pay for room they booked. Still chasing payment. Worryingly dishonest customer service, when chasing payment. Do not use this company. Avoid allowing them to book if you own a hospitality business

It cant get any smother than that!

The app is very intuitive. No need for human intervention. From booking the train to collecting tickets, and checking in to the hotel, everything was smooth. There was an issue with Hotel booking, as Hilton did not accept the virtual card, but this was quickly been identified as a correspondence email change on the Hiltons side. All is well in the end. Highly recommended service!
