They are good when booking the ticket. But the trouble starts when you try to change the dates. When I contacted Delta for a date change they said there will not be any price difference, but as it is booked through agent they can only modify it. When I contacted the agent, they said it will cost me $699. I have explained my discussion with Delta and they said it is concession fare etc., As I needed the change I agreed to pay $499 as they explained that it is airlines charging. When I got the credit card bill I have noticed that Delta charged $129 and these guys charged $369. When I questioned the same they said all the remaining were taxes. I said when the airline already charging me the taxes, why again. They sent me a detailed bill. To my surprise they list all the taxes exactly what airline has charged. Funny part is, in a hurry to adjust the amount they showed "United States - Immigration and Naturalization Fee(Immigration User Fee) as $114.96". This fee was supposed to be $7.00 as per the "Amendments to the Immigration and Nationality Act. 8 U.S.C. 1356, passed in 1986" . https://www.cbp.gov/border-security/ports-entry/carriers/air-sea-passenger-user-fees-railroad-car-fee That is when they got caught red handed. I have requested for the refund for $319 (After $50 their fee). Since then they say it is final. They have changed the "United States - September 11th Security Fee(Passenger Civil Aviation Security Service Fee) (AY) $5.60 USD" as "United States - March 01th Security Fee(Passenger Civil Aviation Security Service Fee) (AY) $5.60", thinking that it is travel date and they even forgot to change "th" to "st". What a shame. Hope they will refund my money back. Only reason I gave 2 stars was for the help in supporting when the airline was not showing my reservation, I waited at the airport for 2 hours to get that corrected. Not sure whose mistake it was.

This is the most worst travel agent company. It has the no knowledge or half knowledge people and they try to work to book customer tickets. I never worked with such worst travel agency ever and I will not go to these guys or never recommend this agency at all. Worst and The WORST. Do not go to this travel agency at all and this is my sincere request and advice.

Certainly dont have negative rating. They booked me tickets promising child seats and after 24 hrs when ticket is non cancellable they removed my seat selection and asked for more payment.

I wish could give 0 stars! Fraud and Liar people don't fall for their promises , they will change prices and blame on you. agent hanged up my call abruply highly unprofessiona.

Very bad and deceptive people. They charged me more than the full fare when I called immediately to postpone my trip. They promised 2 suitcases with a one-time payment of 100 $ for the 2nd suitcase. But they charged 15000 while going and coming to Delhi airport for the extra suitcase. They promised to refund. I have their emails as proof. But they blame American Airlines till date I am following up. But all the three responsible never respond. I even called the Mary land office and same response. A very fraudulent group.

Be aware. Deceptive and click bait. Buy at your own risk. When you search for a fare on their website it shows attractive price but then you need to call them. At which time they will say ridiculous reasons why that fare is not valid even though web page clearly shows the fare and the dates. Instead price on the phone is way higher. If they can do this when buying the tickets, just imaging if you had to deal with them after buying the tickets! Good luck.

Very unprofessional company. Never bought the tickets, just they will call every day and ask to wait for the next day. Do not waste your time by chasing these companies. You wont save anything, rather you will only lose your money and time.

Friends, Be away from this fraud travel agency in booking tickets if you want to have peace of mind. They will entertain you before you book the ticket but once its booked they will not bother what kind of ticket and seat you are getting. Also without your notice your ticket may get cancel and then you need to figure out with them and they will provide new reservation. Overall its all horrible experience.

I am using Air Trip Maker for last 5-6 years but I was surprised to see how they are treating me for flights I booked before pandemic. Flights got cancelled, travel restrictions and they are not ready to refund my money. I am asking them for other options like air line credits, or extend time beyond 2 yrs or give me different route. The answer is always same, no it is not possible. These are airline policies and this ticket can not be changed. When I talked to airline directly, they confirmed that during this situation they have changed their policies and are more flexible and it is totally up to the agent now. I think they are fraud and should not be trusted at all. One of their agent did email me other options, but her manager came and said it is not permitted. I see some more customers with similar feedback. We need to find some legal way to take some action on this monopoly.

We booked our tickets (total 4 tickets) with Air Trip Maker on Oct 11th, 2021. The trip was schedule for Dec 10, 2021 - Jan 4, 2022. We paid $1399 per ticket (i.e $5596 total). The ticket booked was with American Airlines. Our son got Covid on Dec 08th and we had to cancel the trip. I paid $200 to Air Trip Maker on Dec 09th, 2021 so that they can keep my ticket open and I can reschedule it. After the payment of $200 I was told the ticket should be valid for 1 year from the ticket booking date (i.e Oct 11th, 2021) and within 1 year I can use my open ticket for the trip to India. I have been following up with Air Trip Maker and its been 6 months already and they are not able to re-issue ticket for me and my family. As per their latest communication, they told me I had to pay the difference of $1995 per ticket (i.e $7980 for 4 tickets) for them to re-issue my ticket or they can give me new ticket (without reissuing my old ticket for $1695 per ticket (i.e $6780 for 4 tickets). They are not able to explain what happened to $5596 I paid in Oct 2021 and why I cannot use these funds for my tickets to India. I am almost messaging them daily for the last 6 months and I was told they are looking into issuing me a ticket and they don't have any option available. Air Trip Maker is asking me to pay them more (in addition to $5596) . The are harassing me for the last 6 months and its been a nightmare experience for me and my family. Due to the time loss caused by the delay and the unspeakable behavior of Air Trip Maker, I have to cancel my Dec 2022 trip to India. They are possibly the worst travel agent in my opinion. STAY AWAY from these thieves.

I have all proof of coms so hopefully this review stays up**** Scam website. They advertise fake prices, then send an email saying the ticket will be confirmed later.... AFTER you've already entered credit card info. 3 agents from the company called me, I said I wanted to cancel my request but it wasn't until the 3rd agent called that they followed through (I wasn't worried since it wasn't actually ticketed yet, it's just a request so my card hadn't been charged) they told me they would charge a cancellation fee unless I wrote them a 5 star review. (Hence all the 5 star reviews;) I politely declined and said I didn't think I should have to write a review just to cancel a ticket they haven't even issued yet. I booked a ticket on a different website, but I'll be damned sure to keep an eye on my credit card now, since they might have the details.

I made a reservation for a ticket on line, the price was $380, I paid and wa waiting for the ticket, after a couple minutes I got a phone call and the person on the phone told me 380 was just to secure the seat, and I need to pay the differece for the ticket, it was around $400 more. I said in the page shows a different price, and the representative told me, the page wasn't updated, anyway they are offering a better price if you compare price with the airline. I said, please cancel the transaction, and he told me I can not cancel because it was economic / básico fare, I said again, I dont want to pay and I was "fighting" about that, at the end he told I have to pay $50 for cancellation.. Again I said, I dont want to pay, it not fair, It's not my fault the mistake or wrong fare on the page, at the end, he gave me a special "favor", for first time the reservation will be cancel and no fee for this first time.
