Our wonderful vacation in Zanzibar

Our wonderful vacation in Zanzibar. Initially we had decided on the Seychelles but Gianluca immediately offered us a much more convenient price, as it was a last minute. We were greeted by a personal driver at the airport, they took us to this resort, The Residence, a dream. We had a great time, they even gave us an unexpected free upgrade of the room, we stayed in a presidential pool villa. We also went on a safari, paid on site, but the price was convenient. I recommend organizing a trip with Arenatours.

After a long time looking for a trip…

After a long time looking for a trip that suited my needs I found Arenatours and soon was contacted by Marta. She couldn’t have explained my options more clearly and put together a package that was perfect. I decided on a 10 day stay at Ayada Maldives, it turned out to be an epic trip with amazing waves , great food and hospitality. I am pleased to write that our holiday in Seychelles booked through Ana of Arenatours was Great! Everything went to plan as organised by Ana including the hotel Hilton Labriz was perfect to relax a few days on the beach, but also with options for guided tours (snorkelling, hiking, …)! Sara has been superb in attentively piecing together our dream honeymoon for us to Sri Lanka with 5 different locations and Maldives at Varu by Atmosphere. We had the best honeymoon thanks to Aernatours! Rui, our Travel Planner, prepared a tailor-made trip for us and everything was perfect from the beginning till the end! Ana was extremely helpful

Ana was extremely helpful, fast and efficient. In the beginning she gave us around 30 options to choose from, but she made it really easy to make a decision during our call and managed to fit our budget with a fantastic holiday! We stayed at Oblu Ailafushi and strongly recommend it. Great hotel but what makes it even better is the staff who are going above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one. Hats down to AJ, the manager. The location is good as well as it’s only 15 minutes from the airport which will save you lots of time from your holiday.

Our trip was a fantastic experience, we have been so impressed by Sara and Arenatours for our trip to Dubai and Maldives that we can't wait to book our next trip with them. Our itinerary was a perfect balance of activity and relaxation and was exactly what we asked for. We found the whole process easy and any questions we had were quickly resolved. Hotel in Dubai was centrally located and the transfers were a treat. Our stay at Dhigali Maldives was a dream come true. Thank you Sara and Arenatours for such a wonderful holiday!

Ana is a very responsible person

Ana is a very responsible person. She listened to me very carefully via whatsapp and made the itinerary perfect. You can't believe how fast she would respond to my questions every single time, She made us enjoy the trip 100% as we didn't worry about the domestic flight between islands. She even managed to get us a complimentary upgrade in Praslin as she knew that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. My husband and I never had the experience with a travel planner. We can't visit other countries without a planner after we used Arenatours.

Thank you so much, Marta, for organizing our wonderful holiday at the fabulous Finolhu Hotel and for making it such a wonderful experience. The ocean pool villas were very comfortable and the snorkelling spectacular. We enjoyed the feature of being able to snorkel directly from our villa, along with the guided snorkelling trips along the outstanding house reef. The hotel made a big fuss of my wife on her big birthday. We were very happy to have taken your advice, to go opp for the all inclusive premium here as we had some lovely meals at the premium restaurants. Sara created an anniversary trip that exceeded our expectations. It’s almost a week since we returned but we would like to drop these lines. We enjoyed our stay at the water villa so much that we want to return. Our holiday was everything you described and more. Great company and would highly recommend them. I booked my Honeymoon in June 2022 at Constance Halaveli Resort and Arenatours offered the flights + accommodation cheaper than me booking myself. Ana, our agent, answered many questions about the Maldives and resorts before I booked and once everything was booked we were amazed at the reservation process and how smooth and easy it was for us. Ana sent a guide with instructions on what to do at each stage of the trip (such as immigration forms), etc. We enjoyed an incredible holiday! Would recommend it to anyone.

Really enjoyed it! Good boat, good food, great snorkelling and also the CEO helped me so I could do a dive instead of snorkelling one of the days which I really appreciate. Could skip the beach clean up, not that its not needed but after collecting several of bags with trash the bags where just left on the island. Just left us all with a bad feeling, first of all seeing all the trash and then collecting as much as we could, was so much left though, just to leave it on the island in the end 🤷‍♀️. BUT the tour was great!

Maldive Dhoni Cruise

It was my first time travelling with Explore. All I can say, it was absolutely flawless. Food was amazing, good variety, vegetarian options. Boat crew were always helpful and very pleasant. Our guide (Hi) simply a star. He was taking a good care about us, making sure, we have unforgettable holidays experience. He made many pictures and go pro videos, which he then shared with us. The itinerary was great. We had many opportunities to snorkel. Some coral reefs were simply so beautiful with plenty of fish, we visited shipwreck and even had an opportunity to swim with nurse sharks. Unforgettable experience for sure! :-) What I found outstanding was, how the boat crew prepared our bbq banquet dinner table at the beach, even creating manta ray from the sand in front of the sand table. Equally, I was amazed by the decorations our 'Kethi captain' made for our last dinner table. He created fish, birds from the leaf's, carved small boats to hold the napkins and coconut lamp. It was just so so nice. :-) Would I come again? Definitely yes. Would I recommend to other travelers? Definitely yes. Only one thing I would point out. I would suggest clients with mobility issues discuss this tour first with the tour provider. They may have problems moving around the boat, getting on/off dinghy and may not be able to participate in snorkeling, which is a shame. ;-)

Hailim made the trip. Was a blast. Snorkeling was great. Swam with sharks, turtles, shipwreck, etc. Gorgeous.

Thank you so much, Marta, for organizing our wonderful holiday at the fabulous Finolhu Hotel and for making it such a wonderful experience. The ocean pool villas were very comfortable and the snorkelling spectacular. We enjoyed the feature of being able to snorkel directly from our villa, along with the guided snorkelling trips along the outstanding house reef. The hotel made a big fuss of my wife on her big birthday. We were very happy to have taken your advice, to go opp for the all inclusive premium here as we had some lovely meals at the premium restaurants. Sara created an anniversary trip that exceeded our expectations. It’s almost a week since we returned but we would like to drop these lines. We enjoyed our stay at the water villa so much that we want to return. Our holiday was everything you described and more. Great company and would highly recommend them. I booked my Honeymoon in June 2022 at Constance Halaveli Resort and Arenatours offered the flights + accommodation cheaper than me booking myself. Ana, our agent, answered many questions about the Maldives and resorts before I booked and once everything was booked we were amazed at the reservation process and how smooth and easy it was for us. Ana sent a guide with instructions on what to do at each stage of the trip (such as immigration forms), etc. We enjoyed an incredible holiday! Would recommend it to anyone.
