Confirmation Policy:

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

• 10 days: 100%
• 10 to 15 days: 75% + Non Refundable Component
• 15 to 30 days: 30% + Non Refundable Component
• 10Hotel / Air: 100% in case of non-refundable ticket / Hotel Room
• 10Cruise / Visa: On Actuals

All Prices are in Indian Rupees and subject to change without prior notice. In the case FIT flight inclusive package, the full amount of the flight will be payable at the time of booking.

Refund Policy:

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler's Thrillophilia wallet as Thrillcash.

The tour was great! Especially when we went to the underground city. We keep imagining over & over again how did they do it. But luckily we had the best & awesome tour guide (OGI) i call him “OGI the POGI” in filipino. Very funny, smart & organized. He gave us the facts & explain very well all the origins & history. Also he answered all our questions wether it pertains to the tour or in general about their very beautiful country. ️️️️️️

The tour guide Hakan and the driver Ercan were very good. Very knowledable with lots of interesting facts delivered in a way that was engaging and funny. We did the highlights tour and the underground village was interesting definitely worth a visit

We did Green tour with Ali G. Everything was well planned. We have seen the underground city and ihlara valley as main places. The trekking was a bit long but it was very good..

I did this tour with Tuncay as our tour guide. He was the best and made the trip even more enjoyable. He was funny and helpful. Hereke, even though expensive, makes sure the experience is worth it.

It was an amazing tour thanks to Adi G. He is funny and pointed us interesting facts about Cappadocia. I highly recommend this tour with Ali.

We went with Ali G today for our Green tour. He was really friendly and despite being on a guided tour, we had time to explore a little more on our own. They keep the group small to have a better experience.
