His strength and oversight of numerous successful projects in Singapore and Asia, as well as working with overseas counterparts in the operations and maintenance of different transit systems, have effectively positioned MTS strongly in the technical engineering sector. MTS is hence capable of maintenance an entire transit system under his lead.

Estelle holds a degree in Business Administration. She is also a Chartered Accountant and have served in Multi National Corporations from the logistic and hospitality Industry. She currently leads the finance and human resource functions within the company.

Soon Chiu holds a degree in IT. He has more than 30 years of railway system implementation, railway safety, project management and project implementation knowledge. Prior to joining MTS, Soon Chiu served in the local operator, managing key projects with them. He currently heads the safety management and support services within the company.

MTS's engineers have the standing record of working with the region’s leading multi- modal public transport operator metro, LRT and monorail systems across Asia Pacific.
