Nassau Beach Club Ibiza | Restaurant Menu, Photos, Events & Reviews

DESCRIPTION

If the goal is to find a gastronomic heaven in the middle of the ocean well, this is the place for you. Here, it’s all about the overall experience, as it is definitely one of a kind because the sea view mixed with the highest possible luxury experience that you have at Nassau beach club simply cannot be compared to any other. All in all, everyone who comes to Ibiza should at least save a few days to enjoy everything this place has to offer, and as for the specifics, let’s explore all the main options that make this beach club stand out.

Nassau Beach Club is one of a kind because it has something to offer to any person who decides to visit this unique venue, thanks to three different spaces. The entire concept of this club is perfectly designed, and one can spend the entire day there without any need to leave it until the close time. Guests can enjoy the day on the glamorous sandy beach, eat some of the best meals in the restaurant, and dance their hearts out in the dance floor, as the Nassau Beach Club Ibiza playlist is one of the best.

Just the fact that world-known chefs that have been working here for more than ten years will be in charge of preparing your meals speaks volumes about what one can expect from the quality of the food here.

The cuisine is based on traditional Mediterranean dishes mixed with blends from all over the world , and all that gives the food that authentic taste you cannot find anywhere else. All chefs have vast experience and are well aware that flavour is not the only thing modern chefs should be in charge of, meaning that you are also looking to have a great time while dining at Nassau beach club restaurant area. Overall, the restaurant will take you on a special gastronomic voyage, and just to enhance the entire experience, cocktails will fit perfectly with any dish you pick.

Some people prefer spending more time soaking in everything this place has to offer, which is why the Lounge area is ideal. Namely, it’s here where you can enjoy some of the picturesque sights while sipping your favourite cocktail and dancing to some of the best Nassau beach club music. Of course, it’s not like there isn’t any food here, but unlike at the restaurant, this is more of a place where grabbing a quick bite is preferred, as the goal is to dance, relax, and have a quality and fun time. That is why Lounge is looked upon as a great place to gather with friends, and the vibrant ambiance is there to make everyone dance.

The bar is at the very centre, but the DJ booth is definitely the highlight of the Lounge, and everything is so well arranged that those who come here for the first time are in awe in the first couple of minutes. The lively atmosphere of the place, some of the best drinks, and the overall design of the Lounge area make it an ideal place to relax and experience everything Ibiza has to offer, regardless if you have come alone, with family, or with a group of friends.

As we all know, Ibiza is famous because of parties that cannot leave anyone indifferent, and Nassau Beach Club events are something that every party lover must experience at least once in a lifetime. Thursdays are reserved for Disorder and the rhythm that will bring you back right to the 80s , so be prepared for some of the craziest outlooks on the island with many neon colours around.

Hippie people should not miss at least one Flower Night which is held every Saturday and promote peace and love for every person who enters Nassau Beach Club Ibiza in 2023. Everything is the same as it was back in the 60s, and one of the best opportunities to see Ibiza’s hippy legacy and learn more about this culture while enjoying some of the best songs, drinks and meeting new friends.

Those who want to experience something different should visit Full Moon, which truly provides a unique experience thanks to the perfect mixture of food, drinks, music, performance , and, as the name suggests – the full moon influence. Sunsets and sunrises in Ibiza are remarkable and breath-taking, but having fun under the full moon and enjoying the way it reflects in the peaceful Mediterranean Sea is once in a lifetime experience. It is held once a month, during the full moon, which is July the 3rd and 31st, August 30th, and October 1st, so make sure to book your table on time.

Another event held once a month but surely worth visiting is Nassau XV Anniversary , which celebrates fifteen years of this unique club, and there is no doubt that there will be much more. The dates to remember are June 9th, July 7th, August 4th, and September 8th .

Nassau Beach Club

Ratings and reviews, location and contact.

Spent two days here in July 2020. Despite Covid it was pretty busy and had a really nice vibe to it. The service was better than I’ve had at Beachouse next door, the waiters we had were all excellent - very friendly and attentive. The... beds are lovely and comfortable and the food was good. It is expensive though - we spent €300 in a day between 2 of us including food and drinks. More

We visited one afternoon and booked a Bali bed on the beach, the service and quality of food and drink excellent and we really enjoyed everything we ordered which was delivered promptly with someone to take our next order never far away, service could not... be better. We visit every year on our Ibiza trips but hadn't been during Covid. Prices have gone up this year same as everywhere however we were really disappointed with the music situation. In years gone by as the afternoon went by the music ramped up until everyone was dancing by their beds. There was always a really good atmosphere which we loved. Now, because of new local laws, the music can't be played loudly so what music there is can't be heard from the beach. The new law really has destroyed one of the best things about Nassau, and when spending this kind of money, everything has to be perfect so unfortunately we won't return unless the ridiculous decision to ban music is changed. Ibiza was built on music, let these businesses play it!! Those of us who have been coming to Ibiza for 25 years plus, have seen the rules tighten over the years. This time the government have gone too far and are in danger of destroying their own unique reason people visit. More

Food was great, unfortunately management deemed it professional to make a fuss over those they knew and blank all other paying customers. The staff were quite rude and it was all a bit tired and done to death. I’d imagine there are far better beach... bars on the island with a better clientele, service, food and atmosphere. Very 2001. More

We are coming to Nassau Beach since the opening a long time ago. It isn“t located at the most beautiful beach at all. However, the mix between the hospitality (best beach crew I have ever experienced including Cöte d Azure and Mykonos) the quality of... the food and good music (in the past) was always making a difference. This year the spirit has changed. The beach club is flooded with rich kids who don‘t care about anything. Sitting on your bali bed (150€), throwing cigarettes at umbrellas on the floor, trying to spill champagne everywhere (thanks to the security not possible), everything seams normal to them. Left alone the really bad music this year with crazy pricing like salmon tartar for 27€ More

I visited Nassau Beach Club with 10 friends for a special lunch to celebrate one of the girls hen do. We arrived at the beach club and were very excited given it's buzzing atmosphere and great looking food. We ordered our drinks and then our... meal. After about 40 minutes, half of the table recieved their food (which was lovely) but by the time we had finished our food, the other half of the table still hadn't received theirs and by this point, had been waiting over an hour. I raised this with the waitress who was unapologetic and stated they were very busy and it would arrive shortly. A further wait was endured but then it finally arrived... all but one dish. It wasnt until the whole table had finished their food that the final dish arrived. Unfortunately, when it did arrive, it was freezing and had to be sent back. Given our experience and extremely long disjointed wait for food, i raised this with the manager who was unprepared to provide any discount or even an apology. She stated that the restaurant was extremely busy however, this was never communicated with us and we should not suffered due to the restaurants poor planning. The bill was well over £1000 for lunch. We knew it would be a pricey experience but never expected such terrible service. The experience really ruined the day and put a dampner on what should have been a great celebration. More

First of all, we are very sorry for the delay in our responses but we had problems with the program and therefore have not been able to respond to both negative and positive comments. As time has passed, it would be unfair to go into... More

Good service, good food, not so good small cocktails and very annoying African salesman trying to sell you every other 5 minutes You book frontline but other people put their towels in front of you. Most of al feel fooled they don’t mentions the value... added tax what is always included in Europe. But not in the US. So they charge you 15% what is not a normal percentage So you want to spend money great but feel scammed! More

This is what I wrote to the manager, never got an answer: Last Saturday my girlfriend and I have been eating in your restaurant. She has a glutamate (MSG) intolerance and so she ordered French fries, only potatoes and salt, nothing else, no spices whatsoever.... What she received has made her ill for a week. It looks like she has been served some pre-prepared product with dubious ingrediences. Please explain. I thought this was a more or less decent restaurant. Not a fast food inn. Looking forward to hearing from you PJ Wassermann More

Dear PJ, Let me first apologize for our delay in our response. We had some trouble accessing our networks and missed your message. More importantly, we are very sorry to read about your girlfriend's experience. I can assure you there are no pre-prepared products in... More

We were very disappointed, our reservation for single sunbeds were ignored, they wanted us to pay a double bed for 100 euros. When we asked the price list for a drinks the serving guy sad he doesn't know as nobody carries about the prices 😕... Hallo 🙄 they trited us as a budget clients, as we made properly the bookings for single beds. For ma y years we we the good customers of this club, but we cancelled all our reservations for this club and do not recommend you to this club unless you can play a millioner 🙄🤪 More

Hi, thank you for leaving this review. I'm sorry if there were any issues with your reservation. I'll notify our IT department to check if there any problems with our booking system. We try to be flexible when possible but on high occupancy days, this... More

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We had a really disappointing time, I pre booked for my sisters Hen party for a group of 12 ladies, we were under no illusion that it would be a cheap day. To put into context we spent over €2,500. however,... there are hidden costs which we weren’t made aware of at the time of booking. I asked repeatedly on emails months prior to the day but the booking team were extremely evasive about the costs. There was no mention of the price of the beds or of the 15% charge just for sitting on the beach which they add on to your bill at the end. When challenged, we were patronised and asked if we had ever been to Ibiza before because that was…just what you paid. Which seems outrageous, plus a number of our party had been, so this comment was entirely irrelevant. This also seems crazy for a beach club that there is no alternative but to sit on the beach. I don’t understand why the charge wasn’t communicated at the outset. Everything was hard work. Our server was nice however, The majority of the beach staff were rude. We bought a drinks package which included champagne and vodka however, we were given a half opened bottle of vodka. We queried this and they accused us of having opened the bottle and drunk it. The beach staff were ok but got quite nasty when we queried the bill however, the general manager was accommodating. We were given some money back after we had spent the day there but only because I pressed the issue with 3 different people including management. Overall, a disappointing and upsetting experience. It was supposed to be a special day celebrating my sisters upcoming nuptials but instead I spent a lot of time querying and arguing every detail, which not only was embarrassing but could have been avoided if this had been communicated prior to booking. There are much nicer beach clubs which require both deposits and minimum spends. I only wish we had gone elsewhere. More

Crazy pricing! We celebrated the Nassau opening together with the owner Christian 15 years ago. Actually Playa den Bossa is the worst beach in Ibiza. Dark gray water, seaweed ..... Nassau for many years has still be the best beach club, mainly because of it's... crew like "Nacho". But it has become a victim to it's success. 120€ for a bali bed, 10€ for a water, 29€ for an "okish" Thai Salad - but PLUS 30% beach service/tip !!!!?? We never left Nassau the last years below 500€ without any champagne. Where the hack do you want to put a sunbed, if not on the beach? Inside maybe? No reason to return after all More

best club with sun beds and restaurant which we are at. Service is really bad , staff ignore you and pretend they did not see you. Customers seam to be an inconvenience for them. At one stage we had to ask the DJ to please... send a waiter, even though the restaurant was not busy. Bottle of water is €9, food quality is good but expensive. Paying these prices I would expect good service… go elsewhere. More

We bought a day bed for the day for €80 between the four of us which wasn’t big enough, the food and drink was absolutely ridiculous in cost, especially for Ibiza. The staff were extremely arrogant and inattentive as we weren’t the group spending thousands... in one go. Would not recommend if you’re looking for even half decent value for money or good service. Very disappointed. More

When we arrived at the reception the lady who served us (gave our details for booking) was very blunt and clearly in a bad mood even though we were excited and happy. We arrived at 1pm for there to be no music or entertainment, slightly... worried. Food and drinks service was excellent and so quick and also great quality. What let it down is how packed / combined the beds were.. the lack of entertainment the music didn’t come on until 2.30 and was not of a high volume like other beach clubs and there was zero entertainment. There was nothing to see or do? When the bill came it was very confusing, I read online that I thought it was €120 minimum spend but in fact it was €120 charge to even have the bed (what a joke for the average (public!) beach and no entertainment!) then on top of that a 20% beach service charge … it’s a beach club?! Lastly for the waiter to ask for a tip on top of that it. Very boring day but at least the food was nice (I should hope so for how expensive it is!) Thanks for an average day from someone who has been to plenty of high quality beach clubs around the world. More

I came here years ago and loved it and it hasn’t disappointed on this visit. Sadly the weather was rubbish but that didn’t dampen the atmosphere. Food was on point, I’d say reasonably priced given the quality of food is really good. We had one... cocktail as we aren’t big drinkers, which made our overall experience less expensive. Drinks like all places in Ibiza push the bill up, this place is no more expensive. Some think 120 euros for a bed is expensive but you can have up to 4 persons making this a great day out with your friends, you can rent towels for 10 euros for the day if you don’t want to carry your own so you can party into the evening. I will defo return. And the staff are really attentive. Only think to be mindful of is that you need to add 20% surcharge to your beach bill, if you eat in the restaurant no tips are included so don’t forget to tip them!!! Enjoy and thank you Nassau xxx More

A nice restaurant by the beach. We had lunch in outdoor balcony and loved the atmosphere. It’s a large restaurant with indoor & outdoor sittings. DJ was playing music. Royal Caribbean and the government of the Bahamas broke ground Monday on the joint venture to develop a strip of land in the cruise port of Nassau called Paradise Island.

The government in 2023 gave the OK for the cruise line to develop a 17-acre portion into what will be called Royal Beach Club Paradise Island when it opens in 2025. Cruise line executives and government officials, including Prime Minister Philip Davis, grabbed shovels along the white sandy beaches with turquoise water in the background.

“With the signing of the deal [for] Royal Beach Club Paradise Island, we embark on this project to further enhance the vitality of our tourism product,” Davis said. “Signing today’s agreement, we add another world-class experience to our tourism offerings. And even more importantly, we take a bold step toward greater Bahamian empowerment in the tourism industry.”

The site is on the western edge of the strip of land that runs alongside the waterway through which ships brought nearly 4.5 million passengers in 2023, making Nassau the world’s busiest cruise port of call.

Royal Caribbean’s site expects about 2,000 visitors a day. They will be ferried over from the port but then return by land going through downtown Nassau.

It’s the first site for the smaller-sized beach club private destination Royal Caribbean plans to build out as opposed to its private island and resort destinations such as Perfect Day at Coco Cay in the Bahamas and Labadee on Haiti’s northern coast.

The Paradise Island spot will play up Bahamian culture alongside traditional offerings such as the beach, cabanas, four food and drink venues and three pools with swim-up bars. The site is being designed by a Bahamian architectural firm, and will give space for local artisan work for sale and live local music.

The project is a public-private partnership under which Bahamians are invited to own up to 49% of it. The plan is for locals to manage the experiences offered at the resort.

The cruise line will own 13 acres of the property while 4 acres go to Crown Land, which is a territorial area owned by the state. The cruise line will also pay a new tourism levy in exchange for the development.

“Marking more than the beginning of the construction process, today’s groundbreaking event symbolizes partnership, momentum and continued economic development for so many Bahamian entrepreneurs and the entire community,” said Jason Liberty, the cruise line parent company Royal Caribbean Group’s President and CEO. “We are grateful to our partners for their support, especially the Bahamian government, who stand with us here today in celebration of what is to come.”

The additional attraction to the port augments a $300 million overhaul of the Nassau Cruise Port that had its grand opening last year.

Already the port has expanded its capacity to six ships, including the ability to dock three of the massive Oasis-class ships from Royal Caribbean at once.

The revamp includes a new terminal building, Junkanoo museum, 3,500-person amphitheater, living coral exhibit plus more entertainment, food, beverage and retail space. Once complete, the port’s capacity will jump to more than 33,000 passengers per day. It had been around 20,000 a day.
