Great tour, Holly was great and has very extensive knowledge about the Amish. We stopped at 3 farms that had side businesses and bought some jams. I have a soft spot in my heart for Amish preserves. The woodwork is awesome and I practically had to tear myself away from a wooden glider chair that was sooo comfortable. Another person on the tour did buy a chair and Holly tied in on to the back of the bus. There were stops with baskets and baked goods too! Hmmm that blueberry turnover was out of this world. In between the stops we learned how to spot the difference between Amish and English cornfields. Taxes, marriage, clothing, healthcare, you name it and she had an answer. I really liked the Amish clotheslines with the pulleys. Why do they do that? Take the tour and find out!
